| Well we got to end the prelims and finished the season with the party as expected. Well done Soma, Megumi...but those poor no name judges! :D I didn't even watch this show for a long while, but after giving it a chance I got hooked. I even caught up to the manga earlier this week. It's a show built around the characters, the food, and the foodgasms. All of which are done rather well. I'm eagerly awaiting that second season announcement, 9/10. |

| I was kinda hoping that Souma would beat Hayama, but it was to be expected that he'd tie. Bit of an open end, which is sad. Here's hopes that we'll get a second season, they make an ending for one! |

| Nice finale for the competition. This was fun to watch, although I was worried because it was getting stale near the end. The recurring reactions and the mood was comfortable to get into; would like to see a second season. 7/10 |

| Man this was such a solid show, the most enjoyable and my favorite of the two cour shows, maybe even summer if you want to count it as that. I love how it left off, no complaints here. Solid 9/10 for this one. The only thing I could have wished for was to hear the ending song one more time :( I didn't know last week would have been my last time haha Erina was actually really cute this episode too when she was being childish |

| OHHHHH my mouthwatering foodgasms are coming to an end! Well as expected of Shokugeki, it ends with all of what makes it great. The after party was a riot and Isshiki's booty catching the Aldini brothers' eyes had me crying. Really liked the moment with Megumi and Soma at the end. I'm not really shipping anyone but it was a sweet moment for them. When I first looked up Shokugeki no Souma I thought "eck a show about cooking, no thanks!" But then I watched the preview out of curiosity and I was completely sold when it showed a bunch of insanely eccentric nutcase chefs taking themselves seriously as they power up over...what? Making a freakin' omelette. I want to say this was addicting from start to finish, but watching as it aired only had me drooling for the next episodes these past several months. Absolutely hilarious and fun to watch, even though I couldn't understand 90% of the cooking terminology and culinary techniques, the characters cared about it so much that I was equally immersed into wanting to see what dish they'd serve up next. This show made me want to cook. Like literally start looking up recipes and learning everything I can. Even making dishes 1/100 as delicious looking as theirs would make my day. The best I can do is scrambled eggs and pizza dough. 9/10, loved loved LOVED watching this. I most certainly welcome a second season. No, I'm begging for it as my clothes get torn off and curry makes me climax on a rainbow rocket ship filled with Martian Yukihiras that are tickling and invading every nerve of my body. |

| PowerHouse of spring-summer is over thanks Souma for making me mad hungry every week and to JC staying faithful and making it even more entertaining than the manga,can easily see this being AOTY for some people 8.5/10! though some of the smaller bits before the autumn election were little boring having already read it it still pulled through in the end, maybe now i'll actually try and catch up with in still in the finales of the election lol |

| Tempted to read the manga now. What a great show. I can totally understand why it became such a huge hit in Shonen Jump. I hope we get a 2nd season in the future. Even at the end, I still can't decide on whether Megumi or Nikumi is best girl. I love them both. |

| It was good but the cooking parts got more and more bland to me as the show went on most likely because I have no knowledge of cooking. I liked the characters though and the story is somewhat interesting. Hope that they make a second season. 8/10 |

| This was an incredibly fun series, although the last episodes were a little bit repetitive. The only thing was bit lame was Erina not learning who Souma's father is because they teased it so much a couple of episodes ago. Well, even this episode brought that up again. That being said, the scene with several chibi-soumas teasing Erina was priceless. That really cracked me up. |

| Awesome ending. 10/10 from me. Anime of the year without a doubt. The character development, art, soundtrack, VA and everything was near damn perfect. I dont think we should worry over a season 2. This thing is definitely getting one considering what a hit the manga is. The anime did pretty well on TV as well. I am not sure about the DVD sales but they are probably more than satisfactory. |

| Great food anime (with fan service). The in depth ingredients and history of the dishes introduced was admirable. Shows how much the authors study there dishes before putting it into the anime. Megumi's development was good. Overall I'd give this a 9/10. Very close to a 10. | Waaaaaait, JC Staff complete forgot the last participant, at the end!!! Now there better be a second season that leads of with that since he's kinda... super important. Despite that, it was a pretty great adaptation. That foodgasm sucker punch impact by Souma was simply perfect. Loved how the Hayama vs Souma visualization was done. Kurokiba was sadly overshadowed a bit here, but he'll have his moments if another season happens. Bring on season 2, JC Staff!!! >:O |

| Well my season of foodgasms has come to a close! Loved this anime so much and hope we get another season! The characters were all so fun, love the relationships between all the students, the food was always so delicious looking, and the rivalry was great! Overall I give this a 9/10! |
