| Ngl, I didn't think it would look this good. I started reading the manga a while back, but I can't really stick with action packed manga since fights without animation is pretty boring to me, so I haven't really read that far. I'm also usually not a fan of the shounen genre, because I seldom like the main character, but in Wind Breaker, Sakura is actually likable to me. I love how he starts blushing after getting praised or thanked. He's the embodiment of hard shell soft core with a sprinkle of comedy and the skills to back-up his loud mouth (so far) I don't expect anything overly deep from it, but for a story that's about smashing each other's faces in while being surrounded by deliquents, it looks entertaining. |
| Is this even a delinquent anime? I haven't seen a delinquent anime before (unless Akira counts), but these people don't feel like delinquents at all. All I've seen and heard tells me they're just school kids who are really good at fighting and doles out vigilante justice... If anything, this kind of feels like a superhero story, just without superpowers, like Kick-Ass or something. It's hard to imagine any of them breaking any laws or bullying some weakling from class. The show does look gorgeous, though. Really like the art style and the quality. |

Anyway here we go with the first fight for Sakura in furin and is that Baji? The resemblance is definitely there. Btw the ed song visual, so the one Kotoha chan knows is a sensei it seems? Please be her brother, please. I need her for Sakura. |

| Haruka has cemented himself within the community, though there's a newbie of Furin as well: Nirei Akihiko, who is a mainstay within the community with his jokes. A close-knitted commmunity like that has Haruka all skeptical of why gangsters like him would be much endeared within the community, until a call for help brings him straight to Nirei, who gets pounded by some delinquents outside of town, further exerting his position and goal of reaching the top. A gofer from before, Nirei changed gears from Bofurin to Furin...but what doesn't is his joking nature. Both Haruka and Nirei stepping into Furin as 1st Years alongside familiar people, but the former as an outsider, he's prepared to face for the onslaught on the journey to reach the top. And the first one to greet them is Suo Hayato, though he can also joke, he's a certified leader of the class, but trouble doesn't need to wait for Sakura to arrive: Kyotaro Sugishita is one to start challenging him. Haruka's violent nature is shaping his reputation in Bofurin, hopefully for the better. |

| It kinda hurt seeing Sakura drop all the food the people from the town gave him. It was all for a great cause but it still hurt lol. I’m also loving his tsundere side, his reactions are the best. |

Nice follow-up episode but I hope they can find the excuse to start fighting that's not "saving woman from getting harassed".

| Agreed with that TEME Imma use my notebook for a bit~ 1- Nirei's shirt is awesome but I'm so glad he's non the mc 2- Kotoha nee-chan's dishes look tastyyy if she was a guy I'd be down bad 3- I'd take Suou over Di Caprio any day Some unexpected slice of life-ish moments, welcomed on my part and more nuanced than in the manga. |

| I'm really loving this anime so far! Thank you Cloverwork Poor Sakura doesn't know how to accept a thank you since he never hears it. I looove Suo-san! He's so cute. Leonardo DiCaprio had me dying. The blondie is funny too tbh. I'm glad he's there to explain why Sakura acts the way he does. |

| So we see that MC isn't the typical weak shounen character and it's this klutz. Thank goodness he wasn't the type to spout that friendship and weak rubbish like that klutz. Breath of fresh air, good to see some wholesome moments in the mix too before the story truly starts. Good episode |
