| I don't know why, but I think this is the most I've teared up from an episode of Gintama up until this point. There's definitely been a number of tearjerker moments up til now, but just something about learning more about their past and the storytelling really resounded with me. Gintama really does just get better and better. |

| Lol, I wish Gin was wearing a Soul Reaper outfit from Bleach lol. But at least Ichigo was on the bag (Bleach was the last super long anime I watched lol, still reading the manga). That was a cute episode! Sougo is so different around his sister, and awww, he thinks Hijikata stole everything from him, his sister and Kondou. Awww! Hijikata made him bleed! D: Awww, his poor sister doesn't know she wants to marry a criminal but Sougo doesn't want to ruin her happiness with him as she doesn't have much longer to live :( awww, that'sw sweet. It was random that Sougo wanted Gin to pretend to be his friend lol. His sister really shouldn't eat all of that spicy food! D: I wonder if Hijikata really does like his sister or not, she likes him so much, it's cute. Maybe he doesn't want to make Sougo feel worse if he already knows why he doesn't like him is because of that stuff. Or maybe he just wants to be Sougo's friend and not ruin it by dating his sister in case he broke her heart. |

| wow, Sogo's sister beautifulness actually on par with Otae, but she got so much death flag. since this is a comedy anime, I hope she can be cured somehow, and live happily with someone she loved (Hijikata). |

| Trying to focus on the funny moments, my favorites were Sougo and Gintoki pretending to be friends at the table in front of his sister and of course "how sick is the taste in food of young people today?" and meanwhile Hijikata was already addicted to mayo. |

| Wonderful episode man. I just know that the feels are coming. Sogo and Hijikata's backstory looks great and Sogo looked so cute. Why does yamazaki has an afro. Sogo's sister is indeed very beautiful. This is why I like gintama. The comedy and action scenes are blend so well. Its in these kind of comedy series that sad moments hit even harder. The backstories of the main cast is so good that you start to like them. The romance in this show is quite good as well which I will always welcome with a smile. This has started out to be a truly brilliant arc. |

| Great episode! We got some inisght into Okita and Hijikata's relationship and the reason why Okita dislikes him was finally revealed. Mitsuba is really nice and her relationship with her brother is sweet. I hope she gets better. |
| Wow. This episode was one of the best ones. First of all, it made me realize that i REALLY like Sogo's crazy-ass bazooka-carrying character, and i also respect him because he's A REAL HATER, he ain't ever lettin Hijikata go (as he should) also Hijikata is in a way his ex-brother-in-law WELL DAMN And you know i LIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIVE for a good exes meeting again after a long time story ah. Yes i know nothing exact happened (at least not shown so far). What the fuck is going on in Hijikita's emotionally shut-off mind?! Gintoki being a lovable idiot who's not actually an idiot, as always, marvelous; cannot wait to see how this arc ends and is this loving and caring bazooka brother going to get his wish of his sister's final moments being spent happy, fulfilled |
