| Craaaaaapp! Craaap! Tadakoro u are the cutest! You're waifu material!! Goddamnit why u not exist in real life?? *sobs and cries*. Fuck yeah murica! Nikumi is here!!! That "meat" of her is A5 alright. Nobody can beat "that" ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°). If i was senpai i would've dived in her meaf and said "Itadakimasuuu!! Delicious meat!!". Uuuhhhh.....yeah. Senpai's hair can be re-attached without falling into pieces?? Ummm...yeah. Himekawa ain't got nothing on this guy. I am so glad to see tadakoro and nikumi being animated and with famous voice actors. |

| Mouth-watering great episode as always! xD Seeing Souma trying to cook all those don dishes were great and it made me so hungry. Nikumi fanservice on her meat was quite nice. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) I laughed pretty hard when Souma ran to the ATM and barely withdrew much; what a cheap-ass father he has. xD Can't wait to see the Shokugeki between Souma and Nikumi next week. | Good setup episode. Ikumi... damn. She is extremely hot, but being an Erina lackey is a turn off. I'm hoping she remains active in the show even after the food battle is done. Honestly, I can't wait to see her try Souma's dish next time, but what I really want to see is Erina's face when Souma wins. Oh, man... 4/5 |

| I really liked the experimentation scene. First of all, I am now hungry beyond all belief. Secondly though, I liked how it showed Soma doesn't have the perfect solution in an instant. Pretty cool that Megumi is actually an amazing chef, just doesn't deal with pressure very well. Polar Dorm students still awesome. New girl has potential, I hope the "villains" in this story don't remain entirely one dimensional. That attitude of "I'm better than you, hahaha" just creates the same old scenarios every time. Oh, and this outcome is pretty damn predictable. Though some people have said Soma loses eventually, he obviously is not going to get expelled. Somehow, he'll win. |

| The lack of ecchi foodgasm lowered the score for this episode IMO Interesting set-up episode for Souma's first Shokugeki! Nikumi's voice kinda weird imo. Will get used to it later, I guess.
