To be fair, this isn't very different from normal battle animes: No matter how strong the enemies are made to be, you just know the MC is going to get some kind of ridiculous power of courage/friendship/love powerup and defeat his enemies even if it's logically impossible. The only difference is that here the MC is powered up right from the start, so we don't need to waste time on mid-battle asspulls and MC preaching speeches about how wonderful friendship/love/(insert generic feelgood concept here) is and why the villain will lose because he doesn't have it... (...even though the issue is ultimately settled via brutal violence which has pretty much nothing to do with whatever ideal the MC was preaching... >_> <_<) |

| NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO They behaved so well up until now >.< WHYYYYYYY??? Couldn't they continue without a cliffhanger.... Make it a special or something and show 2 episodes at the same day D: Really want to see the next ep :( But it was nice to see Sonic again. I just love battles which focus on speed. One more thing. Mumen Rider is awesome but I feel kinda bad for him. He has the right attitude for the job like Saitama (not doing it for the publicity and all). In this case he's just outclassed though. No way he is going to be any help except maybe showing Saitama the way. |

| Wait what? Did I skip an episode or something? Who's Puri Puri Prisoner and how did he exactly find the deep sea king if he was in prison? Why was Sonic tagging along with him if he already escaped the prison? Seems too convenient. I've got plenty more questions but seriously I didn't like how things were played out this episode. | I liked OPM more back when it wasn't trying to do serious world building. It's felt a bit bland ever since the hero's association went from a backdrop to the central focus. |

| One of the more serious episodes, animation was amazing The new bad guy actually looks formidable Serious Saitama in the last scene was scary! Def a 5/5 for me. |

| Great episode. Man i thought Stinger was something special. Why are this A rank super heroes get's defeated so easily? Puri Prison went down easily as well. Lol at Sonic's lame excuse for not facing Deep Sea King. Saitama went on serious mode now. Can't wait for the next episode! |

A-class heroes are strong, it just that basically anything that ends up needing attention from Saitama is insanely more powerful. You could see that Stinger handle quite large number of big mobs. The boss really isn't that simple anymore. |

| So apparently I stopped reading the manga years ago right when the Sea King appeared and right before Sonic was naked.....what is wrong with me? Good episode, it's nice seeing other heroes man up even if they know how much stronger the bad guy is. Woah and I just checked, Puri Puri Prisoner is voiced by Onosaka Masaya? I couldn't tell since he was keeping his voice so deep even when yelling, which I rarely hear him do. Great job man! |
