WHAT THE FUCK IS THIS CHAPTER BRO ARE YOU KIDDING ME?????? THIS WAS THE FINAL PAGE AND IT WAS REAL WTF. SHE GETS STABBED BY NINO ON CHRISTMAS DAY. AND ON TOP OF THAT THERE'S A BREAK AFTER THIS CHAPTER. There have been speculations that the chapter 2 color page is like a foreshadowing of sorts. So there's a chance that she might survive. Maybe Akane will get there since she's the last person we see her talk with (at least in the chapter). |

| Seriously, no one learned anything from Ai's death or Yura's. Even knowing Nino was a risk, Akane, Kamiki, and Aqua didn't take any precautions. Where's the fucking logic bruh. If this does come out to be true, and it's not just scene in the movie or Aqua's imagination or some shit, this might just be the breaking point for me when it comes to shitty ass final arc that Aka's been writing. |

| If he thinks this would led anyone to forget whatever he did with the "former" villain of the series, then I'm sad to say, he's gravely mistaken. People dying for no good reason, just for the sake of shock factor, that too by a person whose involvement in this entire series could be counted on one small finger is plain bad writing. Btw, she making it through will somehow make it even worse lol. |

| This manga has got me tweaking, and not in a good way. Granted these are leaks but holy cow has this last arc got me feeling mixed emotions. They made kamiki ''good'' and now they're antagonizing a character who was only introduced a couple of chapters ago. This whole twist is alright but god damn the emotional impact is gone if kamiki didn't do it. Oshi no ko will still be one of my fav mangas of all time but damn what a fall from grace. At least we have Akane |

| Reading this chapter was quite the tonal shift after watching S2E8 today. I already got spoiled about Ruby being stabbed, but still... I guess she never learned to invest in locks from Ai's death. Or maybe Aka's playing us and it's all part of Aqua's keikaku (T/N: plan) to checkmate Nino. Ch159 will then reveal it as an illusion created by his Sharingan, that actually turns into Aizen stabbing Momo. |

| The author is really not getting away from the sloppy ending allegations, This chapter was quite something but not really in a positive way, and just shows to me how the author has clear ideas but disastrous execution. - Ruby surpassing Ai was something pretty much hinted from a long time, however we never saw the actual process. Ruby just said "I will surpass Ai!", a couple of characters said "She will surpass Ai" and now the chapter just starts with Ruby already surpassing Ai. A big question is what does "surpassing Ai" even mean. Maybe the author had problems with this too and that's why he decided to not show and just claim it already happened - Tsukuyomi is such a non-character. For all means and purposes she should be pivotal to both Ruby and Aqua's story yet she is constantly relegated to infodumping and talking to herself. It makes you wonder if she is really in their side or not. - Kana's graduation happening at the National stadium is such a big question mark. Does the author know that place is for more people than the Tokyo Dome (the supposed big goal of the series) and also more expensive to reserve for events? I don't think so - Looks like I might be in the minority in this place, but I felt absolutely nothing with the final page. Ai's final moments before the stab were way more emotional than this (Ruby didn't even got to say a word in the sequence of events for that day). It just lacks the punch needed to make it emotional. Some people might say this is because it's a fakeout and she won't die, oh but then I will have to remind you the fakeout moment with Akane on the bridge when she was going to kill Kamiki. Now THAT was a good fakeout moment with real and proper buildup. - I don't want to even get started at the fact that Aqua and Akane knew pretty much everything about Nino (even the fact that she was involved in Yura's death, offscreen info of course, this manga is scared of actually showing stuff) yet none of them did anything to avoid a potential attack from the woman who loved/hated Ai and was in cooperation with the twin's father to murder stars and anyone involved? And there's also Akane's monologue of her aware that the struggle Kana had in the group to shine properly was noticeable enough to make people in the fandom want to crush Ruby, so even if they were not aware about Nino, they should know about the danger of a crazy fan wanting to harm Ruby. I'm sorry but unless this is a dream sequence from someone, I'm genuinely calling Aqua and Akane the dumbest characters of the manga.
