| That made me go "Awwwwwwwwww :( " on the scenes where Ryuu wants to say something to Chizuru but still in bad timing due to his brother's arrival.. The worse thing is, its his brother who Chizuru loved.. And also, the scene where Tohru's GF came in and Chizuru's not reacting well... But since the previous ep, I'm starting to like Joe coz his funny =) |

| Predictable, yes, but it managed to stole my heart as if it were something I haven’t seen in my life. I knew Tooru had a girlfriend and would somehow come before time. Still: Chizu ;_____; When she left the mini-skirt in the wardrobe my heart stung a bit. Ryuu! You have to console her and begin the wonderful Ryuu x Chizu relationship I want. I just can’t help but think Tooru looks as if he were Kazehaya’s older brother and not Ryuu’s. |

| One of the saddest episodes so far :( I knew something would go wrong for Chizu with Tohru's return but it was still really sad. It was really heartbreaking when she didn't pick the mini-skirt. The flashback to her childhood was really cute, though. Looking forward to next episode. |

| The atmosphere of that episode was really heavy, with all those silence... I think it was well done. I guess we all guessed it, the guy's gonna get married. And so Chizu dream was crushed. Her reaction was really sad. The lack of reaction is what seem to hit me the most. The person keep all her despair in himself, you don't know how you can help him/her. Will Sawako, the girl whose living her dream, be able to find the word to help Chizu? |

| Ryuu<<Chizuru<<Ryuu's older brother (Tohru) One-sided love is difficult. Chizuru was broken-hearted because Tohru's going to be married soon, while Ryuu was concerned about her and didn't have a chance to confess his feelings for her. Good thing Kazehaya broke the awkward moment when the girlfriend appeared. Sawako and Ayane were worried about her but couldn't do anything to cheer their friend up. Well, that tore me up. Great episode. |

| It feels like a lot happens in each episode even though the pacing is so slow. I'm actually pretty happy for Tohru despite feeling bad for Chizu. It's interesting that she's now a bit self-conscious about barging in since Tohru is engaged. I doubt much else would phase her. |

| A girlfriend wasn't unexpected, but a fiancé was definitively something that caught me off-guard. |
| Well, that was an awkward meeting. |
| Sawako and Ayane are going to Chizu’s place to spend the night after school. Chizu was really excited at first but then Ryu walked up to her telling her not to come to his place tomorrow or the day after, im guessing that’s when Toru will be there so of course she’s super frustrated since she wanted to see him. Chizu was originally gonna bring the other two to play games at Ryu’s place but now feels that she shouldn’t, and that Ryu is upset with her. Ayane says it’s alright and that they should all go to his place together and that she should bring his gift while she’s at it. Looks like all the boys had a get together at Ryu’s place. Ryu mentions to Kazehaya that he still hasn’t been able to bring up that thing concerning his brother to Chizu. The girls were all quite surprised to see the guys when they barged in on Ryu’s room. But they were happily welcomed. Chizu follows Ryu downstairs so she can talk to him and give him her gift but just as he begins to tell her what he wanted, his brother walked in! I can understand her crush, he’s pretty cute. As soon as she sees him, she engulfs him in a big hug. Everyone else comes down to meet him and he seems like a pretty nice guy. The only problem is that he has a girlfriend! And they’re getting married! I guess there goes Chizu’s chances. You could tell she seemed pretty hurt by it. I honestly already figured something like this would happen. All the kids want to call it a night and let Toru have some private time with his family. The girls all head back to Chizu’s place and play card games for four hours lol. I guess Chizu needed something to take her mind off of Toru. She mentions that she still needs to go congratulate him on his wedding so she may visit him tomorrow. Sawako spends a lot of time that night thinking of Chizu. I’m sure she can understand how hurt she really is since she knows what it’s like to be in love. And Chizu is kinda playing it off like it doesn’t really matter. As Ayane and Sawako walk home from Chizu’s place, Sawako actually breaks down in tears because she feels that there was nothing she could do for Chizu, that she couldn’t comfort her. Ayane feels the same. Chizu thinks back on her childhood, when she first became infatuated with Toru. Chibi Chizu was so cute! And she always brought him bugs! He didn’t seem to mind. She mentioned how he always had a girl with him but they never stayed long. She wanted to be the girl to stay. To marry him. Now she believes her dreams won’t make it to reality. |
| And the slap still remains there... damn, that guy must have the heaviest hand in history. It was a nice episode. As expected, the problem was that Ryuu's brother has a fiancee and they'll marry soon. It was predictable but the way it was handled was very nice. Honestly, this arc is definitely more interesting to watch than the previous one with Kurumi and stuff. Also, it seems Chizu's feelings are way more intense than I originally thought and due to this, honestly, I can't see any romantic relationship between her and Ryuu in the near future or for at least this season. I mean, otherwise, it would look extremely abrupt for her to show any romantic sign related to him since so far and based on her own words, for her, they are like brothers. But anyways, let's see how this arc will conclude. |
| i felt like this episode made kimi ni todoke stand out from other typical shoujo high school romcoms for me. they were very considerate of & mature in dealing with their friend's emotions. like how kazehaya subtly made everyone leave so as to let chizu leave as well. i cried when sawako cried. they are so lucky to have one another who share their troubles & feel for one another. that was an impactful scene. even tho it's a personal matter & they wouldn't be able to "do" anything, but just by being there for chizu, they were already supporting & caring for her in that way. |

| Toru's fiance reminded me of Naho from Orange. Just something about her facial structure and mannerisms. Poor Joe, hopefully he'll find someone. Yano x Joe would be hilarious. |

No wonder he came back with a girlfriend; I mean a guy like that is sure to snatch a lovely girl anytime he wanted. Too bad for Chizuru, loving a guy who's out of her league. Hopefully Ryuu has a chance to make a move now. |
