The moment when the first opening started to play in the background I knew shit was going to get real. Asta is a badass (dem demon), but without the rest, he wouldn't had accomplished anything, and I loved that a lot. Makes the typical "friendship is power" message from the shounens stronger. Yami still the MVP, kill steal the rest + badass entrance + savagery. They left the best for the end. His new attack is dope as heck. Vetto got rekted hard. The best thing was how he called him "Mr. Despair" before finishing him. Even he lampshaded how many times Vetto repeated that damned word. Can we agree Yami is best boy? I'm still curious about Vetto and the Third Eye. Going for his flashbacks, Vetto was one of those elves of the past that Licht mentioned previously, but Fana is also one of them too (and if I remember well, she was a human from the Diamond Kingdom). What does that means? Are the Third Eye reincarnations of the elves? Is Vetto the only one who was truly an elf? Or is he a reincarnation too? How old are him and Licht in truth? Man, I have soo many questions. This week's Petit Clover was amazing. Never felt an anime character so relatable before. 11/10. Also, blushing Vanessa is love <3  THIS. This is what made this episode shine the brightest, and track record? Proven to be one of the best episodes of this series.... Though if it signaled the end at 51 episodes, it wouldn't be justice to the series overall! Glad that 1/3 Third Eyes is down on the count! |

| Alright, fine. When the op kicked it was pretty damn hype. There was some pretty good animation this episode as well. Yami was a total badass and that dimensionless slash was cool af. |

| Take a shot every time Vetto says despair lol. Jesus I forgot how annoying he was, I'm glad he's finally been defeated. Not gonna lie, this episode's animation makes up for last episode's trash animation. This arc was probably the first arc to hype me up in the manga, but it felt pretty mediocre here in the anime. However, I'm glad that when it finally counted, we got something good from this show. Great animation, hype all over the place, hell I wasn't expecting to hear the first OP again (then again, this was basically supposed to be the end point for this show so that makes sense). Overall, a great episode, and I certainly don't say that often about Black Clover. We just had to suffer through a string of mediocre ones to get this. Side note, but hopefully the pacing improves. This whole show so far has been stretched out beyond belief, and when you look at this arc, I feel like they dragged it so that it would reach episode 51 and they could end things there. Now that the episode count is indefinite, hopefully they pick the pace up a little bit. This arc was 17 chapters, there's no reason why it should take 10 or 11 episodes to adapt 17 chapters. The next arc is 28 chapters, and I would rather not have that stretched out over 20-25 episodes. I'll probably end up disappointed, but I'll keep a little hope. |

| This episode was sick!!! The revelation of Asta's power was well done and Yami was, like always a badass. Really really glad this got a second season. Didn't expect to be this good. |

| Lol, when the petit clover begin with that ost, I know they gonna make NHK The Professional parody. Hope they increase the pace and the quality in the next arc, because the pace in the beginning of this anime is extremely slow. |

| The persistence made sense, this time round; you can't be giving in to despair... Way to go Asta. But frickin'hell though, this anime is such a tease; I was expecting Asta to go bat sh*t on Vetto -well, he sorta did, but sorta didn't as well. I can't believe I had to spend 48 episodes trashing this animation quality, no I I know what they were saving it for. But still. Pierrot. Ya need to get real about this... Can't be half-ar*ing ever so often. Some of the action shots were so amazing, they'd make for some great still frames e.g. like yami jumping in, or Asta when they showed a glimpse of the reason... Some of the pest animation for this anime came about in these few scenes. All we can do is see what next week brings (probably shi*ty animation amongst other things) |

| So Yami just learned that move? Or did I misinterpret that? Anyways, really nice shots during the action sequences. Can't help but worry how bad a lot of the future episodes are going to end up now as the quality seems have a massive drop after anything special. |
| Wow, that was f***ing insane. I'd have never expected this animation, it made the episode look sooo epic. If you want to congratulate the animator, he talked about the episode in Twitter. I hope Pierrot will took on this episode's animators. If the entire anime had this animation, it would have now a 7.5 at least lmao Yami entering the battle was so epic, but I wanted to see more from Demon Asta. |

| Really good episode, for sure! They finally defeat Vetto, was so bored about hearing despair that much! Im only a little sad, because the part where Asta became like "possessed", in my opinion it was too forced, we was wonning Vetto in dialogue, and suddenly he recover his wounds, and defeated him! However i loved the part where Asta defeated Vetto with an old OP as background sound! Nice to see that Yami can actualy pass the limits too! To escape from space magic from other guy! Vanessa looked so cute blushing! |

| Asta was the realest GOAT of the fight, too bad Yami took the last blow. I wonder what's next now?? I think Asta's powers has elevated and has achieved a bit if awakening. Loved this episode and I also loved Zetsubou-kun, he taunted his opponents until the end. Yami is the best character of BC, his wit and person are the best. |

| Asta kicked all kinds of ass-ta, in this episode... I mean, they all did. But Asta especially, as a ‘demon who devours even despair’. Holy schnikes! And then Yami finally comes in... BOOM. π³ And I died. |

| Vetto sure was more crafty than you give him credit for. But Asta's and the team's determination proved to be the perfect counter for him. It was heartwarming seeing the squad do their best to support Asta though. But Vetto realizing that Asta was a demon though was surprising. Always nice to see Yami get serious. Hopefully that will be the end of Vetto. |
