| Exaggerating incisors is just another way to distinguish facial features. It's usually used on mischievous, immature characters. It's about as significant as Mugibrows or impossible eye colors. Actually, I have no idea what you're talking about. Pics? |

I think it is because of the cuteness. Anime character looks very cute with them, like real girls look cute with that kind of teeth  If she close little bit her mouth you can only see both teeth in the front. This looks very cute by girls and women. |
