They could have incorporated it in the previous episodes somehow. |

| I have conflicting feelings about this anime. At times, it tells the story really well (episodes 1 - 6)... and then other times... it doesn't. I didn't get the school arc at all and this episode could have been REALLY good if it didn't feel so out of place in the plot. Too rushed. I understand they're probably working with a budget, but this doesn't seem very well executed by the writers. I love the artwork and music but damn it that does not make an anime good. My overall rating for this dropped from an 8 to a 7. Perhaps I shall be proven wrong in this last upcoming arc. For once, they kept a character for more than an episode or two. Yay for Alis! I actually really enjoy him. Future love interest for Ai? I can see it. The two of them remind me of Hampnie and Hana. Yuri FTW :) |

| I'm sure I'm in the minority, but I really liked this episode. Although, I will also acknowledge that it feels pretty choppy and rushed. I wish they would've put more of an emphasis on Yuri and Scar's relationship than that damn school arc. It seemed like there were things that could've been cut from the school arc to give way to Yuri and Scar's side of the story. Still, despite the rather choppy last three episodes, this is still one of the best anime series I've seen this year. That's pretty sad though considering the complete lack of quality anime so far this year. |
| Birthday shit was boring as fuck and I lol'd at that cliche moment when the dude was all like "I'm gonna save the world" as an excuse to not celebrating his birthday. Fucking awful. I'm only halfway through the EP and haven't been able to complete it... will update this when I can. |

| This series has its moments, but its themes feel so vaguely developed and the story just feels so incoherent that I can never fully enjoy this show. Still, there are things that I enjoy about each episode enough to keep me watching, but overall it's been kind of a disappointment considering this was the series I was most looking forward to for the summer 2013 season. It's a sad case of interesting conceptual elements being executed badly. |

| Well, it looks like Yuri found his future second wife and future adopted daughter... way to go indeed. Meeting Celica has probably been the key to opening up something inside Scar. I'd say she's similar to Ai's mother now, if she hasn't become fully human in the first place. It's yet another miracle... more proof that god hasn't actually "abandoned" their world. Alis says thank you to Ai for celebrating his belated birthday. Points for that as characters like him almost never do. Next stop is Alis and Dee's story. Oh, Dee. xD KitaEri really does playful genki girls best. I wish she'd have more roles like that... This show has no shortage of great moments, but the problem is consistency, or the lack of it. It feels like many parts were haphazardly put together on short notice... or that the anime was adapted from good novels that unfortunately had several pages torn out... but at least it remains enjoyable to me. |
