| Veldora is back... and he's quite the eye candy haha I didn't expect him to take a humanoid form when Rimuru freed him but my thirsty ass thanks Great Rimuru for this blessing haha He seems like he's gonna be a great addition to the character cast! Mini Review: I find it really odd because, in theory, this anime shouldn't work; the MC is so Op that any conflict basically ends before it starts and without consequence, not much really happens in each episode when you really think about it and the characters aren't particularly amazing either. And yet, for some reason, I absolutely love TenSura! Even though the characters are just the standard archetypes of an Isekai/ fantasy anime they work well together and Rimuru's Op, absolutely crushing battles are actually satisfying to watch because the 'bad guys' always get what's coming to them in the most extreme ways (as shown in Rimuru's 'battle' with Falmouth). |

Even though he's one of the strongest demons who have lived for over ten thousand years, instead of pursuing more strength like the red primordial who evolved into the strongest demon lord, he chose to stay in the demon realm and observe the world while continuing his research. Now if you've watched episode 24 of season 1, you'll see the encounter of Diablo with Shizue where he tries to attack her infinite mask. After failing to destroy the mask, Diablo finds out that such a mask shouldn't exist at that point in time. Something like a space-time paradox. Ever since then, he's been observing Shizue from the demon realm to find more about the mask and after she gave the mask to Rimiru he started observing him. After witnessing the feats of Rimiru who gained incredible power is just a small amount of time he became obsessed with him to the point of becoming a stalker. Basically he turned into his number 1 fangirl and decided to serve under him no matter what. So, he had been waiting for an opportunity to serve him since then. He missed one chance when Rimiru summoned a demon Beretta (episode 23 of season 1) and he hated Beretta for that. And the next opportunity came this time and Diablo succeeded. Rimiru didn't summon the strongest black primordial by fluke, but instead it was Diablo who decided to use that chance to pop up. |

| I'm kinda disappointed with the anime version of Milim's Battle Mode. The OG version has a black and white colour scheme, but it looks more badass. Veldora's return was rushed, but that was a necessary evil. Overall a very good wrap up. Part 2 will have all the exposition and diplomacy in the first few episodes, I suppose. |

| It was so good that I cant describe. Animation, story, character and designs everything was top notch. I started today and before i knew it, i burned through 12 episode and didn't even realize it. I need more, i cant wait to see part 2. I love this anime, its probably my favorite proper isekai anime. Can't wait for more. Lol whats with those bot 1s in the poll. first log horizon and not this too. Somebody sure have a lot of time in their hand |

| They haven't discussed it yet but I was wondering about each and everyone's gifts bestowed upon Rimuru's ascension into a Demon Lord. Did Shion get one too, she was still dead when they all fell unconscious during the gift-giving? Drago-Nova glassed the entire Eurazanian capital then punched clean to the center of two mountains which are both distant apart! O_o Then Frey enters the fray! LOL Sorry for the that. Hmmm, so is this Clayman's doing? Is he responsible for Milim and Frey's behaviour? By the gods, Diablo before he was actually named was absolutely devastated Rimuru forget about him, and then dismissed him twice! LOL So if naming Diablo took half of his current magicule but his current magicule is now ten times greater than previous when he summoned Beretta (I think this was the one he summoned for Ramiris, correct?) who got 30% of his magicules that time, even if Raphael said a fair comparison cannot be made, a rough estimate nets Diablo 500 magicules points-percent scaling compared to Beretta still at 30. So Diablo is a frigging Demon monster all by himself too, OK got it! Ah I thought the unleashed one title in the episode is for Diablo, it turned out to be Veldora being freed from Unlimited Imprisonment finally. What's with the overwhelming 1/5 votes? | was hoping this would end like the 1st season, passing the manga by a few chapters IIRC but i guess they pulled a break. the beginning was a bit weird and felt like an OVA (mightve been better left out) to me, but they pulled great all round. hoping to a good part 2 as im literally lost with the manga and not sure where to rewind... |

| Talk about leaving us hanging. Seriously, what a season, the first one might have gotten stale near the end but this one remained solid all throughout and only got better and better by every episode. |
| Here I was thinking Veldora was going to be black/ blue color design like his Dragon form... But instead we got tanned Gilgamesh from Fate/Night, LUL And then the episode literally ends right as he laughs... ___ ___ ___ Also, even Rimuru agree his Demon Lord self is Hawt, LUL comma, give Raphael a clone body too, so we can have hawt female Rimuru. |

