Seeing an episode focused on a normal cell was interesting. Those baby germs were super cute. Hopefully the baby germ doesn't get killed, looks like NK Cell has come to try and help save the baby germ.

this episode was great, a bit different from usual which i liked. the normal cell guy prettywas interesting, the baby cells were so cute too. im glad that they didn’t get killed and it was so cool in that fight.

really cute when the other one ate the pudding too. hope that baby cell at the ending survived though :( maybe the NK cell saved it?

overall a really wholesome episode, nice to see the world from a normal cells point of view.

Are those lactic acid good kiddy bacteria the same ones as from the movie? Being attracted to Ordinary Cell, and U-1146 immediately picking it up with his receptor. But there's a bigger problem: stomach acid ulcer. Getting rid of antigens is the norm, but one of the lactic acid germs really was the MVP, going JoJo Muda-Muda style against the H. Pylori.

U-1146 bringing Ordinary Cell on a tour around the body with the lactic acid germs, it's akin to helping break down numerous chunks in various parts of the body. But just don't show them off in front of the Neutrophils.

Welcome back...NK Cell?

Damn, I did not expect this episode to have this level of emotions. It's just an ordinary cell trying to do the right thing and be a hero to help the helpless.

A very interesting way to protray the way the immune system. Ordinary Cell's feelings can really be felt in the body...

NK Cell arrives!

A very very touching episode.
Even an ordinary cell want to do something useful and help others. And he did actually did it, even tho the ones he helped are germs, his supposed enemy.
Glad they are found out by our main couple, the kindest guys there so those baby germs didn't get killed immediately.

Turns out, they are good bacteria, that is helping our body. I'm so glad. Also we got to enjoy this unexpected duo XD

Nooo one of them are now lost, yeah I hope that the one who found it can recognize it as a good bacteria aswell... I hope NK cell will help too there.

Those were some really adorable baby germs. Too adorable to even kill. Two found their respective locations. One's left and one's gone missing. And NK Cell is back for the first time this season.

Well looks like we have a groaner cell here. Still those germs sure were cute. If anything the designs of the bacteria never ceases to amaze me. Especially the Lactic acid Bacteria who turned out to be good guys. The insight into how the small intestine works sure was insightful. But man the Lactic acid bacteria really is cute. Its tragic that the red one got swept away. Though germs and by definition a sworn enemy of the immune cells given their roles the lactic acid bacteria can be seen to be somewhat of an ally to the body. Yet despite that its sad that their job requires them to kill even these little guys.

Ordinary cell gets to shine a little, kinda sweet of him being so protective over a couple of good bacteria. They were so cute though, so I can't really blame him.

Also RBC giving some great facial expressions this episode!

Subaru's suffering continues even as a worthless cell lol.

Decent episode overall though. I like how the focus is a lot on White Blood Cell now.

What do you mean? Purines are a real thing, them being pudding visually is just a play on the word (Purin being pudding). The bacteria wasn't eating literal pudding, lol.

To your defense, they never explain it in the episode. Not a lot of narrator in this one.

Nyuuu! X3

Not all bacteria are ugly looking, and these adorable baby germs are proof of that. I really enjoyed the adventure that the ordinary cell had with the germs and our regular WBC.

Plenty of funny moments as well, with RBC's cute expressions while petting the germs and one baby germ going full MUDAMUDAMUDA on the Pylori! XD

The next episode should be great as well, since NK Cell has made her appearance for the first time since the previous season.

Lol. Lactobacillus genus bacteria got lost from their origins and be found out by that ordinary cell. Its making him reach out his dream as a hero for those cute bacter. I've been wondering since they reached the small intestine areas. Its just full of those bacters, and why they didn't tell their functions? This episode explain the missing lines, and they finally got their screen time quote explanations at this nice episode. Better than nothing, right?

Poor H.Pylori, entering the wrong world. Even a tiny lactic acid bacillus could slayed it down without any trouble. Then, they encountered purrines. One of the healthy substances which cause a lot of trouble if its exceeded the limit. That chibi bacillus just easily ate it much without any hesitation. Such a good bacterias.

Well, i thought that boy cell finished his job perfectly. But, nope. It will continue to the next episode. Whats that? Nk cell? Such a long time, yes?

Yep, if i don't have any misinterpreting.

Since you mentioned it, Hataraku Saibou Black and this original, once again aired the episode with the same topic (indirectly), in addition to the previous hair topic. Great catch. Lol.

That was a great episode, I really enjoyed that. It's interesting to see the show focus on Subaru Cell who saved some nyuu nyuu germs.

Welcome back NK Cell, so if she's back I assume cancer cells are also on the way. Looking forward to the next episode.

Not gonna lie, I was expecting another Cancer Cell incident with those "unknown" little germs infecting Ordinary Cell. Thankfully, I remembered this isn't the Black version.

That said, I'm dying. This episode was so cute and those baby germs were so precious >.<

You are right!, I think that black is the author's way of the ideas that he could not express in HS for different reasons, be it grotesque, sad or with a lot of gore or taboo, I have seen that HS is cuter than before, it will be because that ?, only the author knows

An episode on good bacteria. I had some knowledge of the gut bacteria so I was expecting their "home" to be the digestive system.

Purines looks like Purin (these puns srsly lol). Yeah I think trying to do related topics in the two
concurrently airing shows, with Code Black doing the darker side of it.

What is an "ordinary cell" doing just wandering around? These guys are supposed to represent like organ cells and whatnot that don't move around. That's why they're in apartments and have to wait for RBCs to bring them food and oxygen...

I know they sometimes show them outside of their apartments but they've never made a point of one going on a journey before. It's weird.
