| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Sugar's pouting and smiling faces sure were adorable! <3 But s**t! She almost touched Luffy... D: Gotta say that it was an intense moment for Usopp when he was aiming for Sugar because he absolutely CANNOT MISS! However, Usopp sensed the presence of those 3. Could it be haki? But it was A COMPLETE SUCCESS!! And Sugar got scared the living daylights out of her again! Damn, that was awesome, and I was so nervous throughout the entire episode, whew... >.< F***!! Luffy and Law made it to the top of the palace, where Doffy is waiting for them! Hell yeah!!! Time to kick his ass, Luffy!! And once again, God Usopp is legit, the savior of mankind. |
| well, this episode was slow as usual, but the manga was also slow at this point, so the pacing was pretty fair compared to past eps. holy man that preview of 698 though, gonna see some real action finally. |

| Yes! Episode sure was dragging but the chapter itself was slow as well, so it's understandable. HAKI FOR USSOPPPP YASS Next episode's preview is so hype! The art looks on point as well! I can't wait. And guys, was Sugar acting like that in the manga? I don't remember any of it.. >_< But yeah cool stuff! Even though I feared the quality would go back to bad normal, but it seems like next episode has some nice art like 695 and 696. I really hope they continue with decent animation and art from now on.. |

| I can't believe it! USOPP ROCKS! I was in total shock nearly screaming when Usopp was imaging failing! But then his amazing bullet had me laughing so hard, as expected from the tactic guy. Then, the ending comes! Luffy, Law are facing Mingo finally. Sadly from the preview, battling Mingo won't start soon. I couldn't care less about Belami and the Slime creature. |

| Way too much still animation, but loved the episode anyway. I had no doubt he was going to make the shot but it was still pretty tense and hilarious what the ammo was. Hell of an epic ending, too. I skipped the preview because I'm so excited I don't want to see what happens next until I watch the episode. Although I just figure after such an epic, hype-building ending we'll have three episodes of the Little People being obnoxious before Luffy and Law vs Doffy. |

| This episode was AMAZING! A little rough on the animation and all but DAAAAMN SON, THIS is what I was expecting and Toei delivered :D Even thought I had already read this chapter in the manga, that didn't allow me to not sit on the edge of my seat. | Nice episode. I was about to freak out when I saw Usopp failing his shoot. Finally he got his Haki. But had never expect this art of ammo lol and Sugars reaction to it xD And omfg the next episode will be sooo bad ass. I can't wait. I'm so hyped for it!!! >.< |

| I can't stop my laugh when Usopp imagined that Luffy turned into a Giant Robo Luffy Bomber. For the episode itself seems fine to me, Sugar is pretty cute even though she is loli. Usopp scene is pretty good even though it's pretty dragged out, I understand that they want to end the episode at Luffy Law v Mingo Trebol encounter. |

| This all drew out for way too long. Usopp has got to be my least favorite Straw Hat besides Franky, so no surprise I didn't care much for this episode. The whole point of this shot was to 're-traumatize' Sugar? Why not just eliminate her and be done with it? They've killed heaps of characters before now so why are they so devoted to keeping her alive, especially when her power is that dangerous? |

| Omg so much hype! That final segment, Luffy, Law, and Doffy. Loved Doffy's "Let me just make sure, just in case I am wrong. You two, what have you came here for?" Yea right as if you'd get that wrong. "To kick your ass." "Same here" Luffy and Law sugoi!! "I am disappointed" Yea right! Next episode hype! I see something in that preview. :p Loved Usopp's snipe too, damn that was epic! Sugar was so moe, crying with Kugyuu's voice. Her being frightened by Usopp's troll face was funny hahaha, she's so cute. That said, I agree with some of the complaints here, that it spent a tad bit too much time on Usopp freaking out. I actually don't mind the fodders scene, in fact I liked it, but that Usopp scene.. I don't mind if anime differs from the manga, slightly, but it doesn't work very well here. It was supposed to be a quick one for Usopp, no hesitating, no fears, he doesn't want to risk losing his nakama once again, so it is only logical to go with how the manga went with it. It is nice that they know how to insert fear in a character and made it so realistic I could feel it across the screen, but it just didn't work there, in that particular moment. Sugar approaching Luffy and Law didn't make much sense either, and I think that didn't happen in the manga too. I prefer if Sugar never had went anywhere near Luffy and Law, it wouldn't make sense if it took her so long to touch someone. The scene transition to the final battlefield was off as well, at first Law and Luffy went the other way, but the top floor is opposite of the direction they were heading off to, and Luffy knew that.. But oh well, overall I am satisfied, it got me hyped! I loved the use of OST too, it was perfect! I forgot to mention Usopp's awakening, it was too awesome! #GodUsopp4Prez |

| This episode looks like an useless filler episode although it isn't one: Usopp prepares an attack and finally attacks, that's all. Luffy and Law stand and discuss there like they're only waiting for Usopp's shot. After this they jump and one second later they're in front of Doflamingo, only for teasing us again. So next episode it seems that the real fight begins, although I thought exactly the same 20 episodes ago. |

| man Rie Kugimiya's really talented when it comes to voicing kids especially the crying one's lol her work as Kagura was her best though anyway damn it took Ussopp an entire episode just to fire that bullet but I didn't expect it to be his face hahaha and now he can see auras? what's that supposed to mean? I remember Blackbeard has someone in his crew with a superb sniping skills wonder how Ussop is compared to him |

| That is indeed some precision sniping, utilizing rocket stages to boost the altitude and correct the angle of Kanjuro's terrible drawing (which I guess made it even more effective) turned into a scare projectile purposely for Sugar. Poor little bi+ch might be traumatized for life already. |

| Really liked this episode, as slow as it was. I honestly think it made this episode better, the suspense of having to get the perfect angle and timing to shoot it towards Sugar. Also the fact that Usopp imagined himself missing it :/ Dont forget about the awesome bullet it turned out to be :) |
