| Lot's of fan service this episode a shame about the censors tho but i can live with that for the time being. The Subaru commercial made me laugh. Jirou waking up in the middle of the night surrounded by girls with there sleep where in daring positions and he is still dissatisfied. He should be ashamed of himself every guy dreams of waking up like that!! The bathing scene was also pretty nice but Subaru made sure they forgot somehow i wonder what she will do about her dad who even knows what type of underwear she is wearing. He will definitely be in trouble ones the get home. The part about Subaru's mother was pretty touching and i wonder now what the exact story is of Subaru's mother and father. Since her father mentioned that they ran away. |

| This was an ok episode. Nakuru was hillarious as always, Subaru's dad was also funny, and the graveyard scene was a little sweet, but other than that, nothing stood out much. Of course, that excludes the ending. That cliffhanger was perfect. Finally, something interesting! Now excited for the next ep. :) |
| Wait a second, did the Heroine of a Harem Light Novel Series just admit her feelings before the last episode? WTH IS GOING ON HERE MY MIND IS GOING TO EXPLODE..... only joking, but it's kind of odd this never happnes in light novel series in regards to the main heroine, they are usually stubborn, dense or just too damn shy, and Subaru has two of those traits, so this could mean two things in my opinion. Either Jirou refuses her (because of his Gynophobia or maybe through a misunderstanding) or this series is about to end early as in this wasn't meant to be a 12/13 or a 24/26 Episode series but something like a 10/11 episodes it does happen after all such as Ano Hana. Since the plot to this is mainly the harem story tbh, if Jirou picks one it's kind of all over, unless all the girls are super determined, I can see Usami not accepting it, or a different sort of relationship forms between Subaru and Jirou that they keep it secret especially since Subaru's gender is being kept secret, which means the harem can still be kept alive but with no chance of occuring. Either way I liked the episode, the drunk on cola happens too much in anime but thats because they don't accept minors drinking on tv so they change the substance, it may have been a different drink in the Light Novels. The thing I loved was the scene at the grave where Jirou hugs her but at the same time is clearly trying not to faint due to his Gynophobia, this is good for Jirou because it makes him seem slightly less wimpy in my opinion, somewhat more of a man I guess. |

| I enjoyed the episode, mostly for the moments between chicken and Konoe. Their interactions (especially that "I want to be more than friends ending") always makes me hope more and more for them actually moving forward romantically. |

| Haha I spotted Mirai-chan! I feel good now. Easter eggs are always fun, don't let ANYONE tell you different. Lol at the commercial insert... oh god I love it when fansubbers do that so much! xD DAT ENDING ZOMG! Can't wait for next episode. Really hoping it doesn't anti-climax... it would be nice if it actually started to further the romance, because very few harem rom-coms (at least that I have seen) these days actually do that anymore. This anime is completely progressing the opposite of how I originally thought it would; at first, I thought this was going to be another ecchi failed romance comedy harem thing, but its actually shaping up to be pretty good. It succeeds in being amusing (I haven't seen an original rom-com this funny in a while) and fun, while furthering the relationship between Subaru and Kinjirou, and it is actually establishing dimensions to all the characters. I surely hope things keep going as they have been, because so far this anime has been plenty of fun. |

| I think they could keep it going for a few more episodes even if we did get the confession at the beginning of 9. Remember that Subaru still has to hide her gender from everyone except Jirou and Kanade, and her father will probably kill Jirou if he finds out the truth. Kanade may also have a few schemes that will bring the couple nothing but trouble. We'll have to wait for next week (unless we've read the LN) to find out how it is going to play. |

| I can fly! That might not have been a reference to it, but it reminded me of that scene from Denpa Onna. On the other hand, I didn't notice a cameo until it was pointed out in this thread. Seems like the Punyuru disguise/persona might be here to stay, I can already imagine Subaru coming to school dressed in a girls' uniform under that identity. It's good to see Subaru try to pursue her relationship with Jirou more seriously. In the end, I just hope Jirou decides on a girl to avoid the dreaded indecisive "romance" ending. I enjoyed this episode. Come to think of it, I think there hasn't yet been an episode in this show that I didn't enjoy. Also, someone keep the soda away from Nakuru. |

| That scene at the graveyard was pretty nicely made. I like where Subaru introduced Jirou to her deceased mother. The war also pretty fun but in the end Kanade still wins. Somehow Kanade in this episode reminds me of Mikako from Sora no Otoshimono. That ending!!! Cliffhanger!!! |
