| I don't know why Yato decided to wear a formal outfit but it looks really good on him, especially with that purple tie! It's a shame that Ebisu died and his incarnation does not have any memory of his past life. Yato and Ebisu could be best friends and one of his closest ally. Yuki must've been happy after Yato released Hiiro. Now he's the one and only current shinki that Yato possesses. To be honest, I prefer Yato having her around so he could occasionally turn to her to use her and momentarily become a god of war/calamity like he once used to be. Hiiro also a really well designed character. The guy who kissed Hiyori is Hiiro's and Yato's father? And he got the brush along with many akayashis on his backs!? I would say that this last episode of the second season of Noragami gives a great conclusion with Yato having a new resolve which is to kill all disaster (like ayakashi) before they strike and making people happy as a self-proclaimed 'God of Fortune'. However after seeing that his and Hiiro's father is that guy who kissed Hiyori. I'll just say... Give us a third season!!! This second season (Noragami Aragoto) is way btter than the first season, so if they ever make a third season, I will really love it if it's even better than this second season which is already a really great sequel! |

The manga is a masterpiece and they managed to nail the anime too. I'm so proud. Gotta love Noragami.. Can't wait to see how they approach the third season. I have a hunch they're gonna make a third season, since this one was pretty successful? Can't wait! |

| I'm not a big fan of shounen, but this is probably one of the best shounen anime I've ever watched. The Bishamon arc was phenomenal and the Ebisu arc was great as well. I loved all the character development for Yato and Bishamon this season around too. The action scenes were also good. I don't know how, but Noragami really nails its more dramatic scenes. I don't know whether it's because of the brilliant OST, or the large cast of likeable characters, but I do know it's pretty damn awesome. Nora was one of my favorite characters in the first season and I loved what they did with her in Aragoto. More Nora screentime is a big plus for me. 9/10 for this season. Way better than S1. I'm still hoping we're getting a third season, but I'm not holding my breath since it's been a few years since Aragoto ended... |

| That wraps up season2. Much better than season 1 in my opinion. We didnt have a lot of comedy moments compared to Season 1, instead we had a much more serious story driven plot, which favors my taste much more. The first arc was pretty good besides maybe the ending. Second arc was also good but not quite as good as the first one. The animation definitely stepped up in this season, the action was really enjoyable to watch. The ending wasnt the best of all time, but it was ten times better than season 1‘s endlng Also the scene afer the credits leaves hope for season 3 but its been 3 years or so since season 2 finished so its highly unlikely 7/10 |

| Man I hate it when anime end on a cliffhanger.. So I have to say Im kinda disappointed, it was alright/good, but I really expected more of one of the most popular shows on MAL rated 8.4 Mainly this entire season felt like one big retake of what already happened in the last. When did this show become so popular anyway? I never actually see anything about it written or referenced, guess that should have told me to not get too excited. Anyway, I feel kinda bad for Nora/Hiiki/whatever. Inwas hoping she would turn out to be the mysterious but loveable character, she is kinda wasted. And while you may see it as Yato maturing and developing from clinging to Nora, its more like he is running away. And throwing her aside like that? Afaik he is the reason she became a Nora. GG yato. PS: Hiyori is an angel, such a loving and caring character! |

| It's sad that the first time Ebisu really realized the value of his own life had to be that one incarnation where he was gonna get executed because of his weird hobbies that were used to make him a scapegoat for all of this. At the very least, Yato had fulfilled his past self's wish and the whole Phantom Tamer fiasco's taken care of. Hopefully, he'll start looking for safer ways to support humanity like the champ he is. Yato finally let go of Nora and he brought Yukine along with him to show that he's serious in letting him become his one and only Exemplar and the slightly big chance that she'll release the hounds on him again. He'll continue what he's doing to be more famous but this time, he's gonna focus more on being a monster hunter for the people so he'll be known as a defender rather than a killer. I'm glad that it ended on a happy note but that post-credit scene was such a sudden twist. He got NTR'd by his own dad without even realizing it. I wonder what in the world he is... |

| Finally Yato got rid of Nora, was about damn time. So that boy who kissed Hiyori is actually his father who schemed all those horrible things that happened. I really like the soundtrack of this show, the characters are okay. Expected something a bit more badass tbh, they didn't seem like gods to me. More like the shinigami from Bleach who are strong, but can be defated by non-gods as well. 7/10 |
| This anime is so emotional.Really sad to see Ebisu gone.I started to like him.Man I hope yato somehow goes back to Yaboku(the old yato) with Nora as his regalia and start killing people again with his old look.Those flashbacks were too well-made.I know it sounds kind of sadistic but still :)). |

