| I'm caught up through ep 20 so this post has spoilers up to the most recent episode of the anime.. Well do you think this anime will get a season two like 00? I get the feeling that the anime is still building towards something. Like the most recent episode involves people in Tekkadan doing soul searching and finiding their purpose. The just got to earth. There's an overlying political situation with the different factions on earth and space that we're really just getting introduced to in the latest episodes.. I don't know if there could be a satisfying conclusion in 5 episodes. If there is a S2 do you think there will be a timeskip or will it pick up right where the anime left off.. |

| I'm pretty sure there was some sort of rumour (possibly a leak) not too long ago about a second season and as you said, it really doesn't feel like the story could be wrapped up in 5 episodes. So yes, it's very likely. |

| it better, cause i have no fucking clue how it would wrap up in 5 episode, its not just that they would have to rush to conclude the plotpoints cause they could do that easily, the problem is the setting and characters would really be wasted, we dont know anything about orga and mika's backstory, theres still more they can explore with the cast as a whole, we could learn more about the calamity war, mcgillis' upbringing, and so on. I dont know what i will score the series if it really is only 25 episode. This might be grasping at straws here but the fact that it is 25 episode is kind of suspicious for me just cause its the exact half life of 50 -Senpai- said: it sold over 10K copies which is pretty good even though its nothing compared to the monolith sellers that were unicorn, 00, and the seed series. That said its gundam so it all comes down to gunpla sales which im pretty sure they are selling fine though you never really know until bandai specifically says anything, im pretty sure they didnt say G-reco's gunpla was a success until a little after the show had ended.I hope so. | 12 episodes is 100% not enough for Gundam. 12 episode animes always feel underwhelming. There are those that are decent, but the way I see it. 12 episode animes are those that are going for LN/manga/VN sales or don't got enough budget. This is Gundam we're talking about. Isn't it pretty obvious by now that the Gundam series typically run for 50 episodes? Not counting ONA/OVA series, of course. Though, due to all the new animes now-a-days, scheduling restrictions and whatnot, it's cut to two 25 episode cours. Just look back at all the Gundam series. All of them are 40-50 episodes. Then all the new ones are 25+25. |

It will be rushed and waste alot of potential but i do think they could still technically wrap this up then.