| Kinda disappointed that Veldora is not in his dragon form and also how Rimuru didn't recognize Black. I wish he would have realized that he's the Black Primordial. I need part 2 now, the ending felt sudden :( What happened to Milim, is Veldora the same and I need more of Diablo!! Nice season overall, definitely better than the first one. Now I'll have to wait a whole season of anime for part 2 to come. Looking forward to that. |

| The Awaken version of Milim is badass, it's like an armored dragon loli. Veldora is fully free with his new body and i'm so excited what's going to happen next especially with Demon Lord Clayman, i think there's gonna be a great war comming up soon considering Clayman teaming up with 2 other demon lrods i knoew they're up to something. And Diablo turned Sebastian really quick but kidna suits him well, i hope we get to see the other two primordial/progenitor Demons in the next season. Overall score 8/10, refreshing anime series |

| Nice final episode, glad to see Veldora back as well, although his human form is pretty underwhelming somehow. I wonder what's up with Milim. She was clearly either controlled or threatened somehow, but at her level, what could it be even. I can't imagine Clayman being that much stronger considering what they said so far about Milim. Her combat form was cool though. And unfortunate for that country. I thought Rimuru would have some new form, but I guess being taller and still the same is fine too. Overall I think this season was just as good as the original. While people kept complaining about the "slow" start and politics, I felt like that was a really interesting part. The middle was a bit worse mostly due to having to witness Tempest being attacked and people I like treaed badly if not killed. But the different parts of the revenge (especially that amazing Megiddo scene) was really good. Sure Rimuru is OP, but that's like the main deal of the show, not something worth complaining about. All in all this season gets a 9/10 from me, just like the original one. Can't wait to see more. |

| So Benimaru knew for 10 days that Milim will attack the Beast Nation, but decided it's best to tell Rimuru after the fact. Nice move there. And we had stuff like that all over the series, where they discussed this and that and in the last possible moment they were like "oh, i forgot, [bam, critical information that changes *everything] after chit-chatting for what in-universe must have been hours. They also wasted a lot of time on repeating scenes or superfluous discussions or when everyone and his mother has to repeat the same thing (obvious agreement). It's like they decided to make it 12 episodes and suddenly discovered they had not enough material to actually fill it (despite that not being the case, they cut corners in other places where it could have been used). With the reincarnation, the deaths of Shion and all thos people was meaningless, or maybe better to say, the scenes of the attack on the city are meaningless. Ultimately, nothing happend. If Rimuru had decided to go out and annhilate the attacking army just because everything would be the same from here on. With that, it actually reduces the amount of scenes that would have profited from having more content. Like, Shions death was off screeen. You'd think they'd spent at least five seconds to show how it actually happend, at least as flashback (to prevent spoilers, though they didn't mind spoilering that Milim + Clayman interaction). But given that all that was meaningless, it's actually not all that bad. Overall, the whole season is obvious only a set up for things to come. Characters that died got revived, the town that got destroyed is repaired, characters introduced this season died already, so yeah. Even one of the trade deals is basically null and void, given that the beast nation ceased to exist. So his visit to Dwagon is the only thing of importance that was actually shown. The fight against Hinata if you really want, but what really happend? They knew about each other before meeting, neither got actually hurt or lost something, no real information was exchanged.. if Rimuru had decided to see the country side from Ranga's back the result would have basically been the same, as the fight only served as an explanation why he was late in coming back. Still slightly better than the latest Log Horizon season, where they effectively rolled *everything* back to how it was at the start, but barely. |
| Diablo seems like a nice addition. There are still some aspects that limit this series, but overall I gotta say that I started rocking with this series. |

| Love the whole series. This is improved so great. Rimuru turn to Maou King and he is powerful now. Next season gonna be epic because Verudora is back to life in human form. Ancient devil join to Rimuru side. Rimuru is really strong. |

| A pretty (thematically) seamless continuation of the first series. Although it's a little weird to have the timeline rewound at the beginning; the end of that series takes place during the 6th episode here. Aside from that, the only real hiccup is how sudden the shift into Overlord-like morality happens. |
| Honestly not really a fan of making me sit through the characters I like getting beaten up for half the season, especially in a battle that didn't even feel that consequential. Not even the satisfaction of seeing the throwaway characters getting slaughtered for 2 episodes made up for it. Meh first half, hope whatever they foreshadowed will be better in the 2nd half of the arc. |
