| I recently rated the new season of Gintama, 1/10 to get a kick on the reactions of Gintama fans. I don't believe that Gintama is a bad show, rather that anime is not my taste. Objectively, I don't believe that there is a show that deserves a 1/10 rating, as I believe that any anime has a little redeeming qualities. The lowest show that I rated is Glasslip and Boku no Pico with 2 out of 10. So, what does 1/10 rating means to you? Is it really "appaling"? Or you just really dislike it? |

| Most animes that are rated 1s are controversial. People like it will rate 10, otherwise 1. It's just when you hate an anime so much for whatever reason, because realistically speaking, almost no anime should be rated 1, and the ones that do deserve 1 probably aren't popular enough for anyone to care. |

| It's a legendary level of bad that's actually a miracle of all trainwrecks. It's no enough just to be written bad or whatever, it has to go out of its way to be disgustingly worthless, insulting, and irresponsibly made that the reason for its existence has to be questioned. All shows have some redeeming factor, even if it's just in the lessons learned in how not to make an anime, so a 1/10 to me has to somehow detract by just watching. I have yet to see an anime as bad as the one I'm describing, but it keeps me fairly optimistic since no matter how bad a show is, I can always say "well, it could be worse." Also peeyaj, you could have not included that first sentence and this topic would have been fine. Now, all I can say is good luck. |

| This is a 1/10. A 1/10 is a show that fails so appallingly at being anything worthwhile that it doesn't even come across as ironically funny. The characters evoke literally no sympathy from the audience, the plot is shamelessly contrived, the artstyle could be emulated by anyone that could be arsed sitting down and learning to draw for more than half an hour, it feels like an insult to the precious minutes you spend watching it. Shitcom would get a 2/10 from me if I was rating it as a short film - it at least had a message that it conveyed (albeit tastelessly). Mars of Destruction would get a 2/10 from me for having an unintentionally hilarious fight scene at the start. Tenkuu is just a literal waste of time in every sense. I'd be insulting myself to waste any time commenting on it further. |

This happened to me when I was watching Madoka Magica, it just made me way more sad and pissed me off kinda. I still have a soft spot for some of the elements. I think this is why depressed people have the mentality of "such and such saved my life", if the only thing you are taking in are depressing things you aren't getting anywhere. Hate to be one of those people but this happened to me with the first Gurren Lagann movie. Even though its the same events as the show, I wasn't nearly as impacted by it until I was in depression. The positive message of always moving forward was really heartwarming and got me out of that hole. |

| I still dont have any rated with 1 i would probably would but i didnt included them on list. Basicly 1/10 means. Waste of time/too long for no good reason. Nothing too save it. No Reddeming quality even if you try your hardest too find and judge fair. Terrible characters with no chemistry. Boring as fuck. Non existing plot. Repetition. This combined makes 0/10 not 1/10. |
