| yes, i guess? Though these elements certainly make anime what it is now. There are series like GITS, ZnT.., also a few sports series like Haikyuu which have minimal (if not null) amount of these elements and are among my faves. |

| YEAH. I don't actually have a huge thing against those, but that'd be great! Except, I don't see why the lack of "moe, loli , pantsu and tsunderes" would mean the end of "cutesy moments" or not-very-serious anime. If you're implying that the only way things can be cute or not serious are if they're lined with "moe, loli , pantsu and tsunderes", then I think that's the type of mentality that makes for bad writing and such in the first place. It's as if people stopped actually observing people and seeing what makes them think things are cutesy or funny. Sometimes it's the simple things that make things cutesy or comedic. Which is why, to me, it doesn't seem like it'd be such a loss to not have "moe, loli , pantsu and tsunderes"; it's just a loss of tropes. |

| Moe: it's subjective, so I don't know if it's really possible. If by "moe" you mean "cute", then no, I wouldn't watch it. The only way to make an anime with absolutely nothing cute in it is to make shit like Aku No Hana or Texhnolyze, and I hate that garbage. Loli: I love loli, but if there's no loli in an anime, I'll still watch it if I like the plot or charatcers. Pantsu & Tsundere: A lot of anime doesn't have pantsu or tsundere and are widely popular, so I don't get why this one is here. But if anime was all angsty and gritty, no I would not watch it. |

But as far as I know, Danbooru is the only place where fanservice is necessary for a girl to get tagged "loli". Sakura is a young, cute, small and flat, (just like all her friends) she has romance (with both a boy her age and a older guy), and she's quite popular with lolicons. So I think it is right to call her a loli. |
