| I loved this episode! I have a feeling that Rin will swim with Haru and co. before the end of the series... a sort of reconciliation after the many years of seperation since the relay when they were really young. That's just an idea though. Then again, I really don't think that Kei should leave the four. They're such a perfect team and support for each other. All the teammates are great characters, but Haru is definitely my favorite. He is so nonchalant and serious at the same time. He better win this race! |

| I will never understand why people love this show maybe because i'm a male but still is just a ok generic comedy sports anime with fancy animation, generic bishounen characters and a very predictable plot. Am i the only one who thinks that will win the relay with the power of friendship. |

| That was my favourite episode so far. Loved the directing and emotion that was shown. Swaying between a 7 and 8 on the score so far, but leaning towards the latter. Rin's shark teeth always make me giggle on the inside. btw omg rei's pajamas the end card LOL i can smell the rei x haru fangirls screaming already. |

| Hahaha Rin's face!!!! I was so happy when he got jealous!! So much for "I will never swim with you again Haru"!! He totally wanted to die when watching them do the medley relay without him. Aha, I was really happy because I hated how he made Haru feel after he beat him. His words were so hurtful. Though I really appreciated Haru's sexy saddness!! That shower scene?? Oh yes!!lol ps:the animation on this show is really good!! And I love how they usually have all these symbolic stuff going on in the story. The bit I loved most in this episode was that moment when the water fell on Haru's cheek when he was sadly contemplating his loss and the past. It was from his wet hair but the symbolism at that moment was just perfect and beautiful. |

He doesn't actually want to be replaced and never swim with them again. Also, to him it looks like they've been practicing all summer long (since he doesn't know that it was a last-minute decision) so he thinks that Haru has been moving on without him all this time and never bothered to give him even the slightest hint. |

| Given that it's the first time Rei's swimming in a tournament after just knowing how to swim for the first time, i think it's pretty good already ^~^ Rin being tsundere as usual, you know you wanna be friends with them again rin~~ I REALLY HOPE THEY WILL WIN THOUGH. IWATOBI SWIM CLUB FTW!! And not forgetting, dat end card where haru's feeding rei ;-) |
| After last weeks episode, I thought that at least o e of them, if not the rest would pull it off and win. The relay was surprising but predictable. I'm glad I stuck to this series, so far every episode has been fun and/or enjoyable to watch. Still I'm hoping to see Gou in a decent swimsuit or a belly dancer costume. |

| The cheering method was so funny xD Too bad, they lost but I found it realistic coz they had practiced way less then the should-be. That's my Gou! Signing them up for medley, she did a great job. Gou's hair remained normal even after waking up from sleep xD Rin's jealous, he wanted to swim along with them. He notices everyone, not only Haru. I still like his character even if he was a bit of jerk in previous episode. Dammit, cliffhanger! Go Haru, you better win and rin, you better apologize! Gou worked so hard for you two, so you better pay her back by making up... |

The only time he changed his face was when his eyes went Sailor Moon after he heard "pool". Its getting annoying. Rin, Rei's just 2Fab4U. Squid festival? | Since Haru is last out, yeah they'll probably win. I mean it would look so bad if he lost to someone other than Rin! But even if they loose i'd see no big problem with it! The main reason for the relay was for Rin to realize that he misses swimming with them. And that's already accomplished! |

| The past two episodes have actually been pretty darn good, in my opinion. I like how swimming is being utilized to convey the relationships between the characters. It incorporates well into the story instead of solely feeling like a fanservice ploy. I've also been really liking the soundtrack, and it's even better when accompanied by the fluid visuals. The scene with Haruka swimming alone in the pool felt almost ethereal. I'm a little sad at the idea of these tournament episodes coming to a close soon, since the random slice-of-life episodes weren't quite as good as these past two episodes, but I'm still looking forward to what we have in store ahead. |

That article focused on the people who began to hate on Rin just in episode seven, merely because he 'hurt Haru's feelings' and threw away the rest of Rin's character just for that. |

The problem with free is that it dosen't know what to be sometimes is serious sometimes is full on comedy both haru and rin are made this serious characters but the other characters are made for comic relief like rei, nagisa, gou and makoto and they didn't bother to give them any development except the back story that we got for makoto that makes me not care about the other characters races or anything that they do yes there fun to watch and good for comic relief but if you can make haru and rin this serious characters why not try to develop some of the other characters. Now that i think about it has similar problems to SAO it dosen't know what to be it tries to be everything but succeeds in nothing. |
