| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Lol at them thinking about putting the fans in the toilet. They're just exploiting the fans by using misunderstandings, haha. Lol at the commentator wanting to using the toilets normally! Shinpachi acts all badass, just to get stripped in a second! Lmao, I'll throw all my porn mags, but not Otsu's CDs. The GKB48 looks hideous in their monster forms. Main lead looks like something from Devilman XD Oh well, things ended well for Otsu as she got her fanbase back. They showed Otsu's performance to pad out the episode, since it wasn't in the manga. First half was really funny, second half was alright. They should've paced this arc better to take up 2-2.5 episodes instead of 3. Next episode will cover the video game one shot, and the start of the Guardian Spirits Arc (easily one of the funniest arcs in Gintama). 4/5 |

| Great episode as always. Shinpachi being all badass and then being throw out in a second was hilarious. XD I did like how he stood back up and still remained a loyal fan. Them monster forms of GKB48. xD Loved Gntoki's speech on how idols are people pursuing their ideal dreams, that was pretty inspiring. Also loved Kagura wrecking that GKB48 center. Otsu coming back was great and the song at the end was nice. Lovely end to the episode with Otsu's manager commenting that Kagura shines the best with Yorozuya. :D Post credit scene was pretty heartwarming. :) |

Chapter 487 will probably be skipped in Porori-hen because they don't have time for it. |

| These 3 episodes reminded me of old gintama but not really in the good way, it felt like one of the more middling episodes youd find around episode 50-100, the 2nd ep was the only one that really got any laughs from me. Really feels like this didnt need to be 3 episodes and could of easily worked in 2 but i guess they were dragging things out to reach 13 episodes cause the budget looks worse than any other part this season so it just reads as filler. |

It's confirmed, first half of episode 340 will adapt the Video Games one shot, the second half will start the Guardian Spirits arc, and 341 will be the rest of it. |

The announcer taking a shit and describing it, omg. I love it, sex and shit jokes for everyone. Classic Gintama. I have to say this: Otsu is the worst character ever. I never liked her and never will. She doesn't appeal to me with her being the 'idol' character and her stupid lyrics that don't match or make sense. I'd take Catherine over her any day. |

(Yamazaki and Shinpachi will probably once again sit and share a close relationship during this kind of arc) I guess it's safe to say now... Fuck outta here bitch! | Gintama has had its fair share of weird, experimental or not so good arcs. And thats ok, in such a big series its bound to be happen. However, this is the first arc that I remember thinking its just bad... This arc and the last one have stained this season for me already. Definitely the weakest arc of Gintama (so far) |
