| Kousei repeats his monologues way too much, it's driving me crazy. And "She likes my best friend, I am friend A" really annoys me, too. It's like he wants us to feel sorry for him, and to support him. And Takeshi with his idealism was annoying me too. Guess that's because they are teenagers. This drama was way too elongated, too. Glad it ended. The last scene was nice, now that's the Shigatsu I like. |

| Is it any wonder why this is one of the best shows of the season? Even the fillerish episodes, have a substantial amount of weight in them. Plus the series is absolutely gorgeous! The tender moment at the end, magnified by the music was amazing. Unfortunately the last line is a major death flag, I don't know how they plan on handling the show going forward, but if its as well made as the first half, then all will be well. |

| Making Kousei's mother seem more like a happy/nice character seems like an odd narrative decision given the sort of story this is. Speaking of which, Hiroko Seto actually looks like she could be Kousei's mom or older sister. |

| 5/5 Episode narrative that marks a turning point in history, I believe that one season is not enough, if you want to keep this pace. Plot advancing well in its drafting. Calm, pleasant and sweet narration today. Pleasant the OST as well as designs. Animations excellent. Too bad that some points in history have already revealed. However this show is great. |

| From that last quote I really think that Kaori is sick or something! Like ever since that episode where she was taking those pills in the bathroom I knew something was def wrong... Already half-way with this series, and it's really coming together! Can't wait for that gala performance! :) ♥ |

| The rebirth of Arima. Many changes for our pianist, the result part and the park with Takeshi allow to see it. The final scene is very beautiful, I wonder how much time remains before the anime becomes a drama. Perfect episode as usual. |
| I guess I am loosing my interest in this anime. All the events are nice and "cute", but very expected. Hopefully we some interesting turn of events next episode, probably the violin girl is going to die due to some disease? |

| I like Hiroko. The firefly scene is nice but okaaay, now the death flag is more obvious. I just had a thought about the title. Since they met in April, wouldn't be the lie in "Your Lie in April" the existence of Kaori in Kousei's life? Man, I feel sorry for Kousei if it turns out this way. And the 2 weeks of waiting starts now. *sigh* |

| The new chracter introduced to be Kousei's guardian is awesome, I like her already. Can't wait to see more of her. Kaori, I first thought she jumped over the bridge into the water -- however, it was a gorgeous scenery with fireflies. I loved it. Kousei's "I had you" made me SO HAPPY, he actually said but it didn't last long because of the the cut scene after Kaori's final sentence. I don't want something to happen to Kaori, Kousei's 'Friend A position' is already an issue as it is. *Sigh* |

| Cool episode like every previous one. That's why i love this anime, it's my favorite this and probably the next season too! Hiroko is interesting~ I like how he was honest about his inspiration... felt like a confession :) Good to hear something like that instead of waiting for it for 20 ep. I wonder what illness Kaori has. I noticed some time ago, when she fainted and all, and the way she talks to her violin... it's a cliched and sad anime twist, but how else would she be so full of life. I'm SO glad it has 22 episodes, and i hope they finish the story by then or have another season if that's not the case :) |
| Yup, she's definitely dying. Will be interesting to see how they handle it. So far, pretty average series. Doesn't aspire to be much, just a show about a kid and his piano. 5/10 at the moment. |

| Okay, I have something important to say : Koharu-chan. Is. Fucking. ADORABLE!! No seriously, that girl is the definition of the adorable moe daughter. Hikori also looks like an awesome mom and teacher. I just love tomboy girl. Kousei and Kaori need to fuck already. No seriously, you're damn cute together, just confess or something. Also, goddamnit Kaori, for fuck sake, stop being depressing by telling us with metaphor that you're suffering from a terminal cancer or some shit like that. Also, I have something realyl creepy to say that I've been wondering so far : her hair is so beautiful that it doesn't look natural. Could it be a... wig? I don't mean to say that as an insult at all! It would just confirm the cancer theory... The hero monologue definitely reminded me of Ping Pong the Animation. If you haven't watched it, please, do yourself a favor and watch it. It's a worthy trip. |

| I guess Kaori does indeed have something. I mean, saying she won't always be around totally gives away something bad. So it looks like Seto will teach Kousei. The two can be laid back yet serious which in my opinion will help Kousei grow. Little girl was all over Kousei lol. |
