| We had a lot of black screen in the first look a few months ago, now more black screen. I thought months ago this would be too early a release date. I always thought December would have been a good promise. If you look at J.C. Staff's line-up you can already see 3 other anime scheduled for this year, and big anime.... time was always my worry and now it seems i was right. It looks like they are rushing. |

| Not liking the composition, movement feels odd, heavy use of CGI in Genos, and doesn’t show much action. This plus the rumors of the second season having a difficult development under JC Staff (only two episodes finished two months before release date) really makes me worry sick. I hope i’m wrong and they prove me otherwise, but JC Staff isn’t a studio that specializes in action anime, so if the schedule problems are real, they have no animators to pull off something akin to what WIT Studio did with Shingeki no Kyojin season 3 (rushed till the last second but thanks to a huge talented staff the show had great production values). Again, hoping i’m wrong. |

Don't make any sense to me. most probably Madhouse is not part of the production committee of One Punch Man anime unlike with BONES being part of the production committee of Mob Psycho anime so Madhouse does not care since they will not profit from its success anyway |

| It really hurts me to have to say this, but it's honestly undeniable: That looked like ass. Like seriously, just straight up ass. I'm not gonna say that the show is going to be terrible just because of this PV, but man, my expectations are now at rock bottom. |

| Genos looks terrible with those cheap cgi, yet to find a single fluid action sequence in pv. Oh well going to watch this anime with zero expectation, hope it never got season 2. |

| Looks average when compared to the average anime. Looks like garbage when compared to OPM S1. Even though this is one of JC Staff's best looking anime in the last 2 or so years (probably), this is still inadequate for an OPM sequel. If only a studio with a good staff and an decent schedule could've been given OPM. JC Staff has a decent staff, but the number of anime projects they're working on is unbearable. Idk why the production committee thought that JC Staff was a good fit. The OP is a banger tho. |
