| As much as I adore this show's rare focus on female friendships - real friendships, not the usual trope-ships we find - the incorrigible shipper part of me is mourning how likely the proud and noble S.S. Ohana/Tohru is soon to be sunk. |

A few funnier moments aside, this one did nothing for me. The scene where Minko expanded on her background with the omelette rice story could have been heartwarming, but the fact that she was telling it while surrounded by girls, who are, as far as we know, basically strangers to her, made it hard to take seriously, since we've known Minko as a very private person, who wouldn't be going around telling her life story to just anyone. The awkwardness of that didn't even occur to any of the girls who were present, either. Also, Nako's classmate hasn't appeared before the last episode, and she didn't really make a strong enough impression to justify her sudden important role. So her scenes seem pointless. It's probably just some lame attempt at yuri fanservice or something. zoldicks said: boring episode was boring. i don't like it when they shove tsun!minchi right in my face. ....so why does nako's class only consist of herself & the megane girl again? Right? Minchi is at her best when she's only a more natural tsundere. Like when she tells you, in an off-hand way, to shut up. I prefer that, over the loud bickering. Whenever Nako and her classmate were talking I felt like we had suddenly warped to the Monogatari universe. |

| Heartwarming episode, nice to see everything turn out well in the end. Nako's classmate kind of came out of nowhere which weakened the effectiveness of the whole friendship theme for me, but it was still nice. Minko as a kid watching the chef make her omelette rice was adorable. |

| Well, this episode had less drama than I expected, which I really appreciate. It's nice the girls made up in the end but I'm disappointed that Minko didn't recognize how much of a hypocrite she was... although she was right about the facilities of the classroom not being enough to prepare omurice. Mizuno seems to be a nice girl but I wonder where the hell were the rest of her classmates... it was a bit sad to see her doing most of the job but at least, she and Nako become friends in the end. And Kirito-kun sure is a player nice guy. He had confessed to Minko not too long ago and now, he was all blushed and stuff when Yuki gave him the freaking omurice. Such a cool guy, doesn't he? Oh, it seems we will get more drama regarding romance in the next episode... great... P.S.: "I like kids." Oh, Tooru... |

| It's kind of sad to see that no one came to see her Mizuno's paintings (or at least they didn't show us) but as long as she's happy, I won't be sad. Nice episode, loved it. Poor Minchi though, Tohru thought that writing "LOVE" was a common thing there. |

| Minko is really serious about this festival and including her skills in her work ethic, She just seems like a capable girl doing her responsibilities At least everyone got what they wanted and added omurice to the menu, At least she's considerate about adding it, Poor Ohana though forced to eat the food And it's time for the festival to begin a lot of customers showed up to their room and they feel the very least tension as possible, Tooru got a big surprise although he just regarded it as service. |
