| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Lmao, that was funny. Don't hide in that box D: Actually now that I think about it, this episode was kinda crazy as well. So much calligraphy and a green leaf clover all in the mix. Cute. The momentum of this episode was just so fun to watch. I'm glad that Naru was able to talk to sensei on the phone though. These kids really miss him already. |

| Handa's mother is great: calling her own son a tsundere and "tsun-baka", as well as crying that he's now "moenai" :D The Yamato Nadeshiko exterior conceals the soul of an otaku. No wonder he got reminded of Tama there. |

| Handa's mom is pretty hot huh? That came as a surprise. :D Aside from that this was absolutely fantastic as usual. So far this has gotta be my anime of the year. Second, Third, Fourth, and Fifth Season when? :D |

| Really good. He almost destroyed the star calligraphy, the best work ever. Handa's father driving skill are the same as my mother....... The people from the island gathered at the phone, i almost cried when Naru started talking. The best anime of the season, and maybe of the year for me. |

| That was a surprisingly hilarious episode. With all the foreshadowing in the previous one I thought this episode was gonna be a feels trip. Instead it went with the usual Barakamon hilarity with a bit of sweetness. I love the shorts after the episode. Poor Miwa. It was funny seeing her act like Sensei for getting second. |
| I thought this ep will be full of drama but it was hilarious XD Loved it :D NO OP though T_T It really was nice seeing how much Handa developed with how honestly he apologized ^^ "Now give him the phone strap" XD Read the mood Kawafuji lol Handa's dark aura in the box saying "Ship me back to the island" was hilarious XD Handa's mom's reaction to him doing bondage and her monologue thinking he was tsundere but now he's tsunbaka XDXD Hilarious XD His mom is funny ^^; The phone call part was really heartwarming :) Esp when Naru was talking seriously :3 I wanted to see the "Stone Wall" work >.<!! Can't wait :D |

| Sensei being all stiffed up while waiting for the director xD Seeing his own fault for punching the director and apologized. The director's expression when Handa dropped xD His reaction after calling his calligraphy a test work ^^ "Just ship me back!" Meeting Sensei's parents! All those calligraphy on the floor and Sensei tying up is hair. Felt scary when Sensei was approaching Kawafuji like that. His mother's reaction on Sensei tying his friends up! Getting a call from the kids ^^ All fighting over the phone and Miwa using her advantage! All of the kids waiting for Sensei to come back! Getting his calligraphy done called Stone Wall! Can't wait to see it. |

| I loved how they related this episode to the previous ones: -Handa's anger being misinterpreted as sm/ bondage. -When Handa apologized, his expression and movement was similar to Naru's in the very first episode! Btw, Handa's mom is so pretty. I am very excited for the last episode. I can't wait to see how they'll end this heartwarming series! |

| This episode was just amazing, it was the perfect mix of feels and comedy. The development of Handa with the director was just really heartwarming. Poor Miwa :C Seems like Sensei's really rubbed off in her XD |

| Noooo! Didn't get to see his work properly. I think this is AOTS for me, I don't even need to see the finale to say that. It's been a great ride, probably something I could easily go back and watch again at some point. |

| Every season I discover at least one hidden gem. This season is Barakamon hands down! Looking forward to the "Stone Wall". Although i don't know how it can top "Star", that was really good :D Edit: Best part for me was Handa with naru's trademark ponytail thing... then everybody putting one on lol! |

| Hilarious episode, loved it. The scene where Handa apologized was great, I could feel how sorry he was. Made me tear up a little, he's changed a lot really. I miss Naru! :'( I can't wait to see his work! |

| No OP. He's already back, and he's nervous around that old man, and not satisfied with what he wrote. That old man liked it, though. Oh, the driver is his father?! And his mother is pretty, but weird. Wow, depressed. KajiKaji's character appeared. Everyone on the island gathered and waited for the call. With the feeling of the people on the island, he completed it. Gold vs. silver. |

Another great episode. Sensei missing the group on the island makes me miss the kids from my mission trip. On a lighter note, Miwa getting silver and sulking like Sensei was very funny.  |

| Wow the phone call really got to me. The fact that he used the names of people from the island to put on the "Stone Wall" was really touching and meaningful. An amazing idea to wrap up the series, and I can't wait for the finale! |
| Alright, that was a sweet episode. - Handa really changed. He even apologized to the director. - Handa destroying his own work. Man, I would love a print of that. - Holy smokes, Handa's mother. - Poor Handa, he's trying so hard to find some inspiration that he's willing to have the same hairstyle has Naru. I thought that was great. - My goodness, that phone call got me tearing up a bit. - What a tease. I can't believe the episode was over, I just wanted more. I'm really going to miss this anime. I'm looking forward to purchasing the manga very soon. A nominee for AOTS for me. |

| I love love love how they didn't make it a massive overreaction by Handa just up and leaving. They show that a simple phone call from the island village is enough to convey that he is loved there and the phone call part of Naru telling him to come home was perfect. This episode was a perfect set up for the finale that will truly have teh feelz that we may have expected in this episode. |
