| It was a good leadup episode for a new season all things considered, wasn't the most eventful thing in the world but the comical aspect was still there for the most part. But whatever, as long as I can see more Pantysnatchnator 4000 Kazuma I'm a happy camper. And yeah the art seems slightly different to my eye as well. |

| Aaaaaaaahhhhhhhh this is the type of comedy I have been waiting for. Freaking fantastic once again, especially since I went to rewatch the first season a couple weeks ago. Everything played out about as stupidly as I imagined it would, and that trial was absolutely fantastic. Very good episode. Also, the ED. Also, absolutely fantastic. Rewatched it like 5 times. And Darkness looked so happy when they were sitting on top of that door with the explosive rocks under it. And for those people who think the animations are of poor quality or something similar, I believe the poor animation and crappy looking characters are a part of what makes this anime good. They almost always look like idiots, which is fitting because in a way, they are all idiots. Its part of the charm. |

| They're a bunch of idiots, but I wouldn't have it any other way. Kazuma's voice actor did a wonderful job with the lie detector scene and the little comments he made in the tavern (like his "Yes, I'm Kazuma" line in S1). Aqua was great. The prison break scene is tied with the cage being Aqua's best moments. In fact all 3 of the girls were great. I love the scenes with Megumin trying to be cool with her hat. Darkness shows that she is probably the most useful member with her family connections. Darkness seems to be absent so a while, at least we get Yunyun. I really like the OP. I love how it shows how their quests go. Darkness is now more than just masochist boobs. Can't wait to see Megumin's familiar cat. |

| I was a fan of the first season and i really enjoyed the story and the setting as well as the characters. I was glad to hear that it was renewed for a second season. Lol what a long spell name and lol that password being the wrong one that also erased the quest log Lol the original password was actually the English title for this anime Hmm i like how they did the recap though Title crawl is an interesting thing to see in an anime lol Lol so the Mc was arrested then eh hmm subversion eh that would explain Sena's presence here Lol so Kazuma inadvertently blew up a lords mansion eh Lol Megumin i thought that she was going to stand up for him In a way she did but the last comment of hers derailed it Lol Darkness's response was even more funnier Lol everyone's expressions as Kazuma and Darkness argued Well that escalated pretty quickly didn't it Wow i guess Sena really means business Well self preservation is always a human thing i guess Lol Aqua and Megumin's words there though Lol Darkness trying to take the blame due to her quirks Lol seeing Darkness act like that is still as funny as ever Nice to see Wiz again though Lol well given how serious the crime is i think that not everyone will be willing to stand with you this time. If it was something less serious perhaps they will though Hmm so it was a ploy to allow Aqua and the others to rescue him eh Lol seeing Megumin faint every time she uses a spell is funny though Well running's worst than execution any day This world of theirs seem to have the culture of the middle ages lol Lol guess Aqua didn't think that it will be a combination lock And oddly enough the Mc doesn't seem to want to leave either Lol since Darkness and Megumin were running away from the explosion or were nearby of course they will be accused of being involved Lol those masks will make them even more suspicious Lol while Aqua certainly has no shortage of plans she doesn't think enough in to them eh lol lol Getting caught is always Aqua's recurring theme Lol trying to pass the stepping block as a present eh Still Aqua is optimistic in her attempts to help him Hmm a magic lie detector eh So Kazuma has to tell Sena the truth then eh Lol the answers that he's giving must be hard to understand for Sena Hmm so Sena was merely testing him then eh since she only heard bad things about him then Sena looks so different when she's being nice lol Despite his part in those actions i think Kazuma is giving himself too big a role in them lol Her nice personality is the apologetic type eh lol Lol Kazuma went too far and reverted back to her professional self lol well those nicknames that people give Kazuma are appropriate Ah i forgot that Wiz used to be in the Devil's army Now Sena has her proof Hmm a trial and a execution in the same place eh Hyperventilating is quite normal in this situation The trial kinda off reminds me of games like Ace attorney for some reason lol So Aqua, Megumin and Darkness will be the defense team eh Lol so they are looking into each of Kazuma's unintended crimes eh starting with Chris's Under hijacking lol Hmm so Sena only listens to what she wants to listen to eh wow things are really bad for Kazuma here and so is public opinion as well Hmm so the basis for terrorism was all those inadvertent damage to the town eh Well looking at that lord i would send explosives into his home as well just to laugh as he watches it crumble lol Hmm so the basis for that trial was the magic bell then eh Once Kazuma has worked that out he can plan and launch his counterattack Wow that lord though is such an evil prick Still that was a timely save from Darkness So she's a member of some famous family then eh Darkness finally gets her chance to shine lol his guide mates are quick to change sides aren't they But man that lord is such a pervert I hope that Darkness will be fine though That lord looks harmless though but man he's creepy Well i guess they don't have a home either now that its been seized to pay back the court Wow 12 million in debts for that trial alone That will take some time to clear A great return to form and to the second season It's nice to see Kazuma, Aqua and Darkness and Megumin again The story for this season looks pretty interesting so far and the introduction of Sena really spices things up. |

| Overall, i thought that it wasnt that good but also wasnt that bad. There were some moments that i thought were pretty funny, but there were also some parts where they tried to introduce comedy, but didnt really work. The art changed a bit from season 1 if im not mistaken, and it didnt look all that good, especially on the OP. Overall, i expected a bit more of it, but didnt really get it. Hopping that i get it on the episodes that are still to come. Also, and idk if this counts as saying something from the manga, but ive heard that in the manga, when it reaches the part where the anime is right now, Aqua's character starts to get really badly developed. Wishing that it doesn't happen in the anime. In the end, i give it a 7/10 |

| That was absolutely amazing. Best way to do a recap episode I've ever seen. Have a courtroom scene, and have everyone explain what happened the previous season! Very clever, and it sticks to the overall "butterfly effect" theme that made the first season so funny. Plus the artwork was even worse than season 1! The derpy faces are honestly some of the best parts; I'm glad that the animators decided to keep it looking like trash. Overall, I've got very high hopes for this series! |
| Well, the episode was all right. Got a few laughs but it was nothing too amazing. Is it just me or the art quality wasn't very good? I can't remember if it was like that in S1. Very surprised at the MAL score, but I should be used to it by now '-_- |

| You have no idea how badly I wanted to watch this. It was the only thing that was on my mind all day at work yesterday and today. Now I finally had the time and energy to watch this and I'm glad the hype meters in my brain wasn't disappointed. I had to check to make sure, but Aqua quoted Kazuma word for word about taking responsibility for the bomb. I just love how they reuse small things from the past into comedy bits for this episode. It was great. 5/5- The comedy in this is pure gold for me. Though it's been only a year, the nostalgia over all the running gags made me so happy. I'm so fucking happy to see everyone again. Welcome back Konosuba! |
