| I'm not loving it as much as I thought I would but I do like it. The episode seemed unbalanced to me with the comedy and serious stuff. It would go from absurd comedy to bulling depression in a span of a few seconds. I also zoned out a couple of times during the episode because of all the dialogue and nothing really to focus on. I am curious as to where this show will go. I see potential in it. So far episode 1 was a nice starter and introduction to the characters and their supernatural abilities. I can't wait to meet the other tenants. 4/5 |

| Hell yeah, an opening by MUCC! (only JROCK band I give fucks about besides B-T) The first episode was o-kay, I liked the other forms of the members of the massion (Karuta was badass lol), so, I'll watch the second episode. |

| The animation is so adorable :) I love Ririchiyo she so cute like a doll. I wonder her true form is :3 ahaha @ her freaking out with the "dispose of me" part I love her "dog" :3 especially when he said "You dare to point a gun at Miss Ririchiyo" I really wanted to see this series and im happy it turned out nicely:) |

| Went in with no expectations. Came out pleased. Not a fan of fanservice in general, but those moments were few and far between. Genuine emotion + Soushi being super-adorable = alright in my book. |

| YES! I was waiting for this ever since I knew there was going to have an adaptation, I was so excited. The first episode was pretty nice, I love Riri and her bad personality, she's mean yet so cute. I just think there was too much sparkling around Miketsu, I'm glad he got a little more serious in the end, especially because he's my favorite character 'cause I just love his story. And Hanazawa Kana dubbing this just makes it cooler, too bad she's not dubbing the characters I like. I can totally see myself giving a 9 or 10 for this in this end. <3 |

| i was pumped to see what this would turn out to be like after seeing the PVs and i wasn't disappointed! i don't think im wrong to compare this a bit of hayate/working MC reminds me of alice and yamada which =win, i could see where they could go with this since everyone has powers and there protecting them selves from normal humans gonna keep watching and the art is nice to look at too :3. to many good animes this season~ |

| Love this so far, the art is amazing and the apartment complex looks cooler than what I expected from reading the manga. So far they've followed the first chapter almost to a T. Should be more interesting once the rest of the characters show up. And for those who're wondering, I believe Ririchiyo is a demon. (Or that's what the manga says she is) |

| Fabulous Nakamura servant. This was entertaining actually; will definitely keep watching. I think the ayakashi thing was quite interesting. Nice MUCC opening too. |

| Awesome! Didn't really have expectations, but I liked that a lot. This season rocks. Very likable characters. Good chemistry between the leads. Actual genuine emotion. Intriguing supernatural elements. And so much potential! I just have to worry that this will get an unsatisfactory ending or an anime original ending. |

| This is the kind of fluff that's actually fun to watch. Even with the occasional fanservice shot, it's much more subtle than with Ben-To and I actually didn't mind it as much as I thought I would. I also really liked the OP animation. |

| This is... not good, to put it bluntly. The fanservice was not appealing in the slightest. What a shame, there are some great seiyuus in this anime. Ririchiyo sounds/acts exactly like Victorique from Gosick, and the guy with silver hair (forgot his name) is really attractive, but lacks an interesting personality. I'll see how it gets next week, but I'm probably gonna drop it. |

Also, I'm don't appreciate fanservice from a character if there's no serious love interest involved... nor am I too keen on master/servant relationships, but we shall see! |

Mr. Heterochromia is pretty amusing. Strategic chibi scenes actually worked, and I normally hate chibi. Ms. Lesbo is gonna get annoying REALLY fast. Too much lolidumb fanservice for pedophiles, though. So... I'm scared that this is going to be some endless nonsense, because of the whole "I want to change" deal. I REALLY hope they announce the number of episodes it'll be soon... Well, I liked it overall, so... HERP DERP I'MA WRITEZ A 10/10 REVIEW NOW LOL |
