I wouldn't say laugh until it hurts, but KonoSuba is easily one of the funniest anime out there. The antics of the band of merry idiots never gets old.

That scene in Danshi Koukousei no Nichijou where Hidenori and Yoshitake tricked Tadakuni to wear a skirt and Tadakuni got so pissed that he picked a damn chair to hit them with. That caugth me so off guard lmao

Nichijou also made me laugh so many times, more specifically Yuuko.. that crackhead lol

That shower scene in Ninja Slayer was amazing. Akira Amemiya deserves a lot more praise than he's got from the community, the man can make you laugh hard just by panning the camera in a specific way.

It starts off funny and they just keep upping the comedy until you're ready to die. xDDD

So far, Asobi Asobase and WataMote.

In Asobi, when they have the "shoe throwing" contest to get the clubroom and that one girl goes totally HAM using a bicycle run up and then just boulders along about 20 feet of turf and breaks every bone in her body.

In WataMote where Tomoko says she wants to get a job where she can make cakes, thinking of a fancy cafe with a cute uniform and all the trimmings...ends up in a factory on a production line wearing full body covers. I nearly choked on my beer.

I am sorry, but I do not see the appeal. I did laugh at episode 112 (Katsura in jail) and 119 (Dragon Ball parody), and every time the shogun appeared (especially that episode where they shave his head), but aside from those nothing was really that funny.

Not an anime (well there is an OVA for it, although I'm referring specifically to the manga here) but the hardest I ever laughed was while reading "Angel Densetsu", I'm pretty sure I was on the verge of death a few times from chocking or passing out from lack of breath.

Usually, I try to stay on the quiet side, but anyone overhearing my uncontrollable laughter during some of those scenes would probably think I had gone completely insane!

daily lives, gintama, chio chan no tsuugakuro, saiki k are full of laughter

Grand blue manga as well.

The Melancholy of Haruhi-chan Suzumiya (a Parody of the Haruhi Suzumiya series)
Full Metal Panic: Fumofu
Carnival Phantasm (A parody of several Type/Moon works like Tsukihime and Fate/Stay Night)
The Disastrous Life of Saiki K.

I have to admit, I have lost my shit over a lot of things but the most memorable would be:

Gintama; bless that anime, I don’t know what I would do without it

Sakamoto desu ga?; the man is literally Jesus

Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun; so biased towards this show, it should be illegal

And lastly: Saiki Kusuo; I’m pretty sure I’ve been left gasping for breathe and begging for more
Can I touch you? Please I love you. Let me touch you, I love you!

also that part in Yakusoku no Neverland where the kid gets hit in the head by the ball in the background

however, Hametsu no Mars is the top-tier of "so bad i'm to cry from laughter" anime

Baka to Test to Shokukanjuu, it wasn't a scene in particular but those 3 episodes where the male cast tries to peek the girls at the onsen.

So you’re the one who’ve been downvoting gintama with alt accounts this whole time?
Get a life man..
What benefit will you get by doing that? You’ll be a billionaire?
People preference differs each other and that’s normal, if you don’t it like it just drop it, you’re free to 1/10 it by your account. But to junk it with 1/10 with multiple accounts, propagating that it’s not funny in every single thread it mentioned, googling ‘funny gintama episodes’ and says it only funny in 3 episodes you found, and not in other....
that’s very stupid...
btw katsura in jail is in episode 110 not in 112. Perhaps people in youtube video you found wrote the wrong description.

Nice attempt at a retort, but I highly doubt that's what they're doing. How can you place an accusation on someone for something that nonsensical just because they're vocal about their disliking of a show..?

people that I have met, all the women that I have loved; all the cities I have visited.

I think OPM was the anime that made me laugh the most, especially dat butt-chinned boy. That scene killed me and my friend from laughing for 20 minutes straight lol.

Other anime that made me laugh alot was Sket Dance, Handa-kun, and Ansatsu Kyoushitsu. Every scene of Reigen freaking Arataka is hillarious too. Im also planning to watch Danshi Koukousei so i expected alot of laughs from it.

Can't remember the hardest I've laughed at an anime unfortunately, but as for anime that have made me laugh out loud.

Tsurezure Children - The dating master and his spaghetti.
Fruits Basket - The episode Tohru takes her friends over to the house never fails to make me laugh.
Akatsuki No Yona - After they found the white dragon and all the shenanigans that play out for about half an episode or so...
InuYasha - That filler episode where they fight giant blown up versions of InuYasha and Kagome killed me the first time I watched it.
Love is War - When Kaguya indirectly claims she had sex with her dog or whatever.

All the shows I can think of atm. Although I'm only reading the manga, One Piece is pretty funny.
