It's frustrating that Takemichi doesn't take the time to train himself to become powerful or plan what to do. I'm also wondering why he couldn't tell Mikey from the start why he was acting this way. Is there a practical reason why Takemichi wouldn't tell anyone (specifically Mikey) that he's from the future and that he knows what's about to happen? |

| I get that Kazutora's messed up childhood caused him to be this psychotic and reach such bizarre conclusions, I do pity him but he just turned into a kid I absolutely detest so now I don't care if he dies actually I would rather want him dead. If counseling and rehab can fix him then that would be really great and reassuring but he definitely cannot be forgiven. If Kazutora survives and somehow get some senses he should just disappear from Mikey's sight. The way Kazutora was beating Mikey with that iron rod (or was it a steel pipe...?), those sounds were so realistic it gave me the shivers. It's a miracle that Mikey is still conscious, no wonder he's called the invincible. |

| Why does everything need to be this over the top. Like, Mikey should have died 3 or 4 times with all those hits, but instead he found the strength to counterattack with a supermegauberkick that floored all 3 of his enemies. I'm still in, still invested in the characters and all, but I got too many Dragonball vibes from this (probably Mickey being bare-chested didn't help). |
| There are some good and some bad things in this episode I just loved the fact how they covered all characters in this one episode like showing draken's power fists and mc as being same at first frightened next he gets motivated and then he motivated others it's kinda lame but he is just doing his thing and they shown Kazutora & Mickey's fight so it's a great idea to cover all characters than highlighting only one and by that dragging the story I know baji is gonna make special entrance in next episode so where is kisaki ? The only thing does Mikey have any super natural power, I mean dude he was literally kicked by pipe on his head idk what his head made of and he kicked Kazutora by his "nuclear kick" and the animation is not upto the mark I thought they will do better. I may be judging too much but rather than this this episode is so great |

| probably the worst episode until now... right when it felt like it needed everything to work right, not just animation, the directing just felt messy... Then we have Kazutora.. yeah that little bit of backstory exposition does nothing to help his case currently, he just seems ??? The same for Hanma wtf Also i don't really like or dislike Takemichi but seeing him just standing there looking in shock and screaming Mikey's name but not even moving a finger or anything was frustrating the hell out of me. At least he finally stepped up a bit on his own fight before.. I can only hold my suspension of disbelief for so long but watching Takemichi being so incredibly unprepared for these situations is just frustrating to watch. Hell, he was just realizing in the previous episode he for some reason had memories of things that "supposedly happened" in the past so he should be able to remember and figure out a way to actually intervene.... |

| Mikey must have the thickest skull in the world, or Kazu is weak as fuck. He is also annoying as fuck. Two years for murdering someone is no time at all compared to the loss of life. |
| Draken was already amazing this episode with him smashing Hanma several metres away but seeing Mikey freeing himself with pure strength and rage was even more insane |

His "hatred" is just his dumb mind trying to find a reason to justify his murder, blaming it on someone else. But still, good episode! Draken and Mitsuya were great. |

| Mikey is made of iron I swear, I don't care what kind of dark backstory Kazutora has this guy is trash and deserves to be beat, a bit sad that this episode has quite meh animation :/ |

| I've been waiting for Baji since the fight started, please don't tell me he's already dead somehow. Man, Kazutora is freaking messed up. If not for the fact that killing him would ruin Mikey, I would cheer for his death. Hanma keeps giving me Hisoka vibes, freaking creepy dude. |

| This was the most hyped-up gang war, but considering what I've seen thus far, I was never hoping to see any extraordinarily great fitting animation in this episode. Seems like I was right! Sure there were a few moments where the hand to hand combat animation was visually awesome to look at, but the rest are pretty meh, mediocre. Though if I were, to be honest, I don't really care about the animation anyway (at least for Tokyo Revengers). From the first 5 episodes alone, you should've come to realize, yeah this show ain't gonna have those kinds of animation you'd see is worthy of applause. You'd be naive to think they would suddenly showcase some epic animation after 19 episodes of not doing so. What really matters here is how the event will unfold. I believe Takemichi has done a mighty good job showing that he could at least fend for himself, but most importantly, show the other members of the Toman gang that even if you're not like Mikey or Draken, you can still stand up and fight again and again. The tenacity and resilience that he demonstrated thus have managed to raise Toman's morales. Now the focal point zooms in to Mikey, he was holding back all this time, but you can just about see what happens when Mikey is seriously pissed off without any limitation to hold back his anger. |

| I knew they'd be fighting dirty, wasn't that long ago they brought knives to a fight and if it was accessible, guns too. Wasn't long ago that Draken got stabbed by Kiyomasa. After the first hit, Mikey was likely betting Kazutora's hits were WUSS LOL and so he let him swing a few more times. He's really going easy. He wasn't defenseless, he just knew it wouldn't hurt him (like how Superman always seem to let enemy punch him cause he know his one punch would literally smash them). Which was after he answer the question, Mikey reveal his power, WRONG answer bud gonna kill you. |

| That was infuriating. The fact that the guy killed someone...even if he was underage but still, 2 years in juvie and then they just let him roam free without any monitoring especially when it is so obvious, that he is insane. |
Kazutora, he hates Mikey for no reason and on top of that he doesn't even dare to face him alone against him it was satisfying to watch him free himself from the grip when all hope seemed lost. Takemichi being saved and immediately scolded was also something. |
