I myself haven't expected much from IS when I first heard about it, but you know it's been a good excitement so far however I see many guys grunting about how the male protagonist (Ichika) has being inactive - I guess those probably haven't seen enough harems because if you compare Infinite Stratos to the usual harem shows that which we used to seen in the past years, ICHIKA IS STILL WAY BETTER, Heck I can even say he is a Cool and Strong character especially after episode 4 but with one problem is that Ichika can't deal with girls properly... At least for us who are used to this stuff as our 'daily bread' LOL, it is just another relaxing anime with many pretty girls and above standard animation, where the Mecha fighting scenes are just AWESOME and by the way I really like it's background music. So I am expecting an interesting things to happen in the next episodes. Rio: Rainbow Gate!!!!! I can hear you man, I don't get what was their reasons for making such a show. |

I took that initial fighting sequence as an implicit promise from 8-bit that things will heat up eventually. Well, they still have half a season. I hope they don't waste it on beach/onsen/Valentine episodes. |

| I saw the German student and had to put my hand over my face. They couldn't have made her more harsh looking, which I guess equals German... or cyborg. What's the difference, right? The rest of the episode was a lot of harem crap, with only a minor sprinkling mecha combat to keep my attention. And even that still failed to enamor me. The French pilot is obviously a female, I knew it last episode, I haven't changed my mind since. There is no way you can be in pants that tight and have absolutely no bulge. No man is that small. I suppose seeing "bouncy" homeroom teacher pilot in one of those tight outfits was a nice surprise. So I can't completely burn this episode to the ground.  |

| Maybe Ichika really is a FAGGOT.... Although it's pretty obvious HE is a SHE. This show should be renamed to Infinite Girls....seriously how many girls are going to show up. Overall, this has been pretty disappointing, the animation is pretty good but most of the characters ESPECIALLY ICHIKA are beyond BAD... This is looking like it's going to get 6 at best, and I'm still waiting for something to happen. |
