| lol, lots of funny moments in this episode. "Nami-san, how much snow shoveling of love would you like me to do?" "Please continue until it stops snowing, Sanji-kun!" "Yayy! Nami-san!" XD Or that part with Usopp: "Listen everyone, my chronic illness is suddenly..." "My 'do not go to the island' disease is..." XD Also, the "ma- ma- ma-" guy. Ah, good stuff. :) I also really like the new ending. ^_^ |

| It struck me while watching this episode that my suspicion about what would happen after the Arlong arc came true. Nami, with no reason to be a self-interest greedy backstabbing person anymore, became a true homie. I think she's on the same tier as Sanji on the crew now in my favorites yet she was someone I hated early on. The development in OP is really nice, it's clear she's trying her best for her crew and her ambitions now. I also think it's interesting to note that Zoro slept through the awful weather and conditions while sailing probably because he had full trust in his crew. He didn't sense any danger at all. However, when they were all asleep and he knew something was going to go wrong, especially after meeting Ms. Wednesday and Mr.9 and remembering them, he got up with no problems at all because he sensed danger. It's a really cool detail to contrast and they did it pretty subtly. It also goes with my theory that he views his body as a catalyst for his ambitions and crew and nothing else. If he isn't becoming a better swordsman or helping crew he may as well be asleep. And speaking of that scene, it's what's expected from Zoro. Head first charging in like the badass legend he is. Are we going to get another anime 100 man slayer? Those giant cactus being a crowded home for grave stones is chilling. ma-ma-maaaa |
| I knew it guys I knew it I knew it,I just knew it,you know in the mist of the Grand Line you're not gonna find a village that's so welcoming you know what I mean,you're not gonna find it. Even though it seems like that,these are the season people when pirate come,when people come obviously they're gonna give you so much happiness basically with alcohol with food then they end up killing you,and they have more of a reason now because of how much Luffy's worth you know what I mean,and they want him alive probably because like they said a Public Execution. But Zoro is too smart into this yo,and now that Zoro is aware of it I'm sure everyone will be aware of it and shit's about to go down yo,I just knew it something eventually is gonna happen on this Island you know what I mean,you just don't meet villages like this. |

| The very festive Whiskey Point turned out to be a deadly trap set by the Baroque Works organization and Zoro's the only one who's sober enough to fight them off. It's always quite a sight to watch the three-sword swordsman cut down everyone in his path. |

| Really good episode. So it turns out that the crew got lead into a trap which was lead by a bounty hunter company named Baroque Works, which has duped hundreds, probably thousands of pirates in the past when they first enter the Grand Line. Zoro of course never took his guard down, as a swordsman, and now that Zoro knows of their plans, we get to hopefully see him in action fight off several dozen bounty hunters. The character design for Miss Monday and her VA does not mix at all. She turned from innocent nun to a member of the Joestar family, which was funny to see when she took off her disguise. I really liked the aesthetics of the panning shots of the island in the night, some great background art work. |

| Really enjoyed the first part of the episode with the crazy weather. Sailing the Grand Line is no joke. The moment that Mayor guy pretty much refused to tell Nami how long it takes to charge the Log Pose, you knew he was up to something dodgy. It's a good job Zoro got all that sleep and is well rested =) |

| Holy smokes, Grand Line is tiresome lol. Nami's getting worked to the bone. The ship's filled with idiots and she's the only reason they can sail so carelessly XD Nah that was a clear trap from the start. It looked way too optimistic and cheerful lol The muscle lady's VA doesn't match her even a bit but I guess that was the joke lol. Looks like the whole town is a den of these bounty hunters. Their org. is called Baroque works. Damn, Zoro's gonna take on all of them lol. Not too worried since he's skilled enough to easily win this fight. Kinda surprised to see the cactuses are filled with tombstones. One of the shots reminds me of the 3rd impact scene when those giant 'crosses' form. New ED. It's nice but I liked the previous one more. |
