| I, too, am slightly mystified by all the ARIA comparisons - the music and art are similar but so far the story line and characters are nothing like any of ARIA. For one thing the humor is much broader and the pace quicker and any Aika and Kanon (the two characters most alike) parallels are very few and only coincidentally; if any of the other characters match up more than vaguely I didn't see it I think people who are expecting an ARIA like experience might be somewhat disappointed. |

| Just ok. The music is far too good for the show, and somewhat misplaced. The characters lack charisma, and the whole visual impact of the show is non existent. I'm a little interested in seeing where the "story" goes, but that's about it. |

| Probably another moe show with cute, funny moments and happy ending but I really don't mind. It wasn't anything special, but it was ok to watch, and really relaxing. The show somehow got my interest so I'll keep watching. |

| Nice first episode, I thought it was really cute. I did find Kanon a bit annoying though. I'm not expecting too much from this series, but I hope it does find a way to impress me. I also really liked the ED animation with The Little Mermaid. |

| The first ep was ok, I think it went slow for my taste but then again how much can you squeeze into 20 some odd minutes. I think how the story is looking it could turn out to be a cute anime with hopefully some romance and humor. I actually really like Kanon, yes her angry look can be a bit annoying but I would be making that same disgusted/hurt face if I saw my recently ex'd boyfriend with some chick hand in hand watching fireworks (I can relate) :) The 2 sister's are getting better ;) I loved when they pocked up from the water lol but I have hope for this anime! I'm saving my judgment until we get a few more episodes in. |

| This looks like it will end up being a "cute girls doing stupid things" series, but it might go along some other path as a fantasy, so I'll at least watch one more episode or continue. |

| I knew this would be no Aria so I wasn't at all disappointed. I came into this expecting a cute show about cute girls and that's what I got. The ending was a bit of a surprise though. Anyways, I'll keep watching. |

| I didn't have high expectations for this, but it was definitely better that I'd thought it would be. The characters are a walking cliche, but its a big part of the comedy side. I don't really think the plot of the whole series is going to be great, but it's a cute little anime with pretty animations so I think I'll get over it. |
| I'll have to admit, that was pretty decent. Pretty much what I was expecting, but funnier, and more interesting. I liked Marin the most so far, and Kanon's mother, lol. When they came out of the water, the first time, with their noses plugged, I was like LULZ. I'll give it another ep or two, to see if it picks up. But, there's a lot of new shows that look good, so idk if I'll watch this or not...Urahara Out!! |

| This show is somewhat interesting after I am little confusing about the plot, but it seems relaxing so far. This episode felt unique because of the art style, and the next episode probably have great development. Overall, I enjoyed it so far. Oh, Marin is so cute! |

| Finally, something different this season..^^ Reminds me of Kannagi but this is much better as that Kannagi isn't really centralized on Shintoism; instead it was more like something else.. *chuckle* |

| Doesn't remind me at all of Aria... but it seems pretty low-key and relaxing (even the music was pretty gentle) so I'll give it a shot. The animation is really pretty, but it'd be nice if they kept fanservice out of the series. I didn't mind Marin, but Urin I thought was a bit annoying. I'll probably keep watching just 'cause I don't drop series. XD |

| Found the OP to be quite lame. The ending animation was sweet though. Besides...."Urin" (which IS written the exactly the same and means "Urine" in my language, not that it sounds much different) is a horrible name... And opening strange tombs with ancient symbols on them is never a good idea...Haven't you seen The Mummy? I like the character designs though. (But the clothing...it must be friggin cold on the bottom of the sea and they are quite scantily dressed....?) |

| YEt again the classifications of an animes genre on this site are subpar. THis is a romantic comedy, with not fantasy, but kinda magic, and technically supernatural elemtns...and its BISHO AS HELL......ugh....another 20 minutes I shall never get back...=_= |

| Saw some recommendations between this show and Uta∽Kata (which I recently watched this year and really liked), and I do like Junichi Sato's directing, so I gave the first episode a shot. The opening and end credits are nice, though I do agree with other people here that I love the opening a lot more. Really love the use of guitar in the opening and the warm color scheme here, and I like the inclusion of Urin's reactions to the original Little Mermaid fairy tale in the end credits. As a huge fan of that fairy tale and mermaids in general, the color choices along with those reactions give me that nice fuzzy feeling. The overall musical score was nice, and the Japanese-ish tracks sound great here. I guess I should've expected to see some comedy with the faces here considering Junichi Sato worked on this (cartoony comedic faces were all over Sailor Moon, Ojamajo Doremi, and even Princess Tutu, too), but hey some of the faces here still surprised me. Liked these weird faces a lot haha Pretty slow-paced episode, but I didn't mind. I guess that explains all the Uta∽Kata recommendations, cuz that show was slow-paced too. Can't wait to watch more. EDIT 8/6/2020: forgot to continue watching this so I decided to pick it up again today. i'm enjoying the show so far!! ♥ |

| I've had my eyes on this one for a while. As soon as I saw Satou Junichi's name on it, I knew it'd be worth a shot. So far, this is reminiscent of a blend between NagiAsu & Aria. It has a pleasant, easygoing SOL feel to it all the while there's an impending sense of something bigger on the horizons. I'm particularly interested in learning more about the lore. The main girls are really amusing so far and the comedy has left a really good first impression. Not gonna lie though, those outfits are bit...more distracting than I'd hoped. |
