| I thought this thread was more about what "stereotypical otaku bullshit" we also did and therefore made us gross anime fans, but I see it's something completely different lol Hmm... well I could say being a fujoshi, but I think I was bad about that since my teens (I was a slasher) and I started watching anime in my early 20s... and I'm not that much into it now, so I guess being stupidly slow at watching things and starting lots of things and then putting them on hold. |

| I start a lot of anime and manga but never finish them even if they're awesome. Well that's why I just suscribed to MAL! So that I can keep track of where I dropped. Also I'm a damn fangirl who collects tons of husbands/sons and waifus. |
| It's really hard to keep me interested cause I get bored very easily. I'm also too prejudiced when it comes to modern anime, there are several instances when I won't watch something simply because of the character design, no matter how acclaimed it is. |

| I usually avoid anime over 100 episodes. I should stop rating shows since I can't put an anime on a simple integer in terms of how good it is. I put WAY too much stuff on my plan to watch list. Someone tells me to watch it and I add it on there. I buy merchandise for anime I don't really like all that much. Damn you Tokyo Ghoul figures and t-shirt. I think I'm just too obsessed with anime really. |

| whenever i finish a good anime i dive into a depression because it's over until i find a new anime equally as good. I also have a habit of not watching other anime on my watching list while i'm busy with one. I make a promise to myself that I will empty out my anime watching list after I finish a certain anime, but it never happens because I always find a new anime. D: |

| I'm a guy whose a sucker for a good romance plot and generally a hater of anti-romance plots like a tragedy. The former will generally receive higher scores than they probably deserve whereas the latter will usually receive lower scores due to spite. |

| I tend to get bored pretty quickly with most anime I watch. I'll only watch like 1 or 2 episodes a day, and I know I could be getting through more. There are some anime that get me hooked and I'll watch like 10 episodes a day, such as 1PunchMan and NGE. |

| I always start too many airing anime and don't drop any. Seriously, I don't drop anime. Try to always be careful to at least sort of enjoy something I start, seriously can't recommend starting more than 5 airing anime unless you watch them the day they get subbed or else you'll fall behind like me heh. |

| well, my biggest flaw is that i hate quite a few things about animes like cute girls (or basically anything cute), fanservice/ecchi (because it's perfectly normal that every female character has gigantic boobs) and basically every kind of stereotype/fetish there is. and harem. oh my god, it's a nightmare. also, i'm too critical about every anime there is and too generous regarding my mal scores because i don't want to accept being too critical. |
