| OP and ED are ... interesting? I mean, they're not really my style (can't stand the OP's voice) but they're ... uh, not bad ;P I forgot why I wanted to watch this show until Yuusha started talking. FUKUYAMA JUN PEOPLES ;D Anyway, this was an ... interesting first episode. Pretty standard plot so far, but the Hero joining forces with the Demon King was interesting. Lots of humour and fanservice, but I do like what she said about the war being beneficial to people. I mean, it's certainly true, and it's why people go to war (partly, anyway). What, they've been like "married off" already?! XD Staying together forever in sickness and health ... boy, that moved quickly! :O I really like the animation though. The backgrounds and landscapes are really pretty :3 ALSO HER HORNS COME OFF WTF LOL XD EDIT: I KNEW I recognized Izaya and Inaba's voices in there! Good to know my ear's getting better ... kind of ;P |
| Maou is so cute and funny and just aklsdjfas;ldf. Didn't like how she has to has huge-ass breasts but somehow it can be funny when it's swinging around all up in the hero-guy's face looool. The other characters also catch my eye a bit. Looks like I'll be continuing this one! (: |

| Shouldn't have put this off for so long, this was a very promising start! Though it feels like Yuuta has watched Spice and Wolf and now enjoys his eight-grade syndrome. Maou gonna be a favorite character of mine I can tell that. I can only hope the series will continue to be this good and won't drop the intelligent bits for humor/fanservice. The ratio is just fine as it is. 5/5. Slowpoke edit: Oh, the VA also did Lawrence...the deep tone and occasionally being strong-minded threw me off. |

| loled at those artificial horns, was that just accessory really? i got fooled as well XD Overall looks great and lot of fun to watch. I think i'm gonna like this one for sure. Hopefully we will get conclusion or sequels with conclusion as opposite of forgotten Spice and Wolf anime. Sent with Mal Updater |

The backgrounds reflect a fantasy like feeling with the city, snow, lake, etc. I think it matched this series well. I had to face palm myself a few times when watching Yuusha but otherwise, I enjoyed this episode. Oh, I think these two are going to be fun to watch :3 This pretty much sums it.. It feels a LOT like Spice & Wolf. Quite a fun anime this one, will definitely watch it based on this first ep. |

Quite a lovely start of this anime, the concept and setting is quite nice, I also love the character and of course the plot! A good start that's for sure, I really like the characters and setting so lets see what the story has to offer! That ending was pretty funny with that dakimakura and those detachable horns xD |

| hmmm I'm pretty skeptical about this anime. Looks o.k. and the "economic benefits of war" angle is interesting, but it seems like it might support an "ends justify the means" ideology which I hate. |

| I put off watching this for a long time, so I'm happy to finally jump on board. I don't have anything bad to say, (yet.) Not a fan of the huge boobs. They just get in the way, and they seem to go from medium to large to extra-large which is a little odd. Romance is adorable. Characters have good personalities.. Animation is simple but clean and nice. Comedy aspect is on point and not toooo extreme. So far so good :-). |

| I was all about the boobs. 1) I prefer the manga drawings of Maou, to be honest. 2) They skipped a damn lot of explanations about the advantages of the war! But as a whole, the episode went by kind of fast. Laughed at the horns. |
