DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Welp, I think their outfits are cute in terms of design:  Hmm, training continues this episode and more developments between Kousaka and Kumiko. They are getting along better now than previously so that's good. Decent buildup episode I guess with the roles of the members been revisited again. Hope we see some memorable stuff and I think it's off to a decent start for Kitaouji. |

| Best episode. They all look so pretty in their outfits (moe-struck *_*) Also Kousaka made the prettiest face when she and Kumiko walked on the streets at night. <3 Good OST use again. I thought that the mystery steps were great to look at, hope i'm not the only one. |
| Man, every time I listen to them play I get a huge hit of nostalgia and I tear up. I love everything about this show. I also think Kousaka either didn't accept to go to Rikka because she knew about Taki-sensei going to Kitauji HS, or because deep down she wanted to be with Kumiko. |

| The flat chested struggle is real LMAO....Apart from Asuka and Kousaka, Kumiko is definitely my third favorite girl in the series and she just continues to be more likable with each episode This episode was really enjoyable imo and I really liked seeing all the preparation that is needed in order to be ready for events such as this....The marching practice sessions were great and they flawlessly displayed just how much the band has grown Asuka is essentially perfection in every way which honestly didn't surprise me and I liked finding out about how much everyone likes her (She looked so hot during practice >//<). The talk that Kumiko had with Kousaka was great and I liked the short interaction that she had with her male friend....I really want to see them have some romance tbh We got introduced to some of the rivals of our MC's school and I must admit that they were pretty impressive, especially Rikka (The girls there were all hot too =o). Was interesting to hear that Kousaka essentially got a scholarship there but turned it down and I really want to know why. I also want to see more interactions between Kumiko and people from her middle school too I was really proud of the performance that the band made and it made me happy to see them being recognized so I hope that they can keep it up....Their chemistry is growing and I'm loving the roles that certain individuals are playing in the band Overall, great episode, loved the band outfits and I said last week and I'll say it again....Kousaka is giving Asuka a run for her money and is a strong contender for Best Girl of this series....She was just amazing in this episode and I love everything about her |

| Good stuff this week preparing for and marching in SunFes. Asuka's got the boobs Kumiko desires, but no desire to be president. Nice job making Reina smile Kumiko, but why is she so obsessed with Taki-sensei? My guess is he's the reason she chose their school, but again, why? In the end Reina snaps everyone out of a pre-performance panic and the crowd learns just how good they can sound. |
| WHY WAS THIS EPISODE SO RUSHED ;_; I wanted to see more of the Fes. I loved Kumiko's smile, it was refreshing. And Taki-sensei was so nice and encouraging. Loved that episode! |

| OMG Kousaka is so beautiful.... her figure when they show her sideways is 10/10 best girl right here. Oh and that smile!!!! Even though the SunFest lasted so little time I still think it was pretty good. |

| Just when Kumiko gained a bit of hope by looking at her friends' chests, Asuka comes along and destroys it completely. That was pretty cruel in a roundabout way. Still best girl though! Kousaka seemingly has a secret crush on Taki-sensei and presumably declined the invitation from Rikka to go to Kitauji just for him. Too bad, her feelings will probably stay unrequited. Kitauji's uniform looked a whole lot better than the other prominent schools. Their performance also went surprisingly good. I was almost sure that something would go wrong, but glad to be wrong about it. Decent episode. I wish the supporting characters shown in the eyepatch would also get some screentime too.  |

| Seems Kousaka Reina is well known with one of the other schools. And she knows how to calm down people even tho she made a sound while it wasn't allowed, well it cheered up the others. And their school did better then expected. I was a but surprised by Kousaka's smile it looked great. Seems Kumiko didn't want to see the rest of her former school mates even tho she got along well with the girl from Rikka. Seems Kumiko found her place. |
| Ugh, this episode reminded me of my high school days when I was in marching band... practices under the summer heat was always killer, and when we had to march with our uniforms, it got even worse. Not saying this was bad, just brought back some painful memories :/ Also, I see that they're not using the marching tubas. Which is kinda weird, since those tubas are usually the things that stick out. Fun episode! |

| Looking at her reaction, hard not to think that Kousaka chose that school because of Taki-sensei. I know that feeling when you have to perform between two great or popular sides... ugh, the pressure... Overall decent episode. Wished the festival scene would be longer, but I guess for now it was enough. |

| Really enjoyed this episode. I reminded me the good old days of summer camp for marching band. Pretty nostalgic. The festival was sorta anticlimactic though. i was surprised it was over already. |

| They got new outfits and they did lots of training. Kousaka and Kimiko are beginning to bond at least. I got goosebumps listening then play. It was great! They sure did improve. |

| It's always lots of fun seeing underdogs get recognition ^^ Nice start for Kitauji :3 And really loved their outfits Kumiko's development has been pretty cute so far. I love her nonchalant attitude but seeing her show more emotions is nice too. Her smile is adorable <3 Reina's smile was pretty cute too on their way back home |

| Kumiko this episode reminded me a hella lot of Duck/Ahiru from Princess Tutu. And that can only be a good thing. The Euphonium/Trombone OTP is getting strong in this corner. The tsun is strong. Have a strong feeling, too, that Reina went to this school because of Taki-sensei. Does she have a crush on him? Know him personally? I feel like she must. |

| 1. Perfect angle when Reina brushed her bangs back with her hand midway in this ep 2. If reina is serious about the trumpet, she should've went to a better school like Rikka or Rakushu 3. Actually liked what Kitauji played in the fest. Wasn't ur traditional marching band music but rather something from a game OST. 8/10 |

| Kumiko and Reina are so awkward at times, especially with Kumiko's reactions! A forbidden topic brings forth another xD Kousaka smiling like that was pretty nice, though. This was quite fast... some matching practice and then off to the SunFes. Taki-sensei really knows when to speak up! Glad to see that they got some recognition out of it. |

| I haven't thought much about this anime before, but now when I finished watch this episode I begun to like it even more. Relationship between Kumiko and Reina is kind of cute. Reina showed the best smile. Thanks to Reina all nervousness disappeared from everyone and they begin to play nice music that make feel happy. Everyone got surprised..<^_^> |

| Although the pacing was a bit rushed at times, the episode was very good. Poor Kumiko though, comparing her bust size to Hazuki & Sapphire to make her feel better, only for Asuka to come along to shame Kumiko with her rack. lol Thankfully, Kumiko and Reina are getting along much better now. The art & animation during this scene with them was top notch from KyoAni once again. Reina's smile was perfect! =D The song that Kitauji played was great. Same goes for their outfits too. |
