| Hilarious episode :D Vanir II lol. Totally expected him to be there after that whole embarassing speach from Darkness :P Kazuma trying to make a cool pose after getting his new blade and failing miserably was great hahah. Almost feel sad for him :P Chunchunmaru. What a name. Crying Megumin face tho <3 THAT ENDING. HAHAHAHA. Holy sword excalibur xDDD Aqua's smirk was fucking gold. HAHAHAHA. She's not impressed at all :P This show always manages to make me laugh so much :D |

| Wait, what? Did Megumin just name Kazuma's dick? Best girl 100% confirmed. Only second good episode so far; last one was still better, though. IMO, Aqua and Darkness are too weak as characters, especially Aqua. At least no saggy tits. |

That's also the reason why I hated Senyuu for example as it was the worst example of those kind of shows. The reason why Konosuba is different is because it not only uses cliche and references, it usually tries to make fun of those overused cliches. That's why the last episode of Konosuba was great (well, in its second part at least) and that's why I liked the first season so much. And that's also why this season is not as good as it could be so far, mainly because this time around they are mostly using only cliches, not their proper deconstruction (even though the episode 3 was pretty good iin those terms too). I have to agree the scene with their failed hunt certainlyhad a potential yet it was ultimately dragged down by its execution - Deen's attempt to animate their succesful plan beforehand and to show how uncompetent they are in their cooperation later was just way too obvious from the start that it simply didn't work for me in the end. It was just more of the same what they usually do without any real twist to it. |

| Excellent episode, with lots of little funny moments throughout, not least "the holy sword Excalibur". However, what I found most interesting was when Eris said she occasionally goes into the mortal realm. Maybe, as others have theorised before, she really is Chris as well? It would certainly make sense and explain quite a few things, not least the fact that Chris is only around every so often. |

| Kind of a meh episode if I'm being honest. Spotty animation in places (the kotatsu being flung out the window comes to mind). I liked the mask dude from the last episode showing up again. And Kazuma thinking he was about to be hot shit and being cut down to size about his new equipment was for sure a highlight. But I guess one of my biggest problems is that Kazuma continues to be an unlikable piece of shit. I've never liked Kazuma that much. But he's become too whiny and unlikable for me as the series has gone on. I think of other famous harem protagonists who are supposed to be creepy scumbags. Like Araragi from Monogatari or Hikigaya from Oregairu. And as terrible as they were I never hated them half as much as Kazuma. Because they were actually funny, and had many human moments in which I could perfectly understand their thoughts and actions. Not so with Kazuma he's just a whiny selfish little bastard. And just when I thought maybe he'd learned his lesson. That the failure of the latest quest was his own fault and maybe he needs to start changing and accepting some responsibility. He's back to being same old ungrateful entitled Kazuma once he dies, plotting to abandon our heroines and start his life over. This may seem like I really hated this episode but it had its moments. The lizard stampede was a little creative. Basically just giant frilled lizards but like they put some thought into them with the whole race for the mate thing. And Aqua's temper tantrum was primo stuff. Even if as always I felt really bad for her. Because she genuinely is trying to help, and as always it blows up in her face and no one cares. But I think what left me so sour on this episode, was the ending was like really stupid. Like maybe the stupidest thing the series has ever done. And they hyped it up so much. Part of me was like are they seriously going to do this. But after what it turned out to be, I wish they had just never told us what Megumin did to Kazuma. Because I don't know that was like borderline cringey in my book. And not in the intentional way. |

| Vanir is still alive?! That alone makes the episode great. Kazuma tried so hard to look like a badass with that armor and katana, and failed miserably, lmao. He even failed in giving an epic name to his sword xD The end made me thought for a moment Megumin did to Kazuma something worse, thankfully, it wasn't THAT bad. |

| God, this episode was fucking hilarious. Like everything was soooo on point imo. I desperately need a gif of that ending, holy shit... I got tears in my eyes. P.S crying megumin is soooo cute!!! |

| Pretty good episode and a funny one as usual The main focus here is the aftermath of the fight with Varnir, Kazuma's business with Varnir, the lizard quest and Kazuma's willingness to improve his skills. There's also the side plot with Eris and Megumin as well. It was surprising that Varnir wasn't vanquished in the battle last episode but it was weird seeing him working in Wiz's shop. Still seeing him reborn as Varnir 2 was funny. Varnir 2 coming up with a moneymaking scheme for Kazuma was interesting as it made use of his knowledge of the other world to get an edge in the business. Kazuma hiding under the kotatsu and resisting both Megumin and Darkness though was funny. Additionally seeing Kazuma try and improve his skills for the business was nice to see. Wiz as ever is as positive as ever and its nice to see her again. To bad that Kazuma's new arms and Armour wasn't usable for him though but his scenes for equipping them was cool especially the sword. Megumin naming the sword Chunchunmaru was hillarious though. The lizard runner quest formed one of the main plots for this episode and it sure was interesting. The quest was more like trying stop a race by taking out the runner and the king though but in true fashion that was anything but. Kazuma's plan though was sound and had a good chance of working had aqua not deviated from it. Seeing his plan break apart because of Megumin's low magic and Darknesses unique attitude was funny. Still despite Kazuma managing to land a good kill shot on the runner it still managed to inflict serious enough damage to him to allow him to meet Eris. Eris isn't a character that you see often in the show as her role is a temporary goddess for Aqua's role. But it was nice seeing that Eris is as kind and good natured as ever. Kazuma being used to Aqua's antics no doubt feels that Eris is the ideal girl and it's no surprising that he would see her as the ideal heroine. I felt that Eris and Kazuma got a bit closer this episode. Aqua's comments to Eris were mostly not ill intended but watching Eris's reactions to them was kinda funny. I didn't think that Kazuma would want to revert and be born again as a baby though and that was pretty surprising. Seeing and hearing the others reactions to this was funny. I also feel that Megumin's relationship with Kazuma is also starting to change given her attitude to him as he woke up to find her on top of him. Megumin's handiwork on Kazuma though was funny. |

| Awwwweeeeee Megumin is so adorableeee. She was getting huffy!!!!! And Aqua was like "the fuck is that little thing LOL" poor Kazutrash... Eris should seriously join the party. She actually has some common sense in her brain. I am sure her padded chests and whatever else Aqua was going to reveal about her would make a nice addition to the most dysfunctional party ever. And seriously that ending theme never gets old. So nice to hear the girls sing such a relaxing tune. |

| Animation during scene with Kazuma on tree was awesome. Some great faces in this episode, especially crying Megumin and "not impressed" Aqua. Megumin shows again who is the best girl. Probably the best episode so far. Reminded me of 1st season. |

| I love the fact that Vanir survived the explosion, he's kinda unique character and it's a completely waste if he just showed up in one episode and die right away, expecting a lot from this guy xD I can sense some romance plot is developing slowly at this point. The comedy in this episode was so intense i love this episode, intro is enough making me laugh like crazy, and the ending just doubled the laugh xDD I can't stop laughing when Kazuma yell at Darkness and Aqua in the last part xD I wonder what Aqua smirks mean ? |
| As usual, the laughter out there, but the moments of greatest splendor, are the beginning and in the final scene, due to the face that makes Aqua. The icing on the cake for an already entertaining episode of its. |
