----------------------------------------
So..Nemesis was struck down as result of Sailor Moon borrowing some powers? Sounds predictable. And that fight was pretty fast in this finale. It looks like Chibi-usa left as well.

Nope, not a dream but this adaptation was very underwhelming. OH WAIT, CHIBI-USA IS BACK.

After a one year journey, it finally ends :o

I liked this series. It was fun, a wave of nostalgia swept over me when I watched this and the music was beautiful.

Don't forget, Season 2 confirmed!

Nemesis taken down that easily. Chibi/Sailor Moon fire a double Halation attack and kill Nemesis just like that. He didn't even bother to fire his attack and create a beam struggle. Well anyway, ok adaption I guess.

I'm surprised the world wasn't distorted due to all the chaos that happened and Usagi meeting Neo Queen Serenity. The ending was sweet. Chibi drops down and hands Usagi a letter. Down below in the letter, a peace sign stamp, cute.

The other inner sailor girls hardly did anything memorable. They spent most of their time captured or out cold.

Well it was a good finish, and from what we saw, we should be preparing for a second season, besides there is a lot more story to cover with Sailor Moon and Chibi Usa. I liked this season, although Sailor Moon's Seiyuu was kind of annoying. But for me, it was a 7/10 this whole season.

The difference of the art and animation quality between this and the previous episodes is so noticeable that it's nerve wrecking. Why did they give us those abysmal character designs earlier when they COULD make some really nice ones? Yeah yeah just great.

Whatever. A great finale. Now, if only the entire series was like this... this was easily a 7 if not an 8. I still jumped the score by 1 point. 6/10

I see potential for a hentai series behind that lovely Usagi-Serenity meeting scene.

This show ruined memories of the original Sailor Moon series. I hope it doesn't continue.

My thoughts exactly.

I do have to admit that back in the day when I was a fan of the original anime and read the original manga for the first time, I wasn't that impressed by it at first. But of course I did come to like the manga more than the original anime because of things like Rei not being a bitch, Tuxedo Mask being useful, and NOT having that annoying arc with Mamoru being all like "I can't be with you Usagi because I had a dream that if I were with you you would die. But I ain't going to tell you any of this, I'm just going to dump you with no explanation." Yeah.... I think that whole arc was the reason I hated his character SO much.

Back in 2014, I was so like them too. But I used to like Crystal even more. I don't even remember any youma from that episodic format. By the way, Tuxedo Mask was useful in the older series. He keeps on throwing rose against an enemy leaving an impression that he's the most useful character ever. Then, suddleny leave it all up to Sailor Moon HAHAHAHAHA!

I am also looking forward to seeing Uranus and Neptune. Yeah! TOEI just make the next arc already.

This really didn't have to take one year to finish.

Anyway, as my first real exposure to Sailor Moon I enjoyed it, especially being more faithful to the manga than the first series. I wasn't bothered by the animation (trust me, I've seen shows and movies with better quality yet had crappy story telling so animation quality to be damned) but more variety of facial features could've helped making the characters more visually appealing. Some pacing issues here and there, but nothing major to complain about.

Well they did say "See You Soon" at the end, so maybe we will get more new Sailor Moon or another season of Crystal someday!

Overall I give Crystal a 9/10!

Finally this is over. I can move on now to the new anime.

Its suck that the other Sailor guardians could not do anything. What also sucks is
they were left behind when Sailor moon, tuxedo mask and chibi moon were the ones who finished wiseman. The series wasn't bad it wasn't much enjoyable either. But did not regretting watching till the end

Whether if there will be another continuation or not its left in the air If I'll watch it.

Well, I guess that's it. I never read the manga, but this was good, especially without all of the filler stuff that the original anime had. I like that it was completely redone, rather than recut the way Dragonball Kai was. Not saying that Dragonball Kai was bad, this was just better. Hopefully, they'll continue with the story. That is, if the whole Neptune/Uranus storyline from the original series wasn't all just filler anyway.

I have been a Sailor Moon Crystal fan since the very beginning and I am glad I watched all 26 acres bi-weekly. Sure the animation has its flaws once in a while and the senshi hardly do anything half of the time, but it's still interesting to watch since it's Sailor Moon.

I thought this episode was pretty decent, not too epic and emotional as the last one but still decent. I wish the other Sailor Guardians could help Sailor Moon to defeat Death Phantom along with Tuxedo and Chibiusa though. That would make the final episode more enjoyable to see the six senshi fighting together.

I give this episode a 7.1/10

A remake is always tricky and Sailor Moon Crystal is no exception. The new approach to the story following closer to the manga had it strong and weak points. A weak point that received a lot of hate where the art flaws. Personally this did not bug me and I tried to look at some of the beautiful moments instead of fussing about some derpy animation.

One thing I did not like where the Sailor Guardians. I got less attached to them and they did not have many strong battles especially in the last arc. But tuxedo mask got stronger and even received powers. In the old anime he got kidnapped way to many times so this was a nice change.

For me this was a nice nostalgia trip but I did find some episodes a little bit boring and waiting for a new episode to come out did not help. For the last episode I put up some effort to make it special by downloading the torrent (I thing I normally do not do) and watch it on a big screen.

If there is going to be a season 2 I really hope for a weekly release.

It was really awful at times. A trainwreck. Most of the people watching this will do it because of nostalgia. None of the characters feel like they have any personality or life in them. The animation was really painful at times. The music is forgettable. I can't believe this took a full year. I wouldn't recommend this over the original series.

Wow, what a year.... Can't believe I made it through till the end. I was really excited for Crystal when it was first announced, felt skeptical when I first saw the leaked transformation scene, and doubted that I would finish it after the first couple of episodes.

