| Great to see their type of humour returning again. Great ep. First impressions of the OP are that a lot more work has gone in to it compared to the first series, however the song needs to grow on me. I don't think the ED is as pleasant as the first either but hopefully I'll warm up to them. |

| Ah, brand new season ... well, "new" for me at least :P Interesting OP, I don't think I liked it quite as much as the last one ... the ED was pretty nice, but again I think I liked last season's better lol XD Poor Elsie ... getting yelled at, then only getting to "watch" eh :( So she decided on a date! Pretty interesting girl this time, I actually quite like her :P Having to grow up "tough" I suppose and not getting to do cute things ... well here's your chance to wear a nice dress and some sandals! ;D Keima training with her was pretty funny XD Plus it seems like she can actually see her runaway spirit huh ... different than all the others before :O Can't wait to see how this one goes! :P |
| I liked more the first OP song, but the new style is pretty good. Damn, that new girl is fiiiine. The character designer sure know how to make cute girls :P A strong woman can often be best girl. Even more if she have a secret ashamed soft side :3 So our new tsundere can break brick, a a wall, beat the crap out of people, throw people on on wall, teleport and even double herself? | wow, kasuga is a really shitty person. yet again, i dislike keima and i find him unfunny, and the there's the skeleton bitch, who makes the show somewhat enjoyable. it makes me wonder what would happen if no one intervened? like, would the cat just fucking die? really makes you dink. it was an overall okay episode. didn't leave a huge impression on me. |

| *staring down the keyboard trying to recap this episode, that has a amazing meta 8-bit recap itself about the first season ... ... ... it's unfair at this point confirming that i'm afraid (somehow, even more now) that this series will not end up as i want. Once again, i began TWGOK because i was amused at the main character being a japanese redrawing of Austin Powers after watching his movie trilogy in 2017 and even if it started good i put it on hold for months or years with no particular reason. Some weeks ago... i (by ""accident"") found fanarts and screenshots of the new girl and i knew i would have watched this series again, this time for real, especially for her. Kasuga Kusunoki is fantastic in her introduction. Yes, she was almost doing something horrible as throwing the cat but i knew she wouldn't have done it for real. All of this acclaim is not for her body, but because i've been heavily attracted to ladies into martial arts since i was 10 (damn you, dear beautiful Makoto / Sailor Jupiter...). And when they show a weaker soft side they're embarassed about, they're even more irresistible. Obviously, i never actually experienced this in real life because shyness / being an absolute nothingman since early childhood / fear of getting punched or kicked... but at least i can daydream about anime characters, and it will be hard for any other girl from this series able to surpass her as my favorite. |
