| Damn, all those murders accompanied by that soundtrack gives a perfect combination of a bone-chilling requiem indeed. Chrollo's fortune-telling result, means that he'll lose half of the troupe but then he'll survive and then he'll find new troupe members? I suppose he won't go down that easy.. I only hope Gon and Killua and Kurapika won't be captured and killed by the troupe.. |

| Easily the best episode in the entire series hands down. This episode made me fell in love with the yorknew city arc. The requiem was phenomenal and chaotically beautiful. Chrollo proved to be the best master mind of the whole operation. His underwater fish attack was deadly. |

| Holy crap! This version re-done this part (Spiders attacking the mafia) so well, the 1999 version can't even get close to this level of quality!!! So many epic actions are going on and this time, the 'war' is actually more engaging in this version than the 1999 version. That background music made this moments even better! Why is Pakunoda dual wielding semi-auto pistols? She used to use revolvers! I just noticed that this is now the 3rd opening! The song is literally the same as the first opening but the pictures itself is slightly different... Neon looked even cuter without all that fancy outfits. |

| What in the actual fuck... they completely removed the ending scene (the requiem) from the German Dub. Or rather, from the TV broadcast. WHAT THE FUCK, why did they do that? Obviously because it was "too violent", but how about censoring those parts, or airing it at a later time at night? Unforgivable. My opinion on the German TV broadcast is pretty much changed from "loving it" to "fucking hating it" by this little fuckup. |

| Neon's a dumbass for running off and meeting with Chrollo but it was expected 'coz she's a spoiled brat. I guess that I should give her some credit because if she was careful like she should've been in the first place, we wouldn't have gotten that sweet and somber verse where the Boss mourned for his fallen subordinate over. That second verse also implied that at least half of the Spiders will get crushed eventually. Two of the hitmen are down... After the shit that's gone down, playing the usual ED would've been contradictory to the latter half of the episode's mood so it was a surprisingly nice move of them to continue playing Uvo's Requiem until the Huncyclopedia section came up. He should keep his hair like that more. |

| Wow this is holy episode, the Requiem was beautiful and absolutely perfect fit for Phantom Troupe, really reminds me of Akatsuki theme in Naruto for some reason, probably because they both were so epic and memorable to listen to. I think this is best episode of the whole arc so far, truly worthy of 10/10 |
