DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Damn, 17 takes on Toppo quite well, at least in avoiding most of his attacks. Frieza and 17 makes a surprisingly good duo when the two fights alongside each other. Toppo is fucking insane. Honestly, this guy makes everything look almost impossible to deal against. Unless of course...when Vegeta fights thinkg about his family, that made a bit of a difference. Vegetaaaaaaaaa |

| Vegeta has come really far as a character,good job taking out Toppo. Only Jiren is left and judging by the preview I'm sure that 17 will leave us next episode,hope he doesn't go out without a bang,tho. |

| Wow Jiren is straight up furious and displeased with Toppo. Vegeta got his time to shine and did very well vs Toppo. When he began to think of his family, Cabba and Saiyan pride and started his counter attack. Toppo lost all his momentum and Belmod was freaking out lol. It's nice that they brought back the Desperate Assault OST from the Goku Black arc, it really fit the moment as Vegeta was preparing to self destruct. Seeing those flashbacks also added more to the scene imo. And after all that Toppo did not eliminate a single person, even Roshi took out like 5 dudes. No wonder Jiren was very displeased with Toppo xD MVP without a doubt is 17, he's been giving it his all and most of all using whatever tactics he can use. He's very perceptive of his surroundings as well. Going by the preview, well...Jiren is unleashed. |

I always love Vegeta to progress and surpass Goku one day, but just something about this episode doesn't do it for me.. If Vegeta can nullify Toppo's Destruction Orbs, what does that make Vegeta right now then? A candidate God of Destruction like Toppo? Or, a God of Destruction? Or, higher than a God of destruction? Feel free to correct me on any of this 'cause it's been awhile and I'm trying to understand how this works exactly... I'm also a bit bummed that Toppo's time to shine didn't last very long vs Ribrianne (however you spell her name). I can't be the only one disappointed in this episode...right? :( |
| The way Vegeta canceled out Toppo's blasts looked weird, it was like his aura has the power of hakai. From the savage way Jiren acted towards Toppo, it seems like they are not on a friendly terms even though there's teamwork between them. Freiza once again hiding somewhere at the end. Wonder will he cheap Jiren from behind like always, hence Jiren's back looks like that in the preview.  Seems like 17 will use his shield to protect Goku and Vegeta, not as an offensive move as an attempt to take out Jiren. |

| Tired of the rehash of finishing moves used before from episodes of old. Wished they used more new and original attacks than resorting to the same stuff over and over. For example like Goku's Ki Land Mines a few episodes back. I want to see more stuff like that, but well.. whatever. Flashbacks are cool and all but feels like they're not really trying to create new ways to finish off people. You'd think Vegeta would learn some new stuff training as much as he does. How hard is it to come up with new moves? I can come up with some exciting new attacks DBS. Hire me. |

| The moment Vegeta got a flashback on the side of the screen, that was it, never doubt it!! Jiren literally told Toppo you are useless. That was good. Finally Jiren is the only one left and we get to see his power for real next episode. 10/10 |

| I actually really enjoyed this episode. Vegeta won some badass points - well deserved but Frieza getting owned again left a sour taste in my mouth. I wanted to see a bit of a comeback and land in some good hits, but oh well. Now theres only Jiren! Still hoping for that fusion *cough* Gogeta/Vegito buuuuuttt i know that wont happen. I can still dream though... |

| Its shitty writing like this that sometimes makes me happy DBS is ending, this ep was just damn horrible, nothing good came out of it and all of GoD Toppo's hype went down the drain.. this was by far the WORST ep ToP has ever had. I fear for the ending. Please be amazing or at the very least close to the Goku V Kefla one. |

| I absolutely adored this episode. Vegeta getting so much time to shine in Super compared to always being second fiddle in DBZ is what makes this so good. Also 17 is like the MVP of the tournament, it's freaking crazy that he's still in. It's exciting there are 4 people left on Universe 7 to take on Jiren and not just Goku because team fights in Dragon Ball are always the most entertaining. |

| Seeing Jiren smile for the first time was very... weird. Episode itself was kind of weak - art and animation-wise, but I did like the final struggle between Vegeta and Toppo's ultimate attacks. |
| They turned a self-sacrificing attack which had an actual impact into a just powerful attack with recoil damage. And no I'm not buying the bs that Vegeta became stronger to tank it because the attack was much much stronger as well if it managed to throw out Toppo. The last episodes have been hilariously bad. |

| We'll I don't know what to say. The whole somber final explosion didn't look or feel as explosive as the one in dbz but this time it got it intended purpose done on the enemy for once.vegetas speech was great. I think vegeta should have just stayed dead after the explosion though |

And it's probably just the way I interpreted it, but Piccolo's commentary felt contrived |
