| Imagine if it was Taurus... oh boy this episode would've sucked, because who cares about Taurus? Saw that people are pretty biased about Aquarius so whatever, but what made this more emotional was that it was her very first spirit, first friend and the very first spirit left to her by her mother, so it means a lot. |

| The focus was on Lucy in this episode and it shows that she really has improved a lot. So much feels in this episode...  Next up is the Celestial Spirit King VS the underworld King. It's a battle to be anticipated for! |

| Wow I was spoiled that Aquarius would "die" but I didn't know how it would happen. Still that packed more of an emotional punch that I thought it would. It would have been better if Aquarius had more air time before this though. |
| I have known for absolutely ages that this was gonna happen....but I am still crying like a baby :'( It was Aquarius crying that set me off! At least I got a few laughs when Jackal blew Lamy's head off....thank god she's gone...although I don't wanna speak too soon... Go Celestial Spirit King for literally cutting the whole Dungeon/Guild hall thing in half with one blow! Hype for next episode is real!! |

| Serious feels in this one. Aquarius has been pretty interesting as a celestial spirit, although perhaps not really honest with her self about how she feels about Lucy. |

| I almost shed tears and loved how it was done, too. Bbut objectively it's stupid. She summoned all her spirits and talked to the Celestial Spirit King in episode 32! That was ages ago. Imagine what they all did. Not only did everyone become stronger generally and fighting stronger and stronger enemies, they even had the training before the Grand Magic Games, if not more. The CSK also appeared repeatedly. And her spirits chose to appear by themselves again and again or resisted calling or gate closer. They could also take her with them to the spirit world etc. So the episode was well done, but it's just another case of everyone forgetting incovenient (for story purposes) powers etc. Like, the exact opposite of plot armor. Which is funny, usually they wouldn't need plot armor if they were allowed to use those things. Heck, there is speculation that Lucy could summon the CSK (who also could simply chose to appear on his own, as he already did at least once) without actually sacrificing a key. After all, Gemini had keys when they copied Lucy, they were even able to summon Sagittarius. |
| Wendy badassery was unexpected Lucy badassery is complete blasphemy :P Regarding the ending Fairy Tail is the 2nd/3rd anime I have ever watched I have been watching the show since day 1 Lucy is the first character you meet, Aquarius among the first few spirits This being said I think my roofs leaking The sad part was, I saw this coming a while back (A celestial spirit dying) cause plot driven resolve, but then dismissed any thought of it since Yukino and the gates put emphasis on the 12 celestial keys. This kind of caught me off guard... At least it wasn't Loke... 5/5 |

| AQUARIUS NOOOOO T^T Poor Lucy =,( The Celestial Spirit King better do a really good job of beating up Tartaros for that... Seeing Lucy in tears screaming like that made me cry too =,( At least she's still alive. This just means they can't see each other anymore...BUT I wonder if she would still be able to see her if she went back to visit the Celestial Spirit World? Hmm...I doubt it though =( Also, rest in peace Lamy. Or...Pieces...Lol that was horrible to say xD I'm going to need time to recover from this episode. T^T |

| The first 15 minutes of this episode was painfully drawn out, but I enjoyed the moments between Aquarius and Lucy. Nice to see that Natsu did not save the world in this episode with the help of his OP friends. |