| Need season 3 omg. :( Just finished binge watching noragami s1 and s2 plus the OVAs. WHYYYY 4 years have passed but still no season 3... Will read the manga later ;-; |

| welp, this season was better than the first in every way except comedy. The first nailed it with the lulz in a way that was absent here, but the more sophisticated drama and dramatically better character arcs made up for it. Noragami has incredibly rich and fascinating lore, the sort that makes me genuinely interested in learning more about it. And that's a very rare occurrence. Suzuha is the underrated MVP, though... what a great character arc for such a minor character. Ebisu was really cool too. Ah, and Nora, who is a surprisingly nebulous character. I hope to see her shaded in gray instead of painted as a strict villain. It could really go either way. Might pick up the manga sense S3 is evidently not happening. Hopefully I get to see more Hitokiri Battousai Yato. |

| Yato rocks that fit. He should wear that more often. This season surpassed the first in every manner imaginable, from better characters (Ebisu got an amazing amount of development in such a short period of time) to better action. There were more asspulls than the first season for sure, but I got a great amount of enjoyment from this show. 8/10. |

| Well... what an ending. I really look forward to the confrontation of Yato and his dad now but seems there won't be a season 3 :( I really loved this entire anime. It's been a while since I've binge-watched an anime this easily. It had my full attention the entirety of the show. Glad i finally gave it a watch. Will miss this anime |
| Im disappointed that they killed Ebisu. If only he can work on what he was working on before. Ebisu seemed like a good character to develop and it would be nice for Yato to get another friend. I hope this reincarnation will be more happy. Curse those other gods and Ebisu's forner servant. They all seem sketchy as hell. Dang, I hate Nora and the father. I am glad Yato got rid if her. |

| Why are people coming at Nora like that? There's nothing she said about Yukine that wasn't true(at least in S1) she's a little more cutthroat and anyone could tell that she cared for Yato. Am I the only one that didn't like the ending or the show or the show at all? |

| After watching this series, the opening's lyric just stuck in my head (and I was glad to know that this op had so many views on YT too). If ss3 will never come then I will have to wait for the manga to finish and read it to know what is left of this series. I think there will be a lot of interesting plots in the upcoming arc after that cliffhanger ending. Overall the show was pretty enjoyable and had many roller-coaster moments. 8/10. |

| Okay so before I say stuff like "Dude this season was really good and I liked it more than season 1 and it's my favorite now".....That ending scene really has me thinking "wth was that"? The guy who kissed Hiyori is Yato's dad!!!?? **Sigh** ***I better read the manga now*** Anyways looking back the whole season's been really fun starting with the Bishamon arc and then the Ebisu arc(That's what I call it lol) But man Ebisu's death really hurt ;-; and lol Ebisu calling Bishamon "Miss Crazy Chick" ๐ And yeah Episode 9 hurt me too.....But this season showcased so many awesome things that comparing both the good and bad stuff....I'd say season 2 was just straight up amazing....And again I'm sad cause I know there's no season 3 ;-; I'm really gonna miss Yato, Yukine and Hiyori...... Noragami's one awesome show and I'm really glad I chose to watch it!!!!!! |
| It bothers me in a way how Yukine said "I'll make sure you never murder anyone again". I get what he's saying, but at the same time I really don't want Yato to become a comedic character with nothing else since that something else is what I always loved about him. Ahhhh, after the rewatch, I still love it just as much, Ebisu's death scene still hit me so hard, the way he said "I don't want to die" right before he exploded feels way more emotional. I am still not sure what to feel about that guy who met Hiyori being the father, although I guess it would make sense since he already knows everything about Hiyori and what she does from Nora. At this point I stopped believing there will be a season 3 but with what Bones has been doing recently, anything might be true. My score on it will remain the same, nothing changed, still enjoyed it a lot. |

| Wow this season was great. I'm super surprised there is no season 3, lots of plot threads still left. I think I'm gonna follow this into the manga and it just hooked me. Oh and the OST fucking slaps. |
| Okay... Totally did not expect him to be the Father. For real I thought he's just a senpai that falls in love with Hiyori. I am so gonna see the continuation in manga after this. |

| Better than season 1, second half was more enjoyable than the first, and that's the reason there were those random focus shots with that one guy. It was the "dad". Well it's been a long time but hope there's another season! |