My question to Toei is, "Why bother changing Crystal's character designs only to suddenly replicate the original anime's designs in the last episode?" Had they stated off with stable animation like the majority of the last episode, I'm sure it would have had a less rocky start.

The battle scenes were dismal. I seriously can't believe the Death Phantom went out like a light in a matter of seconds considering how this arc dragged on for the last half-year. The lack of action in this anime makes me question whether Sailor Moon Crystal can really be considered a Mahou Shoujo anime rather than just pure mushy Shoujo because that was pretty much what I got out of this. The love between Usagi and Mamoru conquers all. Screw all that BS about friendship and loyalty and Nakama Powerup which we never got.

I'm actually glad it's over and have to praise myself for sticking with it for so long in hopes of some sort of improvement. My overall enjoyment of Crystal is low, and I gained no particular memorable moments from this series. Seriously, how they managed to skim past and ruin the two most memorable boss fights is a mystery to me.

Oh, yeah. I feel like Toei needs to take notes from Production I.G. on how to insert BGM to create the mood for key scenes.... If they even know what that is. The OST to this series is forgettable.

Overall, it's been a bumpy ride for Sailor Moon Crystal, thats for sure.

Gosh one year had passed since SMC started. The final episode was indeed rushed, but we can't forget, that this adaptation has the same pace as the manga act's and well it was 100% faithful. The quality dropped badly compared to the last episode, but the music was great and it had a nice ending + cliffhanger.

Altogether a 7/10 (+1 for the nostalgia) for the adaptation from me. I enjoyed SMC, waiting every 2/3 weeks for the next episode. It had many nostalgia moments and few funny scenes (some a bit too forced up imo and implemented too late into SMC ). The Art and animation, although wonky more or less, had it's amazing moments too. It's a bit frustrating, that Toei made only Chibiusa's transformation not CGI :( Some attack were a bit disappointing too, like Jupiter's Sparkling Wide Pressure. I liked the older version more. Didn't liked the "less care" factor for some episodes either, made me often think wtf Toei. Same goes for the character development, that the old anime had thanks to the fillers. What I really liked though was the VA (with a few exceptions ;P).

As the end of the episode suggests we will get more Sailor Moon for sure. The Infinite, Dream and Stars Arc still awaits us. I hope Toei will take the critics serious and work MUCH better on the next Season. Seriously getting so much money from the merchs and being a very good known classic Anime, SMC should get much more care, than it actually got. It's understandable many fans were unhappy and it really IS sad, cause this Anime had so much potential to become one of the Top ones, at least in this year of Anime production.

I would definitely like to get a 1 Week release for the next Season cause 2/3 weeks is a killer, 2D transformations (3D is sheeeet!), much more Character development, more old style goofy scenes/expressions, plus the inner Senshi's being more useful, not like they were in the first and partially second season ;P I don't even care if the Act's were somewhat spanned through 2 episodes, or we get at least 1 filler episode per Senshi/Bad Guy for Character Development and story buildiing. I could even wait another year, as long as Toei does his job fricking right this time. Let's hope for the best.

P.S: Now I'm waiting for the BR version appearing hopefully on the internet, cause (at least) most major/minor animation flaws were corrected there.

1/10 is all it gets from me and it's still too much. On the other side the abysmal quality made me so indifferent to it, I don't even care if it get a sequel. Or maybe I'll put it differently: Toei, kick out all that Saint Seiya Omega and Suite PreCure staff as it's apparent they can't do the job right and actually put heart in this remake. It's painfully obvious you didn't gave a shit with those 26 episodes.

Ugh, why do they make everyone so USELESS!!!! The other scouts get told by the Queen, no don't help let's just sit and wait for others to save us. Usagi who can't do anything without Mamoru...ugh that theme throughout the show is what bugs me the most.

Is that really how the manga went with everyone being so inept and helpless?

If they cut out all the true whining, complaining and standing around doing nothing waiting for others to help it would be a far far better show, not to mention a better message.

Can only go a 4/10. Yeah there were the same problems in the older series but everyone there actually did far more fighting and far less standing around being helpless.

The first thing I've learned over life is that there should be a timeline. One thing that definitely is a factor here is that the characters have gone through the same one and it seemed to be quite interesting as it turns out.

So, she's going to really be seeing Small Lady a lot, huh? Looks like it'll be fantastic when she comes back to see Neo Queen Serenity as a full-pledged Sailor Guardian. She's still in training, so she may need the trainig indeed.

Nice, Toei Anim! Keep it up! I hope there's a season 2 for this!

Just finished also episode 26.
It was great, the music and the ending and all.
So...this is the route/ending that the author wanted since her serialization made the story longer, she didn't had a chance to make this story come true because being in a serialization must be a tough job.
5/5 for the final episode
8/10 for the whole true route that the author wanted.

It's a long time since I read the manga but I remember Sailor Scouts got their share of fights and wins in those first two arc. For instance Shitennou were all killed by the girls (maybe one was killed by Beryl, but seriously I don't remember) and the show was a tad darker in this department. Fights with Ayakashi Sisters were also more intense. Not to mention that it was actually Venus who offed Beryl, not Sailor Moon. Crystal made it all wishy-washy and refused to give screentime to anybody else than Sailor Moon and her boyfriend. Heck, this show could be called Bishounen Senshi Tuxedo Kamen, that's how relevant he suddenly became in place of Sailor Scouts.

The only things I didn't like abut this anime are that it was bi-weekly and that sailor senshi were more or less useless. I mean, seriously, when the most useful senshi is useful because she dies you know something is wrong there. But other than that it was pretty good, I enjoyed it more than the original anime. 7/10
