| I wasn't expecting Kuon to betray Team W, but then again this Blue Lock where its every man for himself. I guess he doesn't have any faith in Team Z beating Team V and they were going to get eliminated anyway. He took matters into his own hands to secure his future at Blue Lock by cutting a deal with the annoying Wanima brothers of Team W and make himself the top scorer on Team Z. Now is the time for Isagi to step up as a leader and take control of the game. Will Chigiri finally get involved and stop worrying about getting hurt again? |

| The biggest weakness here continues to be the characters. Very needlessly obnoxious characters shown this episode, especially the Wanima brothers. I could sniff Kuon's betrayal from a mile away, once he scored the hat trick (well tbh the long shower was already suspicious). Obviously, we're going to get a comeback victory, most likely next episode. I really do hope this show can surprise me at least once. |

| Eh Kuon is a traitor, I knew there was something with these three goals from him, I don't know how they'll do in a 12 vs 10 match with a disadvantage in the score, but if they win Kuon will cry and it will be well deserved |

| bro wtf is this animation and pacing 💀 it was funny how bad it was this episode.. the plot twist felt underwhelming because of these issues. also the goalie character is literally useless, i doubt he will ever block more than 2 goals |

| oouh the vibes are gonna be awkward between the boys and Kuon. Pretty enjoyable eps so far. I began on this anime solely cause Bachira resembled Kuwana from Blue Period but once I found out Bachira was a male.. my disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined |

Nope, it can't be! Kuon was the mother hen of the group! The innocence and purity in which there was no evil or ego, only the desire to win with her teammates! This really hurt me and took me by surprise. The mangaka raffled it off with this :') |

| Never trust characters with eyes permanently closed. That said, what stops the others from breaking Kuon's ankles (and ending his career in the process) once the match ends? | Annoying twin as their enemy. Redhead bro was their ex teammate. Yo that must be hurt. Then, woah he really betrayed them. My suspicion prove to be right when the focus changed to how he drink that water. After bathing hard you can't just drinking the water like that. Score set at Blue Lock, nice variation to the plot. But still its too early to call it an end. And Kuon might taste a great experience about how MC-kun can turn the impossibility to a possibility in a blink of an eye. Right, Chigiri? |

| a blue ballling episode. seems like real action in next episode. something really felt off at the start, the betrayal and kuon scoring 3 goals suddenly started making sense. i'm feeling positive that chigiri is gonna do something in next episode. we have been getting a lot of focus on his struggles in the past 2 episodes. we all know they will win or else there's nothing to show lol. the episodes where action isn't happening do feel bland. episode 5 was so hype but this wasn't and i'm thinking the game will be concluded in next episode so we can expect plenty action in next one. so looking forward to that. |

What if Isagi scores two more in the remaining matches? And even if he somehow manages to move on to the next round, his new team will be cautious. He will be ostracized. |
