Since Plastic Memories has already been suggested, might I add in Violet Evergarden and Hotarubi no Mori e. Some will be sad tears, and some will be happy tears. Yet, there will be tears nonetheless. Unless if you're a tough guy. Then you'd probably just cry manly tears. xD

also maybe the ending of Love Live and Love Live season 2 but THAT'S IT

Like again, I'm still recommend for you to finish it up Assasination Classroom story in season 2 as you only watch the 1st season only based on your list...you will not regret it...believe me...

Out of the hundreds of movies I've watched A Silent Voice is the only one to ever make me cry (two specific apologizing scenes that were really touching). As for shows I think Clannad After Story and Inyuashiki both had two specific episodes that made me cry as well. Besides that though I don't know. I think Angel Beats, Anohana, ERASED, and Steins;Gate may have each had at least one tear jerker moment but I don't remember.

Never cried when watching any fictional work, let alone anime. For shows that got my chest to tighten and make me reflect, there are a couple. Sayonara no asa ni yakusoku and Clannad: After story are those. Both have their problems but they are good "feels" anime.

NGE, The End of Evangelion and Madoka Magica. Also, the dog scene in Elfen Lied.
All weebs creatures of the galaxy, hear this message. Those of you who listen will not be struck by western animation. You will no longer know hunger, nor pain. Your Anime have come to lead you now. Our strength shall serve as a luminous sun toward which all intelligence may blossom. And the impervious shelter beneath which you will prosper. However, for those who refuse our offer and cling to their western animation ways… For you, there will be great wrath.

Fate/Stay Night Fate route
I only read the Visual Novel and didn't watch the anime yet, but it sure made me cry a LOT
Especially THIS SCENE!

I was depressed for a week or so.
I also cried after watching Code Geass.

Clannad After Story is the only anime to get me close to crying. You need to watch Clannad first though and when you watch After Story, make sure you watch episodes 12-18 straight, with no breaks, for the optimal emotional experience.

These three made me cry:
1. Clannad After Story.
2. Your lie in April
3. Anohana

Clannad A.S made me cry so bad, I don't remember crying so much in my adult life lol.
Still, whenever I think about Your lie in April, I get emotional sometimes.
For Anohana it was for a moment only. The shitty supporting characters really did take the emotions away from me after I finished it.

Well then, I'd watch Spice and Wolf (Ookami to Koushinryou). It is amazing but it's really sad that there are only two seasons and 18 and counting novels. You should really give it a watch though just because it's such an emotional ride.

I also know some really emotional mangas if you'd like me to give you those as well.

BUT, if you want more for Spice and Wolf you can continue reading through the novels.

I hope you enjoy it! :)

Yeah sure! Here are some manga:
- Suzuka
- Fuuka
- Kimi No Iru Machi
- GE: Good Ending
- ReLIFE
- Tokidoki (One-shot)
- Jumyou wo Kaitotte Moratta Ichinen ni Tsuki Ichimanen de.

If you're going to read Suzuka or Fuuka, I would read Suzuka first and then Fuuka because Fuuka is a sort of sequel to Suzuka. Also, Kimi No Iru Machi ties into Fuuka a bit so, in my opinion, I would read Kimi No Iru Machi third.

I hope you enjoy them!!

Rurouni Kenshin: Tsuioku-hen -- That one for me, by far.

Others:

Tsumiki no Ie -- It's a 12 min. Short.

Kanamewo -- An even shorter Short (5 mins).

Oniisama e -- More of a frustrating anime than a sad one -- except for the end which got me good.

Versailles no Bara -- It's sad but the red flags start flapping immediately just because of the subject: it's the eve of the French Revolution and the mc's are close to the royalty. It still hurts, though, despite the inevitability.

Not the saddest but it has this melancholy cloud that hangs over it most of the time (plus a couple of sad bits):
