| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Well that was cute. We see Diane and King's past when they were younger...well, King looks pretty much the same. Diane looks adorable though imo and she seems a bit more childish than present. And this episode also shows Helbram's hatred for humans after a certain incident. I don't feel bad for him at all but King :(.. Decent episode overall. It showed the foundation of Helbram and King's relationship traced many years ago that has influence to today. Eh, the fight was okay. |

| After that knight pushed him away, FukuJun's character met titan girl when she was still young. It showing his memory slowly remembering, trusting humans or not, and how short human life is. Titan girl's skills are also shown and the cloth that even she is wearing now is made by him. The truth about that knight and the fairies, too. He received all the crime his friend did and met KajiKaji's character then. Flower power... He had to "free" his friend again. Thought so, that new knight that looks like KajiKaji's character is himself in disguise. During the battle against the leader of holy knights, he blocked that guy's skill. Talking pig is alone in darkness even in chibi part. |

| King meeting a younger Diane. It was nice to see the two sides of what they would call a human, Diane getting warmth from the humans and getting attached to them while the fairies were betrayed. She was cute, too bad she doesn't seem to remember that time. Seeing years past by so fast was really interesting though. |

| Bravo :*) Really nice ep. And this is why King is Sloth :( DianexKing is just too STRONK <3 Their love story that spanned over centuries was so beautiful T^T It's just amazing when u think about the time span that passed without them realizing it. Seeing the grandsons off grandparents ^^; Diane's sick scene and her "Always love me" scene were so cute <3<3 Love Aoi Yuuki's VAing so much :3 U gotta feel bad for Helbram even if a bit. Nothing justifies all the shit he did but the experience he went through being tricked by humans and witnessing all his fellow fairies get their wings ripped out was definitely life changing. King was friggin BA owning Helbram like that. He's just too BOSS!! And he cockblocked himself so hard telling Diane the Harlequin thing was a dream :P Still a OTP no doubt <3 Dat Mel Entrance! BA! Also I wonder if anime only viewers noticed Mel being the one who captured King. Keep in mind how long ago that was :P |

| Wow King and Diane's past was quite something. It had quite a few moments in there :* Although Helbram was crazy and loved killing, due to his past he's one of those characters you feel bad for :/ King, showing his real strength, but it ended very quickly o.o I can't wait to see Arthur's true pow-! Oh wait, Meliodas just showed up woo! The cliffhangers just keep on coming :) |

| Poor Helbram >.> If he wouldn't have fought for the wrong people I'd definitely have been on his side. Great episode. Well now we finally can get to the interesting fights. And maybe finally reveal Merlin after they've shown her like 2 episodes ago without revealing her true power. |

| My little giant can't be this cute! Hnnnnngg... Well, I think I understand what made King fall for Diane :P I didn't expected King and Hellbram backstory to be this depressing :/ Poor Hellbram, he was a fool. He just lost himself, blindly slaughtering people. I don't know if I'm looking too far into it, but is it me or the King Arthur look a bit like Meliodas? Could they be related? They have a similar face and mimics. |

| Awn, he erased Diane's memories so she wouldn't miss him. Didn't really like that episode, but yea, it was average and we got to finally see why King abandoned his Kingdom (poor him). Her clothes and hair style, everything came from King. Damn. I don't care about you anymore, Hauser. It's King x Diane all the way |

| Definitely better this time, even though the pacing was about the same just with the bonus chapter being around 3, and then covering 74-75. The direction was just a little bit better, though Helbram falling didn't have much impact. At least King looked as badass as he should. They skipped Blind Follow which kinda made the Holy Knights aiding Helbram look like drones, hopefully they address that later. Poor Hauser, now everyone knows he's virtually irrelevant. Next episode will probably cover some 7 chapters to make up for the bonus chapter taking half this episode, be ready. |

| As average as Nanatsu no Taizai is as a shonen battle manga, the anime is presenting its story in the best possible light. The pacing is swift and its direction is a cut above the rest you usually see in these types of adaptations |
| Very interesting flashback between Diane and King. And I am loving Diane more and more. So cute when she was a child. And that cliffhanger - Meliodas!!!! Can't wait for the next episode. |

| It was a great chapter, A-1 did a better job with King Gaiden than the Ban Gaiden. Next episode i expect more stuff being omitted, because the title of next weeks episode is the same as chapter 82. |

The only one that I still hate from the team is Meliodas, so hopefully this will change soon. Diani and King were really cute, I hope she remembers him someday :'( Also, I felt sorry for Helbram, he definitely deserved to die since he killed loads of innocents, but living 700 years with this much pain is certainly not easy. Beautiful episode :) |

When King was thrown off the cliff I think, since Elaine also said that King left the forest for 700 years. Kiiing, so much suffering. Cried last week when I caught up to the manga, but seeing King have to kill his best friend Helbram twice in one episode (flashback and current) was too much so I had to cry again. Also, that King and Diane backstory was nicely done. Now we know what Diane said King's smell was nostalgic a few episodes back when they were all smelling King. So now Hauser (and Guila) knows that the Seven Sins aren't and weren't the bad guys :) |
| this episode was definitely a change of pace from previous episodes, and personally, i thought this was the best episode of nanatsu i've seen in a while, mainly because of the diane and king flashback. it was sort of lighthearted at first, but the transition into the more dark and emotional part of the flashback was done really well. plus, diane was adoraaaaable. i can't wait to see more of pendragon, who already looks (and is) pretty cool |
