| Really great episode. We learned a few thing : - The chat we often see, where people talk about Celty or other thing, is the network of the Dollars. - The dollars are just people who join a network and are free to do whatever they want. They pretty much are vigilant anarchist. - I'm even more sure now that Celty head is on the girl hanging with Seiji and the head we saw in the jar was Anri friend head. The interraction between Izaya and Shizuo is awesome xD One thing weird, I was really sure that the thing Celty did with her ''scythe'' killed the guy... |

| LOL that was a good one, plenty of funny moments. I love how he tried to treat that rag-tag stray dog like a blood hound! minouneetzoe said: Really great episode. If you look back you'll notice that there's no blood. Also I'm pretty sure the chat we usually see isn't the Dollars network. The icons on the dollar network seemed more distinctive, + I'm pretty sure they've talked about the dollars and speculated about them in a way outsiders would. |

| Who knew that Kida's friends would be all members of the Dollars? There's also the possibility that Izaya is the leader of the Dollars. Lol, Celty's a bit late to the party. Why'd you have to mess up, Shinra? So Seiji's relative who is in Yagiri Pharma is involved in the human experiments. This got way more interesting because everything is connected. |

| O. I'm confused haha. Namie had a photo of Seiji and then it showed the head so I thought it was the typical "she was doing human experiments to get her lover back" type of back story, but then at the end Seiji called her for money and he referred to her as sister so now I'm confused lol xD maybe she has a brother complex? Or maybe that Seiji with the scar girl got brainwashed and isn't really Seiji but a temporary replacement for the real one in the lab? Idk. Hahaha. Can't wait to find out! :D so excite~ |
| Episode that is unbelievable at times the narrative, I would never have dreamed of listening to a piece of music of the Italian conception during the explanation of how Dotachin joined the group of Dollars, fun and interesting at the same time. Pleasant and with many ideas involving this incident, people increasingly characterized and fun, great overall. |

| When Kaztano kidnapped, he texted to Dotachin "Sarawareta". It has two meanings, "kidnapped" and "Sara Wareta" as in "I broke plate". They thought his plate was broke but when they reached the scene, bowl was broken. 3.7/5 |

This episode was so gloriously funny! xD I kept laughing every single time. It was amazing. Really loving the non-linear storytelling. So, Celty, Celty's head, the nameless redhead, human experiments, Seiji and his sister Namie... Yeah, the connections are drawing clearer now. Very interesting. Come on, it's Celty's head. It appears in the OP right after Celty's helmet. The Dollars are amazing, I have already my suspicions on who are the ones that made the Dollars...jeje. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -  Lol at Celty watching a documentary about aliens xD oh, this woman! So cute!

| The group of four belongs to the Dollars. Izaya may be Dollars' leader. When the group of four tricked the kidnapper and some details about the Dollars are revealed, the background music is the all time classic "Nessun Dorma". Wonderful. |
| Great episode. Damn the clues dropped . Seiji is with a girl with a mark on her neck, and we were shown a jar with a women's head preserved in it . Could it be ? and that human traffic organizationis behind the kidnapping incident, and that woman working there is connected to Seiji (his sister). Also lol about their reason to save Kaztano , gotta repay the man for the opportunity of a lifetime lol celty is cute . Nice to learn about the dollars. |

| What is the point of this anime? Is it just about a group of friends? I thought this anime was supposed to focus on the legend of the mysterious headless rider, but it seems to focus on random characters each episode :( |

| A Dokuro-chan manga cover straight-up showed up along with the obligatory Baccano references and surprisingly enough, Hell Girl. I don't know why some of the other anime other than Baccano were referenced but it's a welcome surprise. Those human traffickers apparently surviving their first brush with the Headless Rider left me confused about when the Kanzano Incident took place for most of the episode because it seemed like nothing had happened to them until Celty herself made her entrance once again. It's a bit jarring that someone like Kanzano would be that important to Dotachin and his comical Dollars squad but a scalper that can get someone the absolutely best spot in a packed stadium of a very famous idol does sound like someone that can come in handy. They got a lead on what they were looking for too. |
