| Mmm, so the NGL only is a facade for a drug cartel. It isn't really surprising, seeing how much weapon there was while saying that they accept no technology. I feel like the people watching the outsiders aren't only there to help them, but also to call some ''cleaner'' if they ever found something controversial. The Queen Ant now face the problem I thought she would face at the beginning, their army is becoming more and more human, and the more human it will be, the less disciplined they will be. Her first few soldiers were blindly following her, but now, they are develloping individual personnality, and that is a problem for a race that have always been based on a unique system of orders and execution. Gon and co. will probably soon encounter Pokkle and Ponzu gang. That or they'll find them dead :/ Koala pink dude is hilarious xD |

| So many questions for this one episode. Why does Ponzu seem weaker than when she first appeared in the Hunter Exam arc? How do the humanoid ants have like clothes? If anyone says cause they were adapted from the humans that got eaten, that's prob not it cause the NGL humans, they ate were wearing like villager stuff. But overall I ship Ponzu with that archer guy (sorry forgot your name). |

The clothes are for censorship purposes, they couldn't all be naked so just suspend your disbelief. |

The goofy designs aside, I really like the Chimera Ants and how unique their personalities are, both as a species and as individuals. Actually I love the goofy character designs too. It just fits the look and tone of the series and is part of its charm! |

| The incorporation of human genes with the Chimera Ants might be what will lead to their eventual downfall due to their collectivist duties to provide food to their Queen giving nothing more nor nothing less is being strongly conflicted by humanity's inherent individualistic desires. Colt and the other loyal officers are currently having a lot of trouble keeping the bloodthirsty ones out of control so it's only a matter of time until it all spirals out of control...unless the new King does anything about it once he arrives. I did not expect the NGL's sole entrance to be that technologically advanced with screenings as strict as they had, wow. |
