| Wow, Menma's mom went psycho on the gang after the death of her daughter. She must really have a grudge against them after all these years. Creepy... Anaru FINALLY confessed her feelings to Jintan lol Jintan crying then Menma made me cry :( They FINALLY believed Jintan AFTER he convinced them that Menma is still here with them. I mean, you guys should have believed him from the very beginning lol |

| the scene with menma's mother was sad. like we all got caught up with her wish but forgot about what her parents must be feeling. :// the almost fight with jintan was intense and easily the highlight of the episode. just as i was thinking why couldn't menma just write a note for everyone she writes in her diary!! |

Why the FUCK did nobody mention "Hey Menma, write something down." or "Hey Menma, flicker the lights". Don't get me wrong, I'm relieved that this finally happened but this drama was so fucking unnecessary. |

| The ending song is really beautiful and fit well with the end scene. I almost teared up. Menma's mom is scary. Also I feel bad for Anaru... what Jintan did was basically reject her. Also yeah... she needed 8 episodes to convince her friends? Why not throw the cup. That'd definitely make them believe she's there. If she can cook, I bet she can also throw knifes around. That'd be convincing and no drama needed. |

| Ahh, so Menma finally revealed herself to them. I've always been wondering why she didn't reveal herself to them. Also, what would happen if Jintan sat on Menma? Would it look like he's sitting on air, since Menma's not transparent? Great episode. The feels are starting to finally kick in C: |

| Yeah so first thing's first ... sorry Menma, but you're pretty stupid for waiting so long to do something like this lol -_-" I mean, I won't say it "wasted" 8 episodes but makes the plot pretty weak for nobody believing Jinta at this point :P Oh well, I guess this show is probably more for the characters than the plot anyway, but I'm kinda disappointed because I'd been enjoying it so far and was expecting another reason why Menma didn't interact to show herself to the others as of yet. What I liked about this episode episode was exploring how Menma's parents felt - obviously her mom wasn't happy about her daughter being the only one dying on that day and well, I can't really say her resentment is unthinkable lol. Must've been really hard on her, and her son as a result. Poor guy huh, he basically doesn't exist in the family :( Poor Anaru too, I really respect her for having the guts to tell Jinta how she feels but she just gets ignored ... man what a mess. Jinta's dad was pretty cool this episode too lol |

| Anaru's confession wasn't really handled well by Jinta but damn, those tears felt so real... Menma's mom loathing her daughter's friends because she died while playing with them and seemingly acting like nothing has happened was understandable but still a little bit messed up. I wonder if Menma will have the courage to let her mother know that she's there. The little brother being jealous that his parents act like nothing precious is left even with him around explains his attitude from before. Jinta's Dog of Flanders excuse backfired on him and Menma because it's basically their situation right now. Just when I thought everything was gonna get worse, she actually wrote a new entry on her diary to prove her existence ;~; It was a shocking and emotional moment for me. |

| I kinda start to dislike all of them. Like... How about checking out the place he works at before accusing him of shit like that? And he himself isn't much better. I understand he wants to fulfill that wish but there is no way he'll get the fireworks from that guy anymore. Might as well stop working himself to death and try to find any other way. The only likable person at this point is Jintan's father. I'm actually surprised how much I prefer seeing him over some of the happenings so far. Seeing Yukiatsu losing it every time he meets with Jintan for example is just annoying by now. |
