| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Surprisingly, the episode is already out. We get a short flashback from Soma in the beginning and then the actual cooking involving him. And the episode also shows off his skills too in the battle. I find it funny that they did another metaphoric foodgasm scene with Erina involved LOL. The battle itself was great. Loved the "fists" thrown at each other between Soma and Akira. A pretty close result too. Sigh, more of an open ending though...but I like how they used the theme song they used. And poor Megumi :o  No season 2 announcement.... 8/10. This was a pretty fun show. I hope they announce a second season at the end of the year or something. |

| The episodes just got better and better as we went along. As a manga reader, the anime was extremely faithful to the manga, but also gave bits and pieces that were new and refreshing to see apart from the source material's content. Overall, this was one of tbe best manga-to-anime adaptations (hopefully thus far as I want a second season)! On anoter note, we may get another season or we may not from the end line: "Glad you liked it!"  |

| haha Isshiki and Ibusaki, I will always fangirl over them. I Really enjoyed Food Wars, and Hope there is a second season, but maybe wait a while for the manga to get further ahead. 8/10 |

| Just finished watching it on Crunchyroll. I wasn't expecting to like this Anime as much as I did. I was pleasantly surprised. :3 9/10 For me. |

| Starting and ending the finale with Souma and his dad making gross dishes as usual was 10/10 on its own lol I died of laughter when the twin judge pretty much did the same thing that her sister did and became super horny for Hayama lol.....I wanted him to score higher than Alice but oh well, my boys dish was too awesome (Dem perfect scores thoooo) And Souma.....Week after week you continue to make dishes that I would never expect you to make only to make them look so good that I want some ASAP TwT I'm actually glad that he didn't score higher but technically he kinda won which is something that makes me proud of him The second half went by so fast but even so the feels and laughs were 20/10. Seeing Megumi happy makes me beyond happy and that party at the end as well as all of the Nikumi and Isshiki moments were great xD JC Staff, you asked us all if we liked the anime at the end of the episode and my answer to you guys is no.....I FUCKING ADORED EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS ANIME FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART AND I WILL MISS THIS SERIES EVERY DAY OF MY LIFE 9/10 for me, and dat Erina and mini Souma moment had me dying of laugher lol P.S Part of me wants Hayama to win it all after seeing what fuels his drive :'') |

| 10/10 Kept me in all the way. Characters all grew in the series, and made sense Souma didnt get top spot, coz he's still a little behind our Spice King when it comes to his forte. Though he actually won 3-2 based on judges.. S2 please! :) Will be waiting patiently for it. |

| My 5th 10/10 ever. I didn't expect a cooking show to be this damn entertaining, great comedy, delicous dishes, good characters, music and animation, basically the whole package for me. It is very unique and stands out among the crowd. |
| The day has come.. Shokugeki no Soma anime has come to an end. I have to be honest this show is one of the most entertaining and exciting anime I have seen in a while. At the first I didn't think if I was going to like it, because it's anime based on making food, but after the first episode I instantly got hooked and wanted to see more. It's been a nice journey for sure. So many good memories from this show.. I really liked the fact that they didn't make Soma to get the best scores.. It shows that Soma still needs to practice more to be the best in the school and to be able to beat his dad. Shokugeki no Soma is definitely a show I will miss.. All good things comes to an end, but let's hope that we get the season 2. |

That was a fun curry battle between Soma and Akira. From food war to real war.  Lol so Erina still refuses to admit that she loves Soma's cooking.  Funny reaction of the Aldini brothers to Isshiki doing the naked apron. Anyway, I'm hoping there'll be a sequel. They can't end the anime at the middle of the tournament. |

| My thoughts about this final episode and this anime series: So it ends there huh? And they really adapted the manga faithfully and even adding some original scenes and I liked it! I hope they make a Season 2 soon because there are plenty of chapters to be adapted for a 2 cour (or more) sequel! And I'll watch it for sure! Anyway the way they ended and adapted the manga I'll rate it an 8 (or 9) out of 10 score overall. If they made the BDs uncensored add some nipples and make it lewder maybe I'll rate it higher! |

| Damn....probably one of my more favorite shows from this year. A surprise hit imo. Need a S2 announcement soon, I know they have enough source material, especially with the phenomenal pacing they had. I liked how the prelims concluded and how they used the first opening. Would've also liked spice as well though. |

| I'll be honest. I did NOT like this series for the first few episodes. Literally wrote it off. Then Megumi appeared and saved the show for me. Then everything plot starting to happen and it turned into an amazing snowball of awesome adventure. Great show. Aside form the boob factor on some of these 15 year olds....it was vivid and exciting experience for the senses. I wait in anticipation for another season to be confirmed officially. While they did set it up for dialogues to come I was kinda hoping the end eye catch or something would of had a tbc type feel to it. But instead we just got a thanks for watching. Fingers crossed. |

| And so it finally ends. I was expecting Hayama to get like 97 or 98 points and then Souma would get a perfect score, but I guess I was wrong. I think that would have been too predictable. Still a very nice finale, and Isshiki's nudity never fails to make me laugh. Also liked how they played a softer, instrumental version of the first ending in the background as well as playing the first opening at the end. To be honest, I'm not a big ecchi fan, so I wasn't sure whether or not I would like this series, but I watched it anyway because it looked interesting. And the thing that makes this one of the more enjoyable ecchis is that it doesn't primarily focus on the ecchi aspect. Yeah, it's there (usually accompanying the foodgasms), but aside from the occasional booby bounce or suggestive camera angles, the ecchi factor is not very prevalent. The anime actually focuses more on the story while the ecchi is more of a secondary, background thing that's there for humor and exaggeration. Well, it's been a fun ride, and even though there was no season 2 announcement, I'm very confident this will get a second season. A solid 7.5/10 for me. |

| Nice anime adaption of the manga. The manga it's based on is however not a masterpiece to me and it had some really boring chapters. I also really really dislike how this tournament eventually ends even if that did not happen in this anime but rather will happen in it's sequel if it's made. Overall 7/10 |
