| Kurisu - wife material. Mikasa - used to like her a lot during S1, but absolutely neutral nowadays. Rem - blue hair ✔️ maid ✔️ Hitagi - didn't like her in Bakemonogatari and how she looks like with short hair, but she's pretty in some art. Mai Sakurajima - bunny girl ✔️ beautiful ✔️ Zero Two - she's okay I guess. Her wedding figure is amazing. Shinobu - cute loli ✔️ sexy adult ✔️ Taiga - neutral. Saber - used to dislike her a bit, but have a positive opinion on her now. Emilia - meh. Yuno Gasai - yanderes are cool. Yuuki Asuna - Suguha is better. | Sorry for going out of the topic : I didn't realize that Holo has fallen that far behind many other female characters in MAL ranking. Recency bias at the finest. And Taiga is above Holo ? Their anime from same era. I guess Toradora survives better than Spice and Wolf. |

| Hitagi is best girl among them all. Kurisu is pretty good as well. Don't really have much of an opinion on all of the others. I guess they are fine too. |

| I only really know enough about Yuno & Mai. I can see why people would want to like Yuno, as she's a strong/capable protector (certainly Someone I'd like/want around me), and maybe even her Yandere side might also appeal to some. I don't find her all-that attractive though, especially her Pink hair... It's just one of my least favourite hair colours. She also shares my Birthday lmao. Mai...? Ehh... she just seems like too much hard work, and I find nothing about her appealing in the slightest. |

| Saber... I always thought her character design looked pretty generic fitting for a character from a low budget porn VN but now that I've got some actual Fate experience I can say without a doubt that she is boring as hell. Even Emilia has more personality. Rem had a couple of truly memorable scenes but that was probably an accident. Zero Two has a cool design and potential to be a good character but the show she's in kinda sucks. Mikasa seemed interesting early on in season 1 but she pretty much stagnated from there onward. Yuno...I don't remember much about her. I was too distracted with Mirai Nikki's dumpster fire plot to give much consideration to the characters, I guess. Taiga makes a bad first impression but she grows on you thanks to the magic of character development. Plus she's cute. Kurisu is peak. She's a believable tsundere. she blushes and gets mad when the guy she loves teases her, just like any normal person would. |

| Kurisu- A well written character, a great person and girlfriend material if she was real... Mikasa - Badass during the story material that covers S1...But I ended up disliking her from every perspective... Rem - Escapist waifu material, especially for neets/people who can't take care of themselves Hitagi - Well written character, a parody of the female archetypes in the medium and an ideal partner at the fundamental level for some people if you get rid of her characterisation as a character and you only leave her characterisation as a person.... Mai Sakurajima - A good character with some very realistic traits, especially female traits... Zero Two - A gremlin of a character, being created to represent the ideal waifu just to end up a laughable attempt to be appealing to horny virgins.... Shinobu - Cool and great character, very versatile in the story... Taiga- Annoying as a person but very serviceable for the kind of story she belongs into... Saber- One of the best female characters in the Fate series and a great character overall, very likable, sympathetic and empathetic... Emilia- A good character, but not very likable for a lot of people... Yuno Gasai- A bad joke....iconic but a really bad written character in every aspect... Yuuki Asuna- The ideal waifu for those who want to engage in an escapist fantasy....created to be perfect but ending up being a little less annoying than Zero Two... Holo- A goddess of a character...LITERALLY! One of the best female leads that I've seen in this medium....Likable, human, sympathetic, empathetic, believable, and well grounded in the setting of the story... |

Mikasa - she's eh. would have been funny as an obsessive yandere Rem - she's fun Hitagi - immense hate. she disgusts me Mai Sakurajima - I forgot she exists, no pun intended Zero Two - she's okay but her show was so shit, it soured her existence. Shinobu -she's ok Taiga - I hate tsunderes, but haven't seen her show Saber - I hate frowning serious women, she's flat. both personality and body-wise Emilia - she's so damn boring it hurts. even the author knows it. he spent 2 seasons trying to turn her into a character. Yuno Gasai - haven't seen her Yuuki Asuna - never seen sao mostly because the character design is soulless Holo - she doesn't look interesting. haven't seen her show. |

| Personally my favourite is Zero Two and I do like the show although the ending does suck. I also like Rem a lot too although I know both picks are pretty basic. I also like Kurisu a lot. Mai, Emilia, Mikasa and Yuno are also pretty good. I have heard of all of the characters and the only shows I haven’t seen are fate and I’ve only seen the first season on monogatari. |

If you wanna write 10 page essays on cartoon girls than more power to you but most normal people just watch cartoons for entertainment and use MAL as a social media. Nobody other than jobless peeps have time to write narrative based character analysis on cartoon girls that provides no return in the time you have to invest in writing such an analysis to begin with. |

| Kurisu - Took a bit of time to like her, but definitely an enjoyable female character Mikasa - Certainly badass, but incredibly one dimensional and obsessed about an annoying (at the time) character. Looked better with longer hair. Less tolerable as series goes further Rem - Tolerable at first, but then she starts obsessing over Subaru bringing out cringey lines. Hitagi - among general female characters, certainly above average, but not the best among her own series. Like her sassy behavior Mai Sakurajima - one of those bad ways to introduce the character, but her dynamics with the MC was the best part of the show. Otherwise, she's meh. Zero Two - not sympathetic towards her backstory. Had a bit of of potential, but that was quickly lost the more she interacted with the other characters Shinobu - great voice. don't care much about her loli form. good backstory. like her young adult form and final form. Definitely an above average female overall Taiga - terrible and annoying character in every way. Saber - she's ok. Too many "Saber faces" now which further dilutes her worth. Was better in Fate/Zero. Mediocre in the rest of the installments. One dimensional and never liked her attire Emilia - lacks charisma and she's rather plain. Took a while for her to not become a complete floormat. Yuno Gasai - certainly helped made an entertaining series the first half, but her act gets old fast and her obsession with a pathetic character doesn't help her appeal Yuuki Asuna - other than her design, she doesn't contribute much to the benefit of the series (not that there was much benefits to watching the series anyways) Holo - great character overall and charismatic. One of the few shows in which I don't mind a romance focused show simply because of her way to carry a conversation, her behavior, and her way of thinking. |
