| well, it's the most visually interesting episode started off really rocky with nauseating camera work, but i like the flair of han's techniques a lot it feels like they are covering a too much ground in such a short time, though |

| Solid entertainment. The emotions both put into the fight were amazing. The flashy moves were againg way over the top but visually well done. Sadly, I was really bummed out when seeing the scenes with different art style. The style was good but the transitions were so sloppy, I thought the video was still buffering. |

| i find the fights really boring including this episode's but the animation in this one especially is amazing. i love the calligraphy(?) bit when they were fighting that was a nice touch then the comic-like art after - made it slightly more enjoyable. |
| Damn this episode was wild. I didn't really feel anything regarding the death of Han Daewi's friend since we didn't know him for too long, and the flashbacks they inserted came at a point where it was too late to get me to care more, but other than that issue this was a pretty good episode. The fight between Jin and Han was exciting and entertaining all the way through, and of course the animation continues to be great. |

| That was the best episode so far imo! It was packed with emotion and there was some great character development, but the fighting and incredible animation didn't drop either. I felt so sorry for Daewi; if his friend had been able to hold on just a few hours more then he could've been saved. At least he isn't alone; he has two new friends who support him and care for him the same way his old pal did. I can't wait for the next arc! |

| The stylized fight was NOT something I saw coming, but holy crap was it dope. I very much enjoyed the fight, and the ending of it got me weirdly emotional. The pacing of this show seems pretty fast, so I'm actually surprised at how emotionally invested I am in all the characters given how quickly everything moves. I'm excited to see what the new characters joining the cast will be like since there seems to be a heavy hint of that at the end. |
| Infinitely better than the previous episode. The fight animation and choreography was stellar this episode, especially that final ink-style sequence. Unfortunately I still think the story is terrible, and I find it hard to care about any of the characters. It might just be how awful last week's episode was, but this one wasn't half bad. (The pacing is still waaaay off though, they really need to rein it in) |

| While this was better than the previous episode and the fight between the two was good, the backstory and flashbacks didn't manage to do anything for me. And even though the fights look good because of the animation, especially when the style changed in the middle, but the moves and choreography itself hardly makes any sense. |

| Visually, this was a really great episode. Fight choreography was terrific and the directorial choices such as changing to that ink style were really well done. However, this keeps hitting a few too many cliches for me, which dampens my experience a bit. So now I have to wonder with the preliminary tournament over, will Han and Mira get a chance to fight again? Are they permanently on the sidelines? I'm sure they'll be fighting again in some capacity. |

| Daewi's friend didn't make it, RIP! Was a pretty great battle, loved the stances and the other moves! Some really nice animations styles being used this episode, especially towards the climax of the battle when Daewi started to smile during the battle, that was gold! He lost a very dear friend, but he gained two new ones! Mori absolutely destroying that arena, holy shit XD Quite an emotional episode! |

| An okay episode I guess. Compared to what has come out in the last 3 weeks, I suppose this looks like the Mona Lisa, but it's not really the best. I did like the different animation styles during the fight, but even that wasn't nearly to the level of other animation type switches that have been done (ie. Mob Pyscho, etc.) The pacing was aight with the flashbacks and whatever, but basically everyone already knew the backstory anyways, so they didn't add much. I guess they served to slightly flesh out the relationship of Daewi and his friend, but even that wasn't handled very well. This is not even mentioning the nakama power bullshit that mira pulls out to get daewi to get back to fight against jin. Ah, whatever. Breaking down the mediocrity of this has no meaning anyways because everyone is only here for fights anyways. |
| A definite improvement from last week. We got some fights, yay. But because of the rushed pacing of the previous 4 episodes, none of what happened had any emotional weight. Hope they take their time in the future to build the relationships of the main characters and start laying down a solid core for the story. At the moment I don't really care about anything that is happening. |
| Am I in the minority for not liking this show? I dunno I just can't get behind it. I mean they introduced the Brazilian jiu-jitsu guy, who looked pretty interesting (design wise) but Jin Mori just crushed him immediately. These are the semifinals, why was this dude just thrown aside??? Why wasn't he introduced properly? This episode had no punch either. That dude said "Sorry, but I've never thought of you as my friends!" and I honestly felt nothing because the main three don't even really have a bond. They feel like strangers forced into the roles of being friends. I do like Han Daewi a bit more now though...and the fight scene between him and Jin Mori was kinda cool. |

| It's so funny to see an Anime without any kind of build up and/or conclusion. It's just scene after scene, after scene, after scene...until they run out of scenes and the Episode is over. Feels more like watching a speed up Compilation than an actual Story ... but hey, the Animation alone seems to save it for a lot of people. The writing just lacks the basics for me. Like building up the fight (Daewi vs Mori) at least a little bit would've done so much in terms of tencion or excitement. Every episode we are basically reminded that these 2 are destined to be buddies for Life (for no reason...) But now they have to fight! What a great Moment for some inner conflict and self reflection, you'd think ...--> Yet everything in this Show just jumps to the climax, asap. They literally cut to the ring and Mori is like "Hey, you beat up this girl I just met the other day. How dare you?" (I still don't understand why the 3 of them are *Friends* btw) And the fight starts. It's so mindless. It's like someone wanted to write a really cool Story about a great Friendship , but didn't really bother to actually set up the stucture for it to feel legit. |

| Much better than last week, while the first fight went pretty much instantly, at least Mori vs Dwei had the propper pacing. Animation is still impressive. If people complain you get mad, if people dont complain you get mad.....Can you fucking decide what you want man? |
| how the piss is daewi not dead after jin's hit literally DESTROYED THE RING. HOW IS THE ONLY THING VISIBLY DAMAGED ON HIM HIS SHIRT. also what is up with that fruit jin ate, what did that actually do to him anyways, this one was better than whatever the last episode was but it still felt kinda rushed. the ending of the last episode should've been fleshed out more so that everything that happened here mattered more. maybe the marriage thing could've been ignored idk |

| Epic fight. Really enjoyed the mix up in the art work and styles during it too. You could really feel the energy portrayed in there moves as they battled. After I was a little disappointed in first couple of eps this story is really growing on me and it only seems to be getting wilder! |

I've seen them being called Jin and Han like they're Japanese or mexican, but this is the FIRST time I've seen someone actually call one character "Daewi" and another "Jin" LMFAO Can't wait for ya'll to call Mujin and iLpyo as park 1 and park 2. Also can't wait to see people call Mira as "Yoo" LOL |
