DO NOT DISCUSS ANYTHING BEYOND THIS CHAPTER. ---------------------------------------- korean scans are out. from what I saw, when Denji and Kobeni Makima were playing with the dogs it seems as if they were looking at where they stand since everyone is a dog to something in life. what an epic play from Denji though, taking gambles like his name was Erwin Smith. seems like Denji misses Pochita quite a bit as well. he be doing his own thing as Chainsaw Man though, so it looks as if Pochita is fine for now. good end, but feels slightly forced if I am honest. but honestly, this manga was a good run. |

| Nice to know Makima isn't going to try to murder Denji from inside or something. Looking forward to seeing more of the "new" control devil. She seems to be quite different from the Nayuta who existed in Fujimoto's one-shot, while also very similar. Overall I'm very satisfied with this ending. I always worried something would happen to Kishibe because he took up arms against Makima so to speak, but he is fine somehow. Are all the "weapons" dead though? I hope not. |

| So Makima's new name is Nayuta??? What a twist! For people unfamiliar, Check out Fujimoto's one-shot Yogen no Nayuta, her design is very similar to the Nayuta we see in this chapter. I'm curious to see if this one-shot ties in to the CSM canon in some way. |
| I actually giggled when Denji recognized 'Makima' through the bite. Never change, Denji, never change. Since this is the last chapter, I'll share some of thoughts on all of it. What a ride this has been. This manga was the first one to make me count the days until the next chapter was released. It had some downs, but it was mostly ups. Nice story, superb art. Even when the plot wasn't as interesting as it could've been, Fujimoto had some mysterious way of making it, at least, feel compelling, either through the imagery or through the intertextuality. I'm excited to see what's ahead, both in the anime and in the part 2. |

| Well what can I say? Shit took a dip in the middle there somewhere after Power died but it all worked out well in the end. Good manga 8/10, will look forward to see this animated. And Part 2. We'll meet again, Denji. |

| it was nayuta prologue all along? WOW anyways, discounted Fire Punch, not bad but lack of same impact. doesn't mean it's bad. enjoy it very thoroughly and definitely it's own charming character conflict. 9/10 |

| Damn Denji my man that was quite the gamble you took. Also boi Makima's back, I mean not Makima but the control devil. She's cute and she calls herself Nayuta atm but who knows she might get her memories back in part 2. That last few pages was wholesome, they key was lots of Hugs all along. Anyway looking forward to part 2. |

| So i'm guessing Chainsaw's power only worked partially because its Denji? so she didn't completely disappear despite being eaten... Honestly it barely feels like csm, too wholesome, wouldn't have expected this ending months ago. Then again, this NOT the end :D ez 10/10 either way |

Really interesting concepts plus Fujimoto's crazing writing and art. 8/10 for the part 1: Public Safety Arc. Definitely can't wait to read the next part and watch the anime adaptation as well! |

| I'm so glad that the series isn't really ending and it was just the first part of the story. I got high expectations for part 2, I hope that we will see some more interesting devils and more bloody fights, we also don't know much about Kobeni's devil contract and we haven't seen the Gun Devil 100% form. for me This part was easily a 9/10, I've read a lot of weekly manga and none of them (even One Piece) made me so egger and hyped for the next week and see what will happen next, Fujimoto you truly are a Mad Lad. |
| After the reread, I enjoyed Chainsaw Man despite its issues and this was a solid enough way of ending the first part of Chainsaw Man. Should be interesting to see how Part 2 goes, especially when it comes to how much originality and freshness can it retain while still tying up other ends left from this part. It's just a dumb, entertaining and refreshing shounen manga with some kickass art. 7.5-8/10 for Part 1 for me. |

| It had its few good moments, but ultimately the unorthodox nature rubbed me the wrong way more times than not. Wasn't a complete abomination by any means, but I couldn't really get into any of these characters or enough of the good portions of the narrative itself. Hopefully Part 2 will be better. |

Yeah I heard about it, but I just don't like the conclusion of the 1st part, of course it still has chance to make a better part 2 and make up for it but it won't change what happened in part 1 and my disappointment |

| I think it was an "ok" ending but why a Part 2? Doesn't seem like it would be needed but if it will be similarly 0 to 100 trippy then sign me up I guess. |

| These last 2 chapters have been one of the strangest endings to a series I've ever seen. I'm not sure how I feel about Makima becoming the Nayuta character from one of his one-shots. Guess it's like a fujimoto cinematic universe lol. I'd give it an 8/10 overall, the last arc was probably the weakest for me. It felt a bit too jumbled and messy but it was still a pretty fun ride. I think with this series as I'm wasn't 100% invested in it I was able to just go with the flow of whatever it did. Which kinda worked out, nothing about it was really disappointing and I was able to appreciate the craziness. That's good enough for me haha. Excited to see where part 2 goes, especially now that it's gonna be in Jump+ |
| So for the people who don't know, Chainsaw Man will be getting a sequel so basically the ending is not the actual ending. Let's just wait for the sequel. I'm HOPE this sequel will be better than this season ngl. Also, the ending was quite calming and pretty smooth. I know it wasn't that good but that chapter was a setup for the sequel so yeah. | It's a great ride. Despite the bumps in the climax, i fully enjoy the story till the end. Other thing than the developments that sometimes feel bizarre, the fans / fandom are even more weird. The word fans dont even quite put it right, more like fujimoto's cult followers. I'll be looking forward to his next work, and the anime adaptation. |
